1. Introduction and intended use
The vizzii protective face shield, herein abbreviated vizzii
is a personal protective equipment (PPE) according to PPE
Regulation (EU) 2016/425 protecting against droplets and
splashes of liquids, if used properly. This reduces the risk of
a droplet infection. Due to its design, full protection against
viruses, bacteria or other biological agents is only given to a
limited extent. Can be combined with breathing masks. vizzii
is reusable and can be cleaned and disinfected (not sterile).

2. Warnings
• vizzii IS NOT INTENDED TO PROTECT 
MECHANICAL IMPACT!
• Insuffi cient packing may decrease the level of protection.
Thus, follow the instructions as per Chapter 5.
• Material which may come into contact with the wearer‘s
skin could cause allergic reactions to sensitive individuals.
(REMARK: CUTALL carefully selects the materials and is
not aware of any allergic reaction so far.)
Do not use the PPE, if it:
• is torn, scratched, cracked or damaged in any way
• is altered from its original form
• has been exposed to chemicals, oils or lubes*
• has been exposed to high heat or over exposed to
sun light*
* damages caused by the aforementioned incidents
may not be visible to the end user.

Your order includes a transparent
visor, a headband and a forehead
cushion.

Before assembling, please remove
the protective lm from visor and
headband to ensure optimal vision.
Remove the protective film from
the forehead cushion and attach
it from the inside on the middle of
the head band.
Assembling Assembling
Slide the headband (the side with
the single notch) into one of the
holes in the visor - tilted from the
inside to the outside through the
diagonal slit.
Now you can fit the headband to
the size of your head by interlocking
the two ends of the headband in
the now familiar way. You can con-
tinue to adjust the size afterwards.
With a rotary motion you can lock
the two notches of the headband
with the vertical slit of the visor.
Your own protective visor is now
complete!
vizzi is easy to clean with a soft
cloth and glass cleaner and is resis-
tant to commercial disinfectants.
Similar to step 3, slide the other
side of the headband through the
other opening of the visor and
again lock the notches with the
vertical slit. The arch of the visor
ensures air circulation and provi-
des sufficient space for eyeglasses
or additional face masks.

4. Putting vizzii onto the head
Make sure that
vizzii sits securely and comfortably on your
head before entering the patient room or the nursing
area. Ensure that there is no hair, possibly contaminated
clothing or other contaminated PPE underneath
vizzii in
the facial area. If you use
vizzii in combination with other
PPE, carefully follow the instructions of the other PPE
manufacturers. Carefully remove
vizzii before leaving the
patient room or the care area, avoid contact with contami-
nated surfaces and dispose of
vizzii properly.
5. Storage
For best results store vizzii in the packing as used by CUTALL.
(NOTE: Various other packing materials may contain solvents
which may aect
vizzii‘s properties.) Store vizzii out of sun-
light or articial UV light in a clean, dry environment. The
storage temperature shall be between 10°C and 40°C.
6. Standards and CE Marking
vizzii is certied according to EN166:2001, with the following

8. Hazards Assessment
In order to select appropriate eye and face protecting
devices, a hazard and risk analysis shall be carried out by
trained professionals and the eye, face and/or head pro
tector never shall be used in environments with a higher
risk rating than the protection rating indicated on the
marking. According to this Hazard Risk Assessment,
vizzii
shall be combined with further PPE such as protective
overalls, respirator masks, gloves, etc.
9. REACH Declaration
The manufacturer ensures that the products described
here and their packaging contain no substances to be included
in accordance with Article 57 of the REACH Regulation (EC)
1907/2006 with a concentration of more than 0.1 mass
percent (w/w), pursuant to Article 33 of this Regulation.
10. Disposal
After use,
vizzii to discard as “contaminated, mixed plastics”.
