01 SAFETY & PRECAUTION
General Safety Before the Ride
Kindly read through the entire user manual. This manual contains
important information to reduce user risk as well as instructions for this
product’s proper use. Do not discard the manual but keep it for reference.
Note that the user’s personal safety remains the user’s responsibility and
that the user must contact CYCMotor Ltd or their ocial product dealer
directly for any further guidelines or assistance.
This product is an electrical system that is dangerous for children and
must always be handled by an adult. Small components and accessories
may also present a choking hazard. Keep this product and its accessories
out of reach from children.
Keep all electrical wires secured as exposed wires could lead to serious
injury or product damage. Also inspect the condition of the wires
regularly for any damage.
Never interfere with the parts or attempt to disassemble the internal
parts of the battery when the battery is connected or switched on. This
could result in serious injury or damage to the product.
All components and accessories may only be replaced with identical
components directly supplied by CYCMotor Ltd or an ocial product
dealer. CYCMotor Ltd cannot be held liable for any damages as a result of
using unapproved parts.
Ensure that the battery mount is fastened securely to the frame and that
the battery is secured to the mount. Incorrect mounting could cause the
system to move its position and result in injury while riding. Inspect the
mounting position regularly.
Ensure that all wiring is dry before connecting it to the motor system.
When connecting the battery, make sure that it is properly connected.
Faulty connection could result in a short circuit and damage the motor
system and/ or battery.
Secure all wires properly. Make sure that no loose wires are dangling from
the bike that could be jammed into any moving parts.
Inspect electrical wires and plugs regularly for any damage.

Installation & Use Disclaimer
Follow the installation guidelines provided in this manual to t your
battery pack securely to your bicycle frame. This product is manufactured
to be used as an electric bicycle battery pack for powering the CYCMotor
Ltd mid-drive motor product line. Using this battery for anything other
than its intended use, is not recommended and will not be supported
CYCMotor Ltd.
The installation guidelines also provide you with clear instructions on
usage and charging. Kindly be mindful when using and charging this
product.
The B-Series ebike battery packs are intended to be mounted on a
standard bicycle frame using the steel battery mount and the 3x straps
provided. This user manual includes instructions for two common and
recommended mounting positions for your reference. Kindly note that
mounting positions where all 3x straps are not used, is up to the user’s
own discretion and risk.
The battery unit will be activated and deactivated by switching on your
kit’s display once all the components are installed and connected
accordingly. Do not attempt to alter this method.
Do not install anything other than the parts and accessories that came
with the battery unit. Doing so could damage the product.
Be sure to familiarize yourself with the product warnings provided in this
user manual.

This product is a lithium electric bicycle (ebike) battery pack designed to complement the CYC product line. The B-Series eBike Battery is an ecient,
long-lasting energy source with fast charging capabilities. It is equipped with a Battery Management System (BMS) that ensures safe operating and reliable

03 INSTALLATION
Method #1: Strapping on battery pack
Select a mounting position on your bike frame that will
provide a 3-point support for the straps.
Step 1
-Thread 2x 25*350mm straps through the mounting bracket &
1x 20*250mm through the side bracket. Note that the above
image is for reference only. Straps can be placed as needed.
Step 2

Wrap the straps around the frame and secure them tightly for stability.
Zip ties can be added for extra security.
Step 3
-Plug in the conncector by the XT90-S port to the motor system’s
battery port.

Thread 2x 25*350mm straps through the mounting bracket &
1x 20*250mm through the side bracket. Note that the above
image is for reference only. Straps can be placed as needed.

03 INSTALLATION
Method #2: Bolting battery pack on frame
Select a mounting position on your bike frame that ts over the bottle
cage mount inserts.
Step 1
-Unscrew the 4x M5 mounting bracket bolts with a
3mm Allen Key.
Step 2

Secure the battery mount into position by fastening bottle cage
mount insert screws.
Step 3

Step 4
-Secure the battery pack with the bolts in Step 2. Make sure to
include a spacer and a spring washer in between each bolt
and metal hook for best securing. Add straps if needed. 8

Wire: 10 AWG (red wire to positive pole & black wire to negative pole)

Plug in the conncector by the XT90-S port to the motor system’s
battery port.

Charge Time: 3.5 hours until fully charged
Charge Cycles: 600
Plug the charger into the wall socket.
Connect the battery to the charger at the XT90 connector side.
Leave until fully charged (approx. 2 - 4 hours from empty).
Unplug after fully charged for safety precautions.
Warnings
Refrain from charging the battery pack outdoors
Unplug the battery pack after it is fully charged; do not leave it
connected to the charger for a long period of time.
Do not interfere with the wires or connectors while charging.
The battery can stay mounted on the bike or be taken o for charging.
Charge the battery pack fully every 2 months if not used regularly.

Keep away from children.
05 MAINTENANCE
General Maintenance
Do not reverse or short the positive and negative terminals of
the battery pack.
Do not place the battery pack in high temperatures, such as
near re.
Do not place the battery pack in water, acid, alkaline or salty
liquids, avoid submersion.
Do not open the battery without special instruction.
Do not invert the battery module inside the pack.
Please place the battery pack in a cool and dry environment
if you do not use it for a long time; charge for 2 hours every
month when stored.
Use the designated lithium battery charger when charging.
