Short Form Specifications
Exterior Body: front of unit is provided with curved glass of 0.25”
(0.64 cm) overall thickness tempered glass panes. Each side of glass is
trimmed with black aluminum extrusion formed to match the curvature of
the glass front. Base of cabinet is 18-gauge stainless steel over 14-gauge
galvanized steel bottom structure. Exterior top of display case is con-
structed of 18-gauge stainless steel. Exterior sides are finished with stain-
less steel. Unit is completely insulated with 1.50” (3.8 cm) polyurethane
insulation. Adjustable feet allow for leveling.
Doors: unit is provided with two self-closing, thermopane glass doors
in a thermo-plastic frame/track. Doors are readily removable for clean-
ing and are featured with a hold open mechanism for easy loading,
and a lock for night storage.
Interior Cabinet is constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel top and
bottom. Interior sides are ABS material covered with mirrors. Two
beige epoxy coated shelves are provided and have adjustable shelf
supports located at each end of cabinet. Interior is lighted with three
(120v-60c-1ph) fluorescent lights and two adjust with shelves, with
separate on/off switch.
Unit is supplied with low velocity fans to maintain display temperature
of 6º - 8ºF above ambient room temperature. A louver is installed in
front (server side) of base for air circulation.
