At least two or more people are recommended for safe assembly.
Keep all children and pets away from assembly area.
Check all nuts and bolts for tightness before and during usage.
Non permanent structure. Do not use in extreme weather conditions including heavy rain or high winds.
Do not leave the gazebo unattended. Louvres must remain in the open position when not in use.

Screen is to remain in the up position
when not in use. To avoid damage to your
screen and gazebo, never leave the screen
down during storms or inclement weather.

Tape Measure Electric Screwdriver

Check that no parts are missing from the box. Ensure you have the required tools
and safety equipment shown below.

STEP 2
Attach the Housing xing channel (B) to the gazebo beam and gutter. Insert the
lip of the xing channel over the top lip of the internal gutter.
STEP 3
STEP 4
When securing the Housing xing channel (B), ensure that it is at an even distance from
each post (le and right). Fix to the bottom of the beam by using a screw (E), six times.
Take the Blind housing assembly (A) and connect to the Housing xing channel (B) by
ensuring the channels on both part A and part B interlock. Place the assembly on an angle
and then push upwards.

Ax the four hex screws (F) into the Blind housing Assembly (A) tightly with allen key (G).
Ensure all four screws are spaced evenly apart.
Loosen the screws on the Right hand side rail channel (C) with the allen key (F). Install the
rectangular aluminium prole on the gazebo leg post rst.

In order to install the rectangular aluminium prole on the vertical post correctly, you can
make the use of the positioning rib on the top prole as illustrated. Insert six Tek screws (E)
into the aluminum channel and into the vertical post.
Loosen the screws on the Le hand side rail channel (D) with the allen key (F). Install the
rectangular aluminium prole on the gazebo leg post rst.

In order to install the rectangular aluminium prole on the vertical post correctly, you can
make the use of the positioning rib on the top prole as illustrated. Insert 6 x Tek screws (E)
into the aluminum channel and into the vertical post.
Slide the zippers attached to the canvas into the plastic guide rail of part C
and part D respectively.

Aer the screen is correctly inserted into the le and right channels, the le (C) and
right (D) corner aluminum and rectangular tubes are re-attached using the hex screws
(F), ve on each side.

The screen is to remain in the up position when not in use.

Pull the horizontal channel up and down to test whether the screen operates smoothly
within the track. Enjoy your new Coolaroo privacy screen.
