Lying down position
IMPORTANT If being used on the bed, make
sure Electric Mini Walker is stable. It should be
placed on a solid board or support so that the
Mini Walker is not sitting on the actual mattress or fabric.
1.When lying down make sure your lower back (lumbar region) is supported while
using the Electric Mini Walker. We recommend that you use a small pillow under
your lower back and under your head for support.
2. Lay back placing both feet on the pedals (you may wish to use the support
straps).
3. Place your arms at your sides and follow the steps in Position 1 for Speed and
Time.To stop the machine at any during the session, simply press Start/Pause and
hold for 2 seconds.
4. When the session is finished, you may want to continue lying in the same
position for a few moments and then slowly stand up.
Sitting position for upper body
Place Electric Mini Walker on a sturdy table.
1. Make sure the Electric Mini Walker is a comfortable distance away from your
chair (to avoid overextending the elbows).
2. Place your Mini Walker on a sturdy table and sit on a stable chair so that the
Electric Mini Walker is at chest level (remote control magnetic holder facing you).
3. Make sure your feet are shoulder distance apart and firmly positioned on the
floor.
4. Follow the steps in Position 1 to begin your
session.
5. When the session is finished, you may
want to continue sitting in the same position
for a few moments and then slowly stand up.

Please read carefully before using your Electric Mini Walker and keep for reference.
PRECAUTIONS
Before using the Electric Mini Walker, or starting a new fitness regime, always
consult with your GP or health care provider before use. Always begin by taking
into consideration your overall level of fitness. We recommend that beginners
start with a short session at a low speed, 3 to 6 minutes per session, twice daily.
Gradually increase the duration of each session to a maximum of 15 minutes,
twice daily. As you feel more comfortable you can progress to higher speed
settings. For optimum results use twice daily, once in the morning and once in the
evening.
Always remember to keep children and pets away from the unit while in use.
You may use either the pedals or grip handles supplied with the unit for any of
the positions suggested. Plug the power cord into a UK mains socket and place
the unit so that the ON/Off Switch faces you. Push the Switch to ON.You will see
four "8's" on the display until you begin the program as described below.
Sitting position for lower body (position 1)
Please use a strong stable chair.
1. Make sure the Electric Mini Walker is a comfortable distance away from your
chair (to avoid over extending the knees).
2. Make sure your lower back (lumbar region) is supported while
using the Electric Mini Walker.We recommend that you use a
small pillow under your lower back.
3. Sit back placing both feet on the pedals.
4. Remove the Remote Control from the magnetic mount and
press the Start/Pause button once and the pedals will start
to turn. To stop press Start/ Pause.
5. Press Speed and choose 30/40/50/ or 60 rpm as desired.
6. Press Timer to choose 3/6/9/12 or 15 minutes as desired.
The unit will shut off automatically when it
completes the selected number of minutes. You
may press the Mode button at any time to see time
remaining.
7. Press Mode Button to display the number of
revolutions and calories burned.
8. For Auto mode, press the Auto button and
the unit will run on a fixed program. In Auto
Mode, the unit will begin at 30 rpm and
gradually increase to 60 rpm.After three
minutes, the unit will slow back down
to 30rpm, then stop and reverse. The
program will then keep repeating
until the Start/Pause button is
pressed.
9. To reverse the direction of the
pedals, press the Forward/Reverse button
once.
10. To Stop the Mini Walker at any
time during your program, simply
press the Start/Pause button.
11. An alarm buzzer
will sound and the
motor will stop if the machine is not used properly or if the user does not, or
cannot keep up with the revolutions. Press Start/Pause button once to restart.
12. When the session is finished, you may want to continue sitting in the same
position for a few moments and then slowly stand up.
13. Press the ON/Off Switch to Off Position.
