Trouble description Parts to be checked
Panel not working
•Check if the LN power supply is normal and the wiring is reliable.
•Check if the switch button is flexible and effective.
•Check if the cable between the power supply board and the LCD panel
inserted properly and securely.
•Replace the rear cover power board first, confirm the function.
LED panel
display abnormal
•When the plastic case is deformed during installation, please loosen
some fixing screws before checking.
Remote control
transmission abnormal
•Check if the cable between the power supply board and the LCD panel
inserted properly and securely.
•Replace the cable and try again.
•Replace the rear cover power board first, confirm the function.
Temperature
display abnormal •Temperature is not corrected, temperature is corrected by panel.
Warning •firmly connect the transmission cable between the remote control and the terminal equipment board
(J26), the cross-sectional area of the wire is AWG 16-28 or 0.25mm2-1.5mm2. Non-polar .
•The terminal device circuit board terminal torque is 0.25Nm maximum, exceeding limits may cause
damage.
•Input terminal supports standard transmission cable with cross-section 0.25mm2, up to 2 x 0.75mm2。
If the system does not properly operate except in the aforementioned cases or the aforementioned
malfunctions are evident, investigate the system according to the following procedures.
Remark:
1. When UNOsense and the wired controller are operating on the same device, UNOsense control takes precedence.
The control time of the wired controller is an hour each time. UNOsense will resume automatic control after an
hour, manual control can be performed by pressing the wired control switch.
2. The wired controller is a one-way transmission and cannot feedback signals from the device to the LCD panel.
When it is controlled together with UNOsense, the LCD display may not match the actual operating status of the
device. Please restart the wired controller to restore normal operation.
