Additional safety instructions for your Battery Charger
1. Before charging, read the instructions.
2. Do not charge a leaking battery.
3. Do not use chargers for works other than those for which
they are designed.
4. Before charging, ensure your charger is matching the local
AC supply.
5. The charging device must be protected from moisture.
6. Do not use the charging device in the open.
7. Do not short out the contacts of battery or charger.
8. Respect the polarity “+/-“ when charging.
9.Do not open the unit and keep it out of the reach of
children.
10.Do not charge the batteries of other manufactures or ill-
suited models.
11.Ensure that the connection between the battery charger
and battery is correctly positioned and is not obstructed by

foreign bodies.
12.Keep battery charger’s slots free of foreign objects and
protect against dirt and humidity. Store in a dry and frost-
free place.
13.When charging batteries, ensure that the battery charger
is in a well-ventilated area and away from inammable
materials. Batteries can get hot during charging. Do
not overcharge any batteries. Ensure that batteries and
chargers are not left unsupervised during charging.
14.Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries, as they can
overheat and break.
15.Longer life and better performance can be obtained if
the battery pack is charged when the air temperature is
between 18OC and 24OC. Do not charge the battery pack
in air temperatures below 0OC, or above 40OC. This is
important as it can prevent serious damage to the battery
pack.
16.Charge only battery pack of the same model provided
by Central Park@and of models recommended by Central
Park@.

CHARGING PROCEDURE
NOTE: Before using the charger, read the instruction book carefully.
HOW TO USE YOUR CHARGER
1. Plug charger directly into an electrical outlet. DO NOT ABUSE THE CORD. Never carry charger by
cord. Do not disconnect the charger from the outlet by pulling it by the cord.
2. CAUTION: To reduce the risk of re, electrical shock, or personal injury do not attempt to use this
charger with any other product.
Likewise, do not attempt to charge the mower with any other charger.
3. Do not operate a damaged charger. Replace damaged cords or charger immediately at an authorized
Central Park@service depot.
4. Do not charge in wet locations. Do not charge mower when temperature is above 104°F (40°C) or
below 41°F (5°C).
5. Keep the mower and charger away from water, heat sources, (such as radiators, heaters, stoves...etc.)
ames, or chemicals. Be careful not to damage the charger cord, by keeping cord away from sharp
edges.
CONNECTING THE CHARGING STATION
1. When connecting the charging base’s power cord to the adapter, align the notch on the power cord (b)
with the groove on the adapter (a).
2. Connect the charger’s power cord to a wall socket. It is preferable to use an earth-fault breaker as
recommended.

C) CHARGING A DISCHARGED BATTERY
When Central Park@is new or has been stored for a long period, the battery will not be charged and needs
to be charged before starting.
1) Place Central Park@in the working area.
2) Press on/off button to start. Press HOME then OK to send Central Park@back to the charging base.
3) The charging base green light will be ashing, Central Park@will begin to charge.

MAINTENANCE
Remove the plug from the socket before carrying out any adjustment, servicing or
maintenance.
Your charger requires no additional lubrication or maintenance. Never use water or chemical
cleaners to clean your charger. Wipe clean with a dry cloth. Always store your charger in a dry
place.

Warranty
Maxeda DIY BV within the warranty guarantees that the product is free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal use, if installation and maintenance instructions are followed, and normal
storage (storage means the condition where the product is not used for the intended purpose).
The warranty period begins on the date of retail purchase by the original end-use buyer. For different
products and components of products are subject to different warranty periods. On (the pack) you
purchased the product can be found in the applicable guarantee.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
(a) wear, corrosion, discoloration and deterioration due to normal use and storage,
(b) damage due to incorrect and / or improper maintenance,
(c) damage caused to the product external causes such as re, water (vapor, liquid, ice),
misapplication, fall, neglect, misuse (including but not limited to use in violation of the Maxeda DIY
Ltd instructions) or abuse.
(d) supplies and replaceable parts including batteries (one year warranty) and batteries.
When invoking the guarantee, the product (or part) and the original purchase receipt must be
submitted.

instructies zorgvuldig door. Indien u zich niet aan alle onderstaande instructies houdt, kan dat
leiden tot een elektrische schok, brand en/of ernstig letsel.
Bewaar alle waarschuwingen en instructies voor latere naslag.
Dit toestel kan worden gebruikt door kinderen vanaf 8 jaar en personen met een verminderde
lichamelijke, zintuiglijke of mentale vermogens, of met gebrek aan ervaring en kennis, als ze onder
toezicht staan of de nodige instructies betreffende het veilige gebruik van het apparaat hebben
ontvangen en als ze de gevaren begrijpen. Kinderen mogen niet met het toestel spelen. De reiniging
en het gebruikersonderhoud mogen niet gebeuren door kinderen zonder toezicht.
Wanneer de stroomtoevoerdraad beschadigd is, dient deze vervangen te worden door de fabrikant,
de reparatiedienst of een soortgelijk bevoegde persoon, om zo gevaren te voorkomen.
Aanvullende veiligheidsvoorschriften voor uw acculader
1. Lees de instructies voor u begint met laden.
2. Lekkende batterijen niet opladen.
3. Gebruik acculaders niet voor andere doelen dan die waarvoor ze ontworpen zijn.
4. De lader alleen aansluiten op een wisselstroomvoeding.
5. De acculader mag niet blootgesteld worden aan water en vocht.
6. De lader niet buiten gebruiken.
7. De contacten van de batterij of de lader niet kortsluiten.
8. De polariteit respecteren bij het opladen.
9. Open de acculader niet en houdt hem buiten bereik van kinderen.
10. Laad geen accu’s van andere merken op.
11. Zorg ervoor dat de connectie tussen de acculader en de accu juist is gepositioneerd en dat er
geen vreemde voorwerpen de connectie verstoren.
12. Houd de aansluitingen van de acculader vrij van vreemde voorwerpen en bescherm deze tegen
vuil en vocht. Bewaar de acculader in een droge en vorstvrije ruimte.
13. Tijdens het laadproces, zorg ervoor dat de acculader zich in een goed geventileerde ruimte
bevindt, uit de buurt van licht ontvlambare materialen. Accu’s kunnen heet worden tijdens het
laden. Overlaad accu’s niet. Laat accu’s en acculaders niet onbewaakt tijdens het laadproces.
14. Probeer geen niet-oplaadbare accu’s te laden, deze kunnen oververhit raken.
15. U krijgt een langere levensduur en betere prestaties als de batterij wordt geladen met een
luchttemperatuur tussen 18ºC en 24ºC. Laad de batterij niet bij een luchttemperatuur onder
0ºC of boven 40ºC. U kunt daarmee ernstige schade aan de batterij veroorzaken.
16. Laad uitsluitend accu’s van hetzelfde model als geleverd door Central Park@en van modellen die
door Maxeda worden aanbevolen.

OPLAAD PROCEDURE
OPMERKING: lees het instructieboekje aandachtig voor gebruik van het gereedschap.
HOE GEBRUIKT U UW OPLAADAPPARAAT
1. Steek de lader direct in het stopcontact. MISHANDEL HET SNOER NIET. Draag de lader niet aan
het snoer. Trek de lader niet uit het stopcontact of de maaier door aan het snoer te trekken.
2. LET OP: Om het gevaar van brand, elektrische schok of persoonlijk letsel te verminderen, mag de
lader niet met een ander product worden gebruikt.
Probeer de maaimachine evenmin met een ander oplaadapparaat op te laden.
3. Gebruik een beschadigde lader niet. Een beschadigd snoer en een beschadigde lader moeten direct
vervangen worden door een bevoegd servicedepot van Central Park@.
4. Niet laden op een vochtige plaats. Laad de maaier niet op bij een temperatuur boven 104°F (40°C) of
onder 41°F (5°C).
5. Houd de maaier en de lader uit de buurt van water, warmtebronnen (zoals radiatoren, verwarmingen,
ovens enz.), vuur en chemicaliën. Beschadig het snoer van de lader niet en houd het snoer uit de buurt
van scherpe randen.
HET LAADSTATION AANSLUITEN
1. Bij het aansluiten van het netsnoer van het laadstation op de adapter, lijn de inkeping van de netsnoer
connector (b) uit met de groef op de adapterconnector (a).
2. Sluit het stroomsnoer van het laadapparaat op een wandcontactdoos aan. Gebruik een
aardlekschakelaar als aanbevolen.

C) EEN LEGE ACCU OPLADEN
Als Central Park@nieuw is of voor langere tijd opgeslagen was, zal de accu leeg zijn en opgeladen moeten
worden vóór gebruik.
1) Zet de Central Park@binnen het werkgebied.
2) Druk op de aan/uitknop om te starten. Druk op HOME vervolgens op OK om Central Park@naar het
laadstation te laten gaan.
3) Groene lampje van het oplaadstation knippert, de Central Park@begint te laden.

ONDERHOUD
Trek de voedingskabel uit de aansluiting voordat u eventuele aanpassingen, reparaties
of onderhoud uitvoert.
Uw gereedschap vereist geen smering of onderhoud. Gebruik nooit water of chemische
reinigingsmiddelen voor het schoonmaken van uw elektrische gereedschap. Veeg schoon met een
droge doek. Bewaar uw elektrische gereedschap altijd op een droge plaats.
BESCHERMING VAN HET MILIEU
Afgedankte elektrische producten mogen niet bij het normale huisafval terechtkomen. Breng

Garantie
Maxeda DIY B.V. garandeert binnen de garantietermijn dat het product vrij is van materiaal- en
fabricagefouten bij normaal gebruik, indien installatie- en onderhouds voorschriften zijn gevolgd,
en normale opslag (met opslag wordt bedoeld de toestand waarbij het product niet wordt gebruikt
waarvoor het bedoeld is). De garantietermijn gaat in op de datum van aankoop in de winkel door de
oorspronkelijke eindgebruik-koper. Voor verschillende producten en onderdelen van producten gelden
afwijkende garantietermijnen. Op (de verpakking van) het door u aangeschafte product treft u de
geldende garantietermijn aan.
Uitsluitingen
Deze garantie geldt niet voor:
(a) slijtage, corrosie, verkleuring en veroudering ten gevolge van normaal gebruik en normale opslag;
(b)schade ten gevolge van verkeerd en/of onoordeelkundig onderhoud;
(c) schade die wordt veroorzaakt aan het product door externe oorzaken zoals brand, water (damp,
vloeistof, ijs), verkeerde toepassing, vallen, verwaarlozing, verkeerd gebruik (waaronder mede
begrepen het gebruik in strijd met de door Maxeda DIY B.V. gegeven instructies) of misbruik;
(d)op verbruiksartikelen en vervangbare onderdelen waaronder accu’s (1 jaar garantie) en batterijen.
Bij het inroepen van de garantie dient het product (of het gebrekkige onderdeel) en de originele
aankoop-kassabon overlegd te worden.

de connaissances, si elles sont sous surveillance ou formées à l’utilisation de l’appareil en toute
sécurité et comprennent les risques qu’il entraîne. Les enfants ne doivent pas jouer avec l’appareil.

1. Avant de charger, lisez les instructions.
2. Ne chargez pas une batterie qui fuit.
3. N’utilisez pas de chargeurs pour des travaux autres que ceux pour lesquels ils sont conçus.
4. Ne branchez le chargeur que sur une alimentation réseau alternatif (AC).
5. Le chargeur doit être protégé de l’humidité.
6. N’utilisez pas le chargeur à l’extérieur.
7. Ne court-circuitez pas les contacts de la batterie ou du chargeur.
8. Respectez la polarité “+/-“ lorsque vous chargez.
9. Ne pas ouvrir l’appareil et le tenir hors de portée des enfants.
10. Ne pas charger de batteries d’autres fabricants.
11. S’assurer que la connexion entre le chargeur de batterie et la batterie est correctement
positionnée et n’est pas obstruée par des corps étrangers.
12. Laissez les ouïes du chargeur de batterie libres d’objets étrangers et protégez-le de la poussière
et de l’humidité. Stockez-le dans un endroit sec et hors gel.
13. Lors de la charge de batteries, s’assurer que le chargeur de batterie est dans un endroit bien
ventilé et à l’écart de matériaux inammables. Les batteries peuvent chauffer pendant la
charge. Ne pas surcharger les batteries. S’assurer que les batteries et les chargeurs de batterie
ne restent pas sans surveillance pendant la charge.
14. Ne pas charger des batteries non rechargeables, car elles peuvent chauffer et s’endommager.
15. Une vie plus longue et de meilleures performances peuvent être obtenues si le pack batterie est
chargé lorsque la température de l’air est entre 18ºCet 24ºC. Ne pas charger le pack batterie
avec des températures d’air au-dessous de 0ºC, ou au-dessus de 40ºC. Ceci est important car le
pack batterie peut en être sérieusement endommagé.
16. Chargez uniquement des batteries du même modèle fourni par Maxeda et des modèles
recommandés par Central Park@.
