CABLEPROTECTIONSYSTEMSFORROBOT!
For the first time in Korea, CPS developed new cable protection system,“ ROBO-KIT ”which is used in the robotic application and preventsthe cables from twisting, damaging or breaking. In addition, as Robo-kitleads the movement of cables, it minimizes the friction and interferenceat the same time. It makes both lifespan of cable prolonged and robotmove freely.RKC+RKS+RKSC+VCGRKR+RKC+RKDRKC+RKS+RKSC+VCG3ROBO-KITRDDPARRKTPRKSRKCVCG
Various industrial robots are used in the manufacturing process of a lot of cables are connected to thehead of attachment of the arm and various tools that can be moved in various directions. The cables andwires of the inner tube can be damaged when repeatedly bend, pull loose twisted action occured if thecables are connected on the robot arm and the head of the manufacturing process in constant rotatingmovement on high speed. This Robo-kit RDD System is so relaxed shirink itself while protecting the cablefrom the relative movement of the robot in any complex posture of the robot can be applied effectively.Convience to install as tubecan be detachable easily.Moving straightly asfollowing movementof robot.※Image : RDD23www.cpsystem.co.kr

Details ofRDD
1.
Other brand : It could behighly damaged due toexposed condition. Before applying roller. To prevent dust, we constitute rollers for all of sides touchedby tubes.
2.
Stroke can be freely adjustable to meetmovement of upper robot-arm suitably.
3.
Cable can be absolutley protected under any conditionas RDD holds by itself to prevent interference betweencables at back side of RDD.

This unit is theinsert of tube to protect from the abrasion, and pro-longs the life time of tube. Also, it is detachable handilyto make it easy to maintenance.RKS in combination with RKC strengthens the flexibilityon the head and specific parts of robot. It decreasesthe load from the mechanical strength.CPSFLEX PAR is made of high quality of Polyamid 12and especially applicable in Robot for the flexibility. It has IP68 protection approved. It can shorten therepairing time, since it is easy to cut off the length asneeded.RKTP / Abrasion ProtectionRKS / Tube Ball JointCPSFLEXRKD in combination with RKC is used for guiding orfixing tubes on robotic application. RKD decentralizesthe mechanical stress on the tube.VCG is the unit for fixing the end part of cables. And itis inserted into RKC in combination with RKSC. It reduces the movement of cables and is comprisedof diverse hole sizes according to the cables sizes.RKC tube clamps in combination with RKD, RKS andRKRC, is used for guiding or fixing tubes in roboticapplication. And its solid design enables RKC to bearhigh mechanical strength.RKSC fixes VCG in the RKS and make it neat the endof cables. RKSC is available to be rotated in RKS sothat it prevents for twisting cables.RKR in combination with RKC, reduces the mechanicalstress on the robot and tube by rotating unit.RKR is used with RKD and RKS in combination.YellowBlack
