Open the frame box, remove all packaging and
position the table frame upside down on a soft
surface that won't mar the top. Position the legs
up as shown below.
Spin the 4 adjustable feet into the legs. With
assistance, invert the table into an upright
position on all four legs, using caution when
inverting the end with the adjustable headrest.
Use the hardware and tools provided
to secure the legs into a locked
position using the
1/4-20 x 1 ½" hex bolts
and 1/4" locknuts.
DO NOT to tighten at this time.
Attach the spanner between the two legs
using the
1/4-20 x 1" hex bolts
and wrench
provided and completely tighten all 12 frame
connecting hardware points from step 2

INTENDED USE
Clinton treatment tables, models 3010, 3020, 3030 &
3013, are specifically designed and engineered for the
use by a single person at a time, who is attended to and
observed by trained medical personnel. Never leave
anyone on the table unattended. Person’s weight and the
combination of force exerted on the table during treatment
is not to exceed a total of 450 lbs.

(2) 1/4-20 x 1" Truss Head Bolts (0)
(8) 5/16" Washers (4)
(6) 5/16" Locknuts (0)
(4) 1/4" Locknuts (4)

Loosely fasten the adjustable backrest hinge to
the frame’s cross member using (4) 1/4-20 x
1 ½" hex bolts, two 5/16" washers (one each side)
and 5/16" locknuts. Note: Hinge flap goes on the black
channel side.
Place the black backrest channel on top of the
frame tabs with the channel cutouts close to
the head end. Secure using (2) 1/4-20 x 1" truss
head screw and
5/16 "
locknut at each end.
Mount the foot end of the top by placing the
(4) 1/4-20 x 2 5/8" truss head
screws through the frame sides
and the (2) 1/4-20 x 1" truss head screws and
5/16" washers at the end mounting points and
tightly securing the top. Fully tighten hinge
hardware from Step 6.
Secure all screws in the frame
Secure the middle brace to the top
FOR SAFETY PURPOSES, TAKE TIME TO CHECK ALL SCREWS, BOLTS AND NUTS TO INSURE THAT
THEY ARE SECURELY TIGHTENED AND THAT THE TABLE HAS BEEN PROPERLY ASSEMBLED
ACCORDING TO THESE INSTRUCTIONS.

3030 TIER SHELF ASSEMBLY
With table in the upright position, place the
full-length shelf into position under the table
(see step 10). Using assistance, place tier shelf on the full
shelf, aligning it with the end of the shelf that has the
pre-drilled holes. (See photo below)

Warranty
Clinton products are built to be durable. With proper care, your Clinton equipment will provide years of
superior looks and performance. Clean table with a soft cloth and any mild cleaning agent that may be required for
sanitation. NEVER use abrasive scrubbing agents that may scratch the surfaces. Before using any cleaning agents,
try them on a small inconspicuous area to insure that they will not harm the any surface.
Damage from cleaning is not covered under the warranty. Do not use alcohol based cleaning agents.
Periodically check that all fasteners are secure and operating properly.

12 3013 DRAWER ASSEMBLY
With table in the upright position, place the full-
length shelf into position under the table (see
step 10). Remove the drawers and place the drawer casing
into position aligning it with the end of the shelf that has
the pre-drilled holes. Fasten unit by screwing the supplied
1 1/4” black truss head screws through shelf and into
pre-inserted, threaded inserts. (See photo below).

10 3020 SHELF ASSEMBLY
Invert table to upright position and apply 4
adhesive backed hook and loop strips to top
edge of H-braces. Place the full-length shelf on the spanner
with the loop strip underside over the hook strips on the
braces.
