APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Plantar Fasciitis Support
Fitting and application:
Note: The brace comes packaged to be worn on the right ankle.
See step #5 to prepare brace for use on left ankle.
2. Wrap long end of brace body
across front of ankle. Grasp short
end of brace body with two hook
closures and press to fasten snugly
on long end.
3. Wrap the elastic tension strap
under the back edge of the arch
and pull up and slightly back with
both ends, press hook onto body
wrap.
4. Strap should apply pressure at
back of arch just forward of heel.
5. To prepare brace for left ankle
detach 1½" elastic tension strap.
Open two hook closures from
body wrap. Fully remove both
sides of each hook tip, rotate 180°
and replace in same location.
1. Detach 1½" elastic tension strap
from brace body. Center the
contoured notch of the wrap over
the Achilles tendon at the lower
portion of the leg.

Care instructions:
The Universal Plantar Fasciitis Support may be hand washed using warm
water and detergent for delicate fabrics. Repeatedly rinse and line dry.
Do not use bleach or place in a washer or dryer.
Caution:
This product has been designed and tested based on single patient
usage. Since it is a single use device it should never be used by multiple
patients. If additional pain or symptoms occur while using this device,
seek medical attention.
Indications:
Mild to moderate plantar fasciitis, heel pain and inflammation.
Contraindications:
Not for use on patients with circulatory or sensation issues. If swelling,
pain, skin irritation, or an unusual reaction occurs, discontinue use and
consult your medical professional.
Warranty:
Products manufactured by Corflex are warranteed to the original
purchaser against defects in workmanship and material for the life of the
product. The foregoing warranty shall not apply to normal wear and tear;
or if the product has been subjected to mis-use or application the
warranty will be voided at the discretion of Corflex.
