Installation & Operation
Components List:
Physical Indicator
Solenoid

Tools Required:
·Phillips or Flat head screwdriver
·8mm open end spanner
·Spanner to suit air ttings
·Low strength threadlock adhesive (optional)

Installation & Operation
Schematic of Build Sequence: 1. Screw target into actuator indicator (use
low strength threadlock adhesive if vibration
is a concern). Tighten into nal position with
8mm spanner.
2. Check and conrm the product code is
correct to customer specication.

3. Remove green electronics housing by
untightening the three screws.
4. Separate the black base and green
electronics housing
5. Fix black base to actuator cap using the
two mounting screws.
6. Fix green electronics housing to the black
base using the three screws.

7. Connect required air ttings to actuator.
8. Connect required air ttings to solenoid.
Port = Air supply in
Port 2 = Air supply to actuator
9. Connect air tube/piping (as per customer
specication).
10. Connect power supply.

11. Turn air supply and power supply On and
allow I-VUE to complete self-check sequence.
12. Initiate self-calibration sequence:
a. Hold black side of I-VUE key over black N3
button for 3 seconds.
12. b. I-VUE screen reads "SURE."
12. c. Conrm self-calibration by holding
green side of I-VUE key over green S2 button.
12. d. Self-calibration sequence runs.
