1 Charge External Lithium Battery
Connec he camera wi h PC for charging, and he charging indica or (blue) will be on. The
indica or will be off when he charging is comple ed. Generally, i akes 2-4 hours o fully charge
he camera.
2 Use Storage Card
2.1 According o he recessed reminder beside he s orage card slo , push he TF Card comple ely
in o he end.

Please notice: UHS (ultra highspeed) cards doesn’t work, as they
are not 100% ackward compati le
Note: There is no built-in memorizer for this camera Please insert a storage card when
using the camera (High-quality TF Card is recommended )
3 Start up/Shut Down
3.1 S ar up: Keep pressing MODE bu on for 3s, he display screen will be on, and he camera
en ers S ar -up s a us.
3.2. Shu down: Under idle mode, press MODE bu on and hold on 3s o shu he camera down.
3.3. Au oma ic Shu down of Screen: When he camera’s idle ime is due, he screen will be
au oma ically shu down for saving power, and he screen shu down ligh will be on.
3.4. Shu down due o Low Power: When i s power is ex remely low, LCD will display he icon
“" ", and he User shall conduc charging for he camera immedia ely. When he icon is red
and flickering, he camera will au oma ically shu down.
4 Function Mode Switch
This Camera has 3 modes including video recording mode, pho o mode and playback mode. When
i is on, press MODE o swi ch differen modes.

5 Indicator
Work Indicator (Red): When he camera is working (such as recording a video, aking a pho o,
shu down and au oma ic shu down of screen e c.), he work indica or will flicker.
Charging Indicator (Blue): During he charging process, his indica or will be on; when he
camera is fully charged, i will au oma ically go ou .
6 Video Recording Mode
When i is powered on, DV will direc ly en er video recording mode; under he preview s a us,
press OK bu on and i will s ar o record a video; press OK bu on again, and i will s op video
recording. However, video recording will au oma ically s op when he s orage card is full or he
power is ex remely low.

There are differen menus under every work mode, and he following Menus are for your
reference:

Opera ion: Press OK bu on for a while, and LCD will display relevan Mode Menu; press OK
cursor o selec a Menu, and hen press T or W bu on o move he cursor up or down; press OK
again for confirma ion, and press Power bu on o go back or qui he Menu Mode. Chosen i em in
he menu will be emphasized wi h background color.
Connect to HD TV:
I is possible o connec he camera o HD TV via HDMI Cable (as shown in he following
Figure), and he display signal of he camera will be au oma ically ransmi ed o HD TV, allowing
he user o view HD videos or pho os via HD TV.
