Short Form Specifications
Cabinet top is constructed of 16-gauge stainless steel with all corners
welded and polished and reinforced with heavy-gauge, concealed galvanized
steel channels. Lid is 18-gauge stainless steel, insulated and fitted with a
perimeter gasket. Lid is attached with stainless steel pivot hinges.
Cabinet sides are 20-gauge stainless steel and exterior bottom is 12-gauge
galvanized steel. Removable service panel in rear of unit is stainless steel
and louvered for ventilation of the motor compartment. Unit to be equipped
with 5.00" (12.7cm) diameter, ball bearing, polyolefin casters mounted in a
diamond pattern; two shall swivel and include brakes, the other two are fixed.
Unit includes non-marking, gray rubber wrap-around bumpers and a push-pull
handle.
Heated interior compartment is insulated. Self-leveling mechanism is
field-adjustable by adding or removing stainless steel extension springs
on the perimeter of the vertical side channels. Mechanism is removable.
The dish carrier has 16-gauge galvanized steel channels with a remov-
able stainless steel top plate.
Unit has its own forced air convection heating system consisting of a
2600W (HH-02) or 3200W (HH-04) heating element and fan motor. Fan
motor is located outside the heated compartment. Temperature is con-
trolled by two thermostats. Unit can be adjusted to heat plates (approxi-
mately 170°F [77°C]) or metal bases (approximately 250°F [121°C]) with
the use of an internal toggle switch. Unit includes ON/OFF position switch
and two indicator lights which indicate temperature mode selection. A 8'
(2.4m) 3-wire grounded electrical supply cord with NEMA 6-20P plug is
permanently attached to the bottom of the cabinet.
DANGER: Wax filled & plastic pellet bases should not be heated in these
units.
