PREPARATION OR USE
This clock radio includes a battery backup system that will maintain the time and
alarm settings during a temporary power interruption. Isert to AAA size atteries
correctly by matching the polarity (+/-) markings in the battery compartment (10). If
ou eperiee a poer failure hile atteries are istalled, the displa ill tur off
but the clock will continue to run and maintain your alarm settings. Please replace all
batteries at the same time with only new batteries.
The clock radio has slip proof silicon feet. Place the clock radio only on protected
furniture.
Plug AC plug (12) into 230vac electrical outlet.
Unwind the FM antenna (9) on the back of the clock radio. Extend and reposition the
antenna for best radio reception.
Note: The time and alarm times can only be set when the radio is turned off.
ALARM CLOCK OPERATION
SETTING THE TIME
1. Press ad hold do MEM / TIME button (2) for approximately 3 seconds until
the display flashes.
2. Press TUN - / HOUR button (5) repeatedly to change the hour setting.
3. Press TUN + / MIN button (6) repeatedly to change the minute setting.
4. Press MEM / TIME utto  to confirm at the time and the display will stop
flashing.
SETTING THE ALARM TIME
This clock radio has dual alarms that can be set and used independently. The
procedure to set both alarms are the same. Both alarms can either sound the buzzer
or wake up to radio.
1. Press VOL – / AL utto  for settig alar tie  ad indicator (B) will flash.
2. Press VOL – / AL utto  agai for settig alar uzzer  ad idiator C
will flash.
3. When the digits are flashing, press TUN - / HOUR utto  repeatedl to
change the hour settig. Press TUN + / MIN utto  repeatedl to hage the
minute setting.
4. Press VOL – / AL utto  to confirm.

5. To cancel alarm, press VOL – / AL utto  util the alar idiators are off.
When the alarm sounds, press / FUNC utto ) to turn off alarm or press
SNOOZE / DIMMER / SLEEP utto  to eter sooze ode. Alarm indicators
will blink during snooze mode. Alarm will sound again after 10 minutes.
6. Follow the same instructions for alarm 2 with VOL + / AL utto (4).
Note: You must make the time and alarm time adjustments while the display is
flashing. The display will stop flashing after approximately 10 seconds if adjustments
are not made.
RADIO OPERATIONS
General Operations
1. Press / FUNC utto  to turn radio on and change between Auxiliary
Mode, FM radio and AUX ill appear for Auxiliary Mode. The radio station
frequency will appear for the FM radio.
2. Press and hold down / FUNC utto  for approiatel  seods to
turn radio off.
3. Press VOL + / AL utto  or VOL - / AL utto  to adjust olue leel.
The display changes to show the volume level indication (00 to 16). 00 is the
quietest and 16 is the loudest.
Auxiliary Mode
1. Plug i auiliar usi plaer at Lie-i jak . Unplug and remove music
player when finished.
FM Radio
1. For aual tuig, press TUN- / HOURutto  or TUN + / MIN utto 6).
2. For automatic tuning, press and hold down TUN- / HOURutto  or TUN +
/ MINbutton (6) for approximately 3 seconds. Repeat to scan for the next
available station.
3. When the time is showing, press TUN- / HOURutto  or TUN + /
MIN utto   to show the radio station frequency.
4. Extend or reposition the antenna and/or the radio for best reception.
Pre-set Station Memory

1. The radio can store up to 20 stations.
2. To store a station in memory, tune to the desired radio station. Press and hold
do MEM / TIME utto 2) for approximately 2 seconds and a number
startig ith P on the display will flash. This P uer represet the 
memory stations.
3. Press TUN- / HOUR utto  or TUN + / MIN utto  repeatedl to the
desired memory statio. The press MEM / TIME utto  oe to ofir.
4. To recall the station, press MEM / TIME utto  until desired station is
reached.
Sleep mode
1. Whe the radio is o, press SNOOZE / DIMMER / SLEEP utto  to enter
sleep mode. Sleepidiator D ill e o ad 9 ill e displaed. Radio ill
tur off i 9 iutes. Press SNOOZE / DIMMER / SLEEP utto  agai to
change sleep time (90 minutes to 10 minutes).
NAP
1. When the radio is off, press SNOOZE / DIMMER / SLEEP utto  to enter
NAP ode. The Nap idiator H ill e o.
2. Press SNOOZE / DIMMER / SLEEP utto  to set the desired nap time (90,
60, 30 mins and OFF.) (units in minutes). OFF is to cancel NAP time.
3. The radio turn on to the previously set radio station after the pre-set nap time.
4. You a press the SNOOZE / DIMMER / SLEEP utto  to ie the
remaining time before the radio turns on. (units in minutes) Or change the NAP
tie  pressig the SNOOZE / DIMMER / SLEEP utto .
DIMMER
Press ad hold do SNOOZE / DIMMER / SLEEP utto  for approiatel 
seconds to change the brightness of the display between high or low.
