■Crystal clear XGA output
Enjoy the advantages of high resolution (1,024 x 768 pixels) by linking the RE-450X to an XGA-compatible monitor or
projector. You can show an 8-1/2" x 11" page with 9-point type clearly legible. And, thanks to a Canon-developed image
processing chip, you also get smooth 15 frames-per-second image capture and great color reproduction.
■Powerful 12X zoom
Lens quality is vital to any imaging device, and the RE-450X is no exception. This visualizer features a genuine
high-quality Canon 12X zoom lens composed of 10 elements in 8 groups, with a maximum F1.8 aperture to produce
vivid images at all magnifications. A fast, precise auto focusing system guarantees sharp results every time.
■User-friendly features
The RE-450X adjusts exposure and white balance automatically, and includes a special White Paper mode for one-touch
enhancement of document images. Image size can be set to 8-1/2" x 11" using the Zoom Preset button. With the press
of a button, a high-quality still image can be temporarily stored in memory and displayed on a projector or monitor.

object, the RE-450X lets you zoom right in and get a remarkable clear picture. Its high-
powered zoom lens—the product of Canon's renowned optical expertise—has a wide
maximum aperture that puts the RE-450X ahead of other visualizers in its class.
■System integration
The RE-450X is equipped with separate terminals for XGA output and video output, which
allows connection to monitors, projectors, and other display devices. You can also connect
other input devices to the RE-450X via its RS-232C and RGB input terminals. (See the

■High portability
The RE-450X is designed to be set up and stored quickly and
easily. When it's time to change meeting rooms, the camera
arm and lights fold down, making the unit very compact. A
built-in handle provides easy transport.
