INSTRUCCIONES DE INSTALACIÓN
Protector de fácil instalación para la protección de
líneas Ethernet UTP CAT5.E y CAT6 o inferior en
formato rack de 19”, con conexión mediante
conectores IDC y Rj45, lo que permite una rápida
instalación del cable de conexión. Dispone de un
terminal lateral para conectar la toma de tierra.
Los protectores permiten derivar a tierra las
sobretensiones procedentes del cable de
comunicación hacia el equipo, tanto entre líneas
(modo diferencial) como entre líneas y PE (modo
común), ofreciendo un elevado grado de
protección a la instalación.
El producto NETPRO CG24P está pensado para la
protección de cualquier equipo conectado a una
línea Ethernet UTP CAT5.E y CAT6 que aplique el
estándar TIA/EIA568B.
El protector NETPRO CG24P por su diseño queda
conectado en paralelo a la línea de transmisión por
lo cual no hay que considerar una entrada y salida
de línea protegida predefinida..
Se debe observar las normativas y disposiciones
de seguridad nacionales y comprobar que el
aparato no presente daños externos antes de
iniciar el montaje.
En caso de observar daños u otros defectos, no
debe efectuarse el montaje del aparato.
El protector debe conectarse a la toma de tierra de
la instalación para su correcto funcionamiento,
utilizando un cable de toma de tierra.
El protector se suministra con un cable de tierra de
un metro de longitud (en el caso de la utilización de
un cable de tierra diferente al suministrado con el
protector, no debe ser inferior a 1,5 mm² de
sección),con terminal de orquilla en el extremo que
debe conectarse en el borne de toma de tierra del
protector.
La longitud del cable de tierra debe ser lo más
corta.
El otro extremo del cable de tierra debe conectarse
a la toma tierra de la instalación, siendo
aconsejable la utilización de la misma puesta a
tierra del equipo a proteger.
La manipulación interior o la modificación del
aparato invalidan el derecho de garantía.

INSTRUCTIONS OF INSTALLATION
Protector easy to be installed for the Ethernet
UTP CAT5.E and CAT6 lines protection in patch
panel format, with connections by IDC and Rj45
connectors, allowing to be replaced its own
connection cable. Including a lateral terminal to
be connected to the earth outlet.
The protectors allow to drive to the earth the
overvoltage induced on the communication cable
towards the equipment, both between the lines
(differential mode) and between the lines and PE
(common mode), offering a high level of the
protection to the installation.
The product NETPRO CG24P is designed to
protect any type of equipment connected to the UTP
CAT5.E and CAT6 Ethernet line that apply the
TIA/EIA 568B Standard
The NETPRO CG24 P protector by its design is
connected in parallel to the transmission line, so it is
not necessary to consider an input and an output of
a protected predetermined line.
National standards and safety regulations must be
considered and the device must be checked for
external damage prior installation.
If any damage or other faults are detected, the
device must not be installed.
The protector must be connected to the earth outlet
of the installation for its correct operation, using an
earth cable
The protector is provided with an earth cable of one
meter of length (in the case when an earth cable,
different of that provided, it is used, then this cable
must have a cross section not less than 1.5 mm
with a specific connecting terminal in the extreme
that must be connected to the earth outlet of the
protector.
The length of the earth cable must be as shortest as
possible.
The other extreme of the earth cable must be
connected to the earth outlet of the installation,
being recommendable the using of the same outlet
of the equipment to be protected.
Openning or otherwise tampering with the device
invalidates the warranty.
