SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read these instructions thoroughly before using the appliance.
Keep this instruction manual for future reference or new users.
-Make sure that the mains voltage matches the voltage
stated on the rating label of the appliance and that the wall
outlet is grounded.
-The appliance is designed exclusively for private use and for
the purpose that was intended.
-This appliance is not t for commercial use. Do not use it
outdoors.
-Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity
(never dip it into liquid) and sharp edges.
- Do not immerse the cord, plug, or any non-removable part
of the appliance in water or any other liquid, nor expose the
electrical connections to water. Make sure your hands are
dry before handling the plug or switching on the appliance.
- When cleaning or putting it away, switch off the appliance
and always pullout the plug fromthe socket (pull onthe plug,
not the cable). If the appliance is not being used, remove the
attached accessories.
- Do not operate the machine without supervision. If you
should leave the workplace, always switch the machine off
or remove the plug from the socket.
- Check the power cord regularly for visible damage. If the
cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the official Technical
Support Service of Cecotec in order to avoid any type of
danger.
-This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an
external timer or a separate remote control.

- Do not twist, bend, strain, or damage the power cord in any
way. Protect it from sharp edges and heat sources. Do not
let it touch hot surfaces. Do not let the cord hang over the
edge of the working surface or countertop.
- Do not try to repair the appliance on your own, contact the
Technical Support Service of Cecotec.
- Be extremely carefulwhen cutting frozen food or bones with
the electric knife.
- Do not operate the knife for more than 5 minutes without a
break.
-The appliance is not intended to be used by children under
the age of 8.
-This appliance cannot be used by children aged 8 or
less, persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities and lack of experience and knowledge.
-Children shall not play with the appliance. Close supervision
is necessary when the appliance is being used by or near
children.

2. BEFORE USE
-Take the product out of the box and remove all packaging materials.
-Wipe allthe parts with a moist cloth to remove allthe dustthat may have deposited on and
in the device during transport.
-To clean the blades, only hold them as near to the ends as possible or by the plastic
handling surfaces.
Warning:
The cutting blades are extremely sharp. Handle with extreme care when using the appliance
and when cleaning the blades. Before inserting or removing the blades, always remove the
main plug.
3. OPERATION
1. Assemble the blades.
2. Insert the ends of the knife into the retainer on the main body.
3. Press the blades in the direction ofthe main body until the ends are locked in place. Check
that they are rmly attached.
4. Plug the device to a power supply.
5. Press the operation button 1 and operation button 2 to turn the device on.

Note:
Do not exert too much pressure when cutting; allow the knife to do the cutting.
1. After use, remove the plug from the socket and take out the blades by pressing the blade
release button.
Warning:
- Be extremely careful when cutting frozen food or bones with the electric knife.
- Do not operate the knife for more than 5 minutes without a break.
4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Unplug the device from the power supply.
- Clean all the device’s parts with water and soap. Be careful when handling the blades.
- Use a soft, dampened cloth to clean the product’s surface.
- Do not immerse the main body in water.
-The blades are dishwasher safe. Make sure to completely dry them after washing them.

6. DISPOSAL OF OLD ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES
The European directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment (WEEE), species that old household electrical appliances must
not be disposed ofwith the normal unsorted municipalwaste. Old appliances
must be collected separately, in order to optimize the recovery and recycling
of the materials they contain and reduce the impact on human health and
the environment.
The crossed out “wheeled bin” symbol on the product reminds you of your
obligation to dispose of the appliance correctly.
Consumers must contact their local authorities or retailer for information concerning the
correct disposal of old appliances and/or their batteries.

7. TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND WARRANTY
This product is under warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase, as long as the proof
of purchase is submitted, the product is in perfect physical condition, and it has been given
proper use, as explained in this instruction manual.
The warranty will not cover the following situations:
The product has been used for purposes other than those intended for it, misused, beaten,
exposed to moisture, immersed in liquid or corrosive substances, as well as any other fault
attributable to the customer.
The product has been disassembled, modied, or repaired by persons, not authorised by the
ofcial Technical Support Service of Cecotec.
Faults deriving from the normal wear and tear of its parts, due to use.
The warranty service covers every manufacturing defects of your appliance for 2 years, based
on current legislation, except consumable parts. In the event of misuse, the warranty will not
apply.
