Thank you for purchasing the Carclo Safetywear PRO V1 Professional Series Full Coverage
Safety Visor from Carclo Safetywear.
By following the easy steps depicted below, your PRO V1 will quickly be ready to use allowing you to
confidently carry out your activities with the knowledge you’ve taken steps to remain safe in the new
environments.
STEP 1 • HEADBAND
Starting with the headband, remove the nuts and set aside.
STEP 2a • ELASTICATED STRAP
Attach the elasticated strap to one side of the headband as shown below.

Bend the headband and attach the strap to the other side.

STEP 3 • CENTRE STRAP
Press the pre-assembled centre strap into the headband until it clicks into place.
Turn the unit around, bend the strap over and repeat on the other side.
The headwear assembly is now complete.

STEP 4a • VISOR
Take the visor and peel back the protective WHITE film about 3cm on both ends to reveal the holes.
Turn the visor over and repeat step 4a this time peeling back the protective CLEAR film.
STEP 4b • VISOR
Ensuring the straight edge of the visor is at the top and the WHITE film is on the inside, align one of
the visor’s holes with a peg and screw one of the nuts in place.

IMPORTANT: The WHITE film on the visor is attached to the anti - fog side.
The visor MUST be attached with this side facing inwards to be effective.

STEP 4c • VISOR
Bend the visor round, align the hole with the peg and secure the visor in place using the remaining
screw as depicted beneath.
STEP 4d • REMOVING THE FILM
Now the assembly is complete, simply peel off both the WHITE and CLEAR protective films.

IMPORTANT: The WHITE film on the visor is attached to the anti - fog side.
The visor MUST be attached with this side facing inwards to be effective.
4d CLEANING YOUR PRO V1
To clean you PRO V1, simply use some warm
soapy water and a soft cloth.
Please be aware that excessive scrubbing
can damage the anti - fog coating rendering
it ineffective.
