1. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS –This manual contains important safety and operating instructions for battery charger
Models B240-301.
2. Before using battery charger, read all instructions and cautionary markings on battery charger, battery, and product
using battery.
3. CAUTION –To reduce risk of injury, charge only Li-ion type rechargeable batteries. Other types of batteries may burst
causing personal injury and damage.
4. Please read these operating instructions carefully before operating the battery charger.
5. Keep this instruction for later reference.
6. Do not open the equipment to reduce the risk of electrical shock. For safety reasons it is only allow to be opened by
qualified service personnel.
7. Protect equipment from humidity.
8. If the equipment is not used for long time, disconnect the equipment from power supply to avoid being damaged by
transient over voltage.
9. If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similar qualified
person in order to avoid a hazard.

B. Trouble shooting :
◆When getting through AC power, please check the power LED lighted “Red”first. (not plug-in Battery yet ) , If
power LED not lighted “Red”,
a. Please confirm the AC power cord is well connected or not.
b. After check AC power cord is well & LED still not lighted “Red”, please send back to repair
When getting through AC power & the power LED lighted “Red”& plug-in Battery , if power LED is Blinking Red or
Red, please check
a. If the output plug is well connected or is it with reverse polarity?
Please confirm the connection of the connector.
b. If the battery is out of use?
Please replace of the new battery
c. If the charger broken?
Please send back to repair
◆Please remove AC power and plug-in again if LED lighted Orange blinking. However, if the LED Orange blinking
symptom was still occurred after doing charger reset, please return to the supplier.
◆Please avoid to plug in & out quickly in turns.
C. Attention :
1. The charger is designed for Li-ion battery only
2. Please operate charger in an open area to keep good ventilation
3. This charger is only for indoor used.
4. If there is any problem, please return to local dealer or services center
Do not try to open and repair the charger by yourself

D. Maintenance and Storage
1. Disconnect equipment from power supply before cleaning.
2. Do not expose your battery pack or cordless tools to water or rain, or allow them to get wet. This could damage the
tool and battery pack. Do not use oil or solvents to clean or lubricate your battery charger.
3. Place out of reach of children.
4. Store in a dry place not subject to subzero temperatures which could cause the cord insulation to become stiff and
possibly crack when uncoiled.
Do not dispose this product as unsorted municipal waste. Collection of such waste separately for special
treatment is necessary. This product must not be disposed together with the domestic waste. This product
has to be disposed at an authorized place for recycling of electrical and electronic appliances. By collecting
and recycling waste, you help save natural resources, and make sure the product is disposed in an
environmental friendly and healthy way.
