CZ357 - How to replace footrest cables
Undo seat pad zippers.

Remove plugs/air tubing and footrest pins/clips.
Remove footrest.

Unscrew backrest cover screws. If bottom ones are
difficult to access, try reclining the chair for better angle.
Remove back cover by pushing cover down to release
from hinges

Remove back pad. Unzip
top and unplug heat
wires

Remove top 4 screws
Use flathead screwdriver and something to prevent
damaging cover to pop off panel clips.

Remove LSS speaker
panel cover by popping
off clips.

Locate LSS shoulder
airbag assembly screw
and remove.
Remove screws/bolts
circled above.

Detach LSS speaker panel. Set on top of backrest.

Recline chair to reveal side panel screw and remove.

Remove side panel. Hinge connection points circled.
Lift side panel and slide forward.
Disconnect air tube.

Locate and remove screws underneath and remove PCB
tray cover.
Cover removed and tray exposed.

Identify footrest cable (single wire that splits into 2
later down the wire route). Take photos of wire
route to reference. Cut all associated zip ties.

Unplug footrest cable (black plug).

Remove wire clips underneath seat cover. Footrest
cables can now be removed and ready to install
new cables.
