Thismachinehasbeenbuiltwiththemostadvancedtechnologyandinaccordancewithrecognizedsafetyrules.The
machinemustbeusedaccordingtoitsintendeduseonly,respectingthesafety,precautionsandoperatinginstruc-

ofthemachineuntilreworktooriginalconditioniscompleted.Engineserviceand/orrepairsmustbecarriedoutbya

The“non-genuine”sparepartshavenotbeencheckedandauthorizedbythemanufacturer.Theassemblyand/or
useofsuchproductsmayhavenegativeeffectsonthemachinedesignfeaturesandcouldimpairitsoperationsafety.
Themanufacturerisnotliableforanydamagecausedby“non-genuine”sparepartsoraccessories.
Warranty
Thewarrantyapplicableforeachmodel570TBackhoeLoadermanufacturedbyCaseNewHollandConstruction
Equipment(India)Pvt.Ltd.(thecompany)willbeasgivenunder:
1.Eachbackhoeloader(equipment)manufacturedbytheCompany/CASEDealershallbedevoidofdefectsin
materialandworkmanship.

2.AllgoodswillbewarrantedagainstdefectivematerialandworkmanshipforaperiodofTwelvemonthsor2000h
ofoperation,whicheverisearlierfromthedateofcommissioning.
3.TheCompany's/CASEDealer'sliabilitywillbelimitedtotherepairorreplacementofthepartswhichareproved
defectivewithintheaforesaidwarrantyperiodinnormaloperation,properuseandservicewhenownedbythe
originalbuyeronly.
4.Thewarrantywillnotcoverelectricalitems,FMRadio,speakers,rubberitemssuchasdampers,seals,O-rings
andconsumablesliketoothpointsandlterelements.
5.Thewarrantywillnotcovernormalwearandtear,failuresduetoimproperoperation,poormaintenanceand/or
improperhandlingoftheequipment.
6.Thewarrantywillnotcoveranydamagescausedwhiletheequipmentisinstorageorundertransitduringthe
periodofthewarranty.
7.Theabovewarrantywillbe,ineachinstanceonthewarrantiesextendedtotheCompany/CASEDealerbyhis
suppliers,incaseofsuchbought-outitemsaselectricmotors,alternators,tires&tubesandbatteries.
8.UndernocircumstanceswhatsoevershalltheCompany/CASEDealerberesponsiblefordefectsinquality,Work-
manshiporperformancebeyondtheguaranteeofCompany's/CASEDealer'ssuppliersinrespectofsuchitems.
9.TheCompany's/CASEDealer'sliabilitywillbelimitedtotherepair/replacementofthedefectivePartsandwill
notcoveranydirectorindirectlossessufferedonthisaccountandnoclaimforconsequentialdamageswillbe
entertained.
10.Thewarrantyshallnotcoverthecostofremovaland/orrettingofanyPartstotheequipment.
11.Thewarrantyshallalsonotcovertheexpensesorpackingandfreightinconnectionwithreplacementmadeto
thebuyerandthecostforthesameshallbebornebythebuyer.
12.AllreplacementsuppliedunderthiswarrantywillbeonthebasisoftheCASEDealer'soption,subjecttoavail-
abilityofrequiredimportlicenseorcustomsclearancepermitwhereverapplicable.
13.AllpartsfoundtobedefectiveandreplacedbytheCompany/CASEDealershallbecomeitsproperty.Inevery
instance,itshallbethebuyer'sresponsibilitytosendthefailedpartsdulypackedtotheauthorizedCASEDealer
onfreightpaidbasis.Incaseofdefault,nowarrantyshallbepaidforthepartscoveredtherein.
14.ItshallbeobligatoryonthepartofthebuyertouseonlygenuineCaseNewHollandConstructionEquipment
spareparts,recommendedhydraulicoil,transmissionoil,greaseandlubricants,etc.further,itshallalsobe
obligatorytoassemblepartsinaccordancewiththeguidelinesgivenbytheCompany/CASEDealer.
15.Non-conformanceoftheaboveshallautomaticallyandirrevocablyvoidthewarranty.
16.PleaserefertotheauthorizedCASEDealerregardingfreeservicesavailable.Strictadherencetotheinstructions
giventhereinisnecessary.
17.NOWARRANTYisapplicableforaccidentsandfailurescausedduetonegligenceofthemachineoperator.
18.Thecompanyreservestherighttomakechangesindesignorimprovementsatanytimewithoutincurringany
obligationstoincorporatesuchchangesorimprovementsonmachinepreviouslysuppliedbythecompany.

suchinterferencecanresultinseriousmalfunctionoftheunitand/orcreateunsafesituations,youmustobserve

Alwayskeepwindows,mirrors,alllighting,andSlow-MovingVehicle(SMV)emblemcleantoprovidethebestpossible
visibilitywhileyouoperatethemachine.
Operatecontrolsonlywhenseatedintheoperator’sseat,exceptforthosecontrolsexpresslyintendedforusefrom
otherlocations.

5.Turnofftheengineandremovethekey.
When,duetoexceptionalcircumstances,youwoulddecidetokeeptheenginerunningafteryouleavethe
operator’sstation,thenyoumustfollowtheseprecautions:
1.Bringtheenginetolowidlespeed.
2.Disengagealldrivesystems.
3.WARNING
Somecomponentsmaycontinuetorundownafterdisengagingdrivesystems.
