Network Camera
Quick Installation Guide

1. Connect Network Camera to PC directly
User can monitor and configure Network Camera by connecting it to your PC directly.
1. Connect Network Camera to your PC directly using a LAN cable like below.
NOTE: Network camera’s IP address will be automatically set to
the default value, 192.168.123.100, after connecting Network
camera to your PC directly.
(This process approximately takes 20~30 seconds)
2. Please follow the direction to modify PC’s network configuration.
Windows Start ÆControl Panel ÆNetwork Connections ÆRight-clicks on the
Local Area Connection icon ÆDouble click on the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) icon.
Please set PC’s network configuration like below.
NOTE: IP address for PC can be set from 192.168.123.2 to
192.168.123.254. Since Network camera’s IP address is already
set to 192.168.123.100, you cannot allocate this IP address to PC.
3. Please insert the Setup CD into your CD-ROM drive, and then please setup
IP Installer program.

4. Please click ‘Next’ button when the Setup screen appear.
5. Please click ‘Install’ button to begin the Installation.
6. Please click ‘Finish’ button to complete the installation.

7. IP Installer program is automatically launched like below right after the program
installation. Please double click a Network camera on the list.
8. Network camera is successfully connected to your PC.
(Internet Explorer will prompt you to install ActiveX.
In order to view video, you must accept the ActiveX download. )
NOTE: Please select Setting menu for Network camera
configuration. If the login prompt appears, please enter User
name and Password.

User name : root Password : admin

2. Connect Network Camera with a router
1. Please connect Network camera and PC to a router using LAN cables like below.
NOTE: If DHCP server is enabled at your router, Network camera
automatically receives an IP address from your router.
Otherwise, Network camera’s IP address will be automatically
set to the default value, 192.168.123.100.
2. Please insert the Setup CD into your CD-ROM drive, and then please setup
IP Installer program.
3. Please click ‘Next’ button when the Setup screen appear.

4. Please click ‘Install’ button to begin the Installation.
5. Please click ‘Finish’ button to complete the installation.

7. Network camera is successfully connected to your PC through router.
(Internet Explorer will prompt you to install ActiveX.

8. If you want to access to Network camera via Internet, you should set DMZ or
Port-forwarding at your local router.
DMZ : Please enter Network camera’s IP address at the router’s DMZ setup page.
(Only for one Network camera)
Port-Forwarding: Please enter Network camera’s IP address and port numbers
at the router’s Port-Forwarding setup page.
Default Port Numbers: Http Port - 80, RTSP Port - 554
NOTE: Please refer to the router manual for more information
regarding DMZ and Port-Forwarding.
