Installation Guide
Note : Periodically check that all fasteners and components are securely tightened
If the Cabinet was purchased assembled, it is the owner’s responsibility, before insatalling any active
Component the Cabinet for the rst time, to make sure the Cabinet has been assembled and adjusted
exactly as written in this manual, and any “Special Instructions” supplied and to make sure all fasteners and
components are securely tightened.

Introduction
This Owner’s Manual is made for several different cabinet
Some illustrations may vary slightly from the actual product
Follow instructions completely.
If the cabinet has any parts that are not described in this manual, look for separate “Special Instructions” that
are supplied with the cabinet.
Models may have different accessory items such as Perforated Front Door, Glass Door, Adapter etc.
Please read through this entire manual before beginning assembly or maintenance

parts are missing, contact the retailer of this Cabinet for replacement parts
Assemble Adjustable feet at the Bottom Cover
Assemble
Vertical Proles
Insert each Vertical
Prole as shown below
Fix the Vertical Proles
from both inner sides by
using M10x20 Bolt
Do not over-tighten. This
will damage the bolt
Assemble
Top Frame
Fix the Top Frame from
outside by using M10x20
Bolt
Do not over-tighten. This
will damage the bolt
Assemble
Top Cover
Fix the Top Cover from
outside by using M12x20
Plastic Bolt
Do not over-tighten. This
will damage the bolt
Assemble Side Support Rails
Fix Left and Right
Supporting Rails with 4x
M6 X12 Bolt
Assembling 19”
Mounting Rails
for 800 width
Fix Adapters on Side Support
Rails for left and right side
each Adapter has to be xed
with M5 X12 Torx
Assemble 19” Mounting
Rails for 800 width
Fix the Mounting Rails with
M5 X12 Torx
Mounting rails have to be xed from 3 point
on the cabinet
Use the measuring tape and choose a
safe distance (from the front door to the 19”
mounting rails
Assemble 19” Mounting
Rails for 600 width
Fix the Mounting Rails with
M6 X12 Bolt
Mounting rails have to be xed from 3 point
on the cabinet
Use the measuring tape and choose a
safe distance (from the front door to the 19”
mounting rails
When you install Side
Panel make sure locks
are unlocked.
Assemble
Double Side Panel
Drive the lugs in the
holes rst. The holes
are positioned on the
bottom cover
Screw Side Panel
Prole by Using
M6x12 Bolt
Lock side panel back
When you install Rear
Panel make sure locks
are unlocked.
Drive the lugs in the holes rst.
The holes are positioned on
the bottom cover
Assemble
Single Side Panel
Drive the lugs in the holes rst.
The holes are positioned on
the bottom cover
Assemble
Rear Panel
Fix the Rear Door
Locking Point by using
M6 X12 Bolt
Assembling Front
Door
Insert Pin
