Replacing the sealing rubber on a
Panomera® S4/8
▶ Loosen the four front screws of
the camera cover counterclockwise
using an Allen key (5).
NOTE
Wear gloves for disassembly to protect
camera glass and lenses.
▶ Remove the camera cover from the
housing and place it on a soft surface.

▶ Loosen and remove the four screws of
the pane holder with an Allen key (2.5).
▶ Remove the two metal brackets...
...and carefully lift the camera glass out
of the frame.

▶ Lift the sealing rubber on one side...
...and carefully pull it o the frame.
▶ Then insert the new sealing rubber
into the frame.
▶ Make sure that the nipple is inserted
into the hole of the frame on one
side rst.

▶ Insert the sealing rubber completely
into the frame...
...and press it rmly with light pressure.
▶ Then press the bars of the sealing
rubber into the frame until they are
level with the frame.
▶ Make sure that the sealing rubber is
evenly and rmly seated in the frame.

▶ Now reinsert the camera glass.
▶ Reassemble the two metal holders
clockwise using an Allen key (2.5).
▶ Make sure that all four screws are
tightened.
NOTE
To avoid device stresses, tighten the
screws crosswise.

▶ Put the front cover back on the
camera housing.
▶ Retighten the screws clockwise
with a torque wrench (5) to 4Nm.
NOTE
To avoid device stresses, tighten
the screws crosswise.
▶ The camera is now ready for
mounting the Air Blast Kit.

Preparing Panomera® S4/8
▶ Press down the safety pin of the
locking ring.
▶ Remove the locking ring.
▶ Loosen the screws of the
Mountera® Plug counterclockwise
using an Allen key (5).

▶ Remove the Mountera® Plug.
▶ Loosen the screw of the cover
system at the back of the housing.
▶ Pull the cover system back and
press the guide bars together.

▶ Remove the cover system from
the housing.
▶ Loosen and remove the screws
of the housing cover.
▶ Lift o the housing cover.

▶ Remove the three sealing rubbers.
▶ Insert the two connectors at the
connection points and tighten
them clockwise.
▶ Insert the coupling and tighten it.
ATTENTION
Be sure to insert and tighten vertically
to avoid damage to the thread.
