Air-Purifying Filter
with Photocatalytic
Deodorising Function is
able to trap microscopic
particles, decompose odours and
even remove bacteria and
deactivate viruses. This filter
features a large active surface area
that effectively cleans the high volumes
of air required to air-condition living
rooms. The filter delivers consistent
performance for approximately 3 years if
washing with water is performed once in
6 months.
Air-Purifying Filter with
Photocatalytic Deodorising Function
Traps microscopic particles, decomposes odours
and even removes bacteria and viruses.
Photocatalytic deodorising filters are made of titanium oxide.
When titanium oxide is exposed to light, a powerful oxidising
action occurs. This decomposes substances adsorbed on
the filter surface into odourless carbon dioxide and water.
Bacteria removal test
Testing method: Dropping method
Testing organisation: Japan Spinners Inspecting Foundation
Result certificate: No. 012553-1 and 012553-2
Based on “Examples of Sound Levels”, Ministry of the Environment, Japan,

This filter is not a medical devices. Benefits such as the adsorption and
decomposition of bacteria and viruses are only effective for substances that
are collected on and in direct contact with the Air-Purifying Filter with
Photocatalytic Deodorising Function.

What is COP?
An air conditioner’s COP (Coefficient of Performance)
indicates how efficiently the unit uses energy. A higher
COP means greater energy efficiency. It also means
lower electricity consumption, so you save money.

Measurement conditions
1. Cooling capacity is based on: indoor temp. 27 CDB, 19 CWB; outdoor temp. 35 CDB; piping length 7.5 m.
2. Sound levels are based on temperature condition in 1 above. These are anechoic conversion values. These values are normally somewhat higher during actual
opration as a result of ambient conditions.
