INSTALLATION
Locate the receiverin the room where direct light does not strike the screen.
Total darkness ora reflection onthe picture screen can cause eyestrain. Soft and indirect lighting is
recommended for comfortableviewing.
Allow enough spacebetween the receiver and the wall to permit ventilation.
Avoid excessively warmlocations to prevent possible damage to the cabinet or premature component
failure.
This TV operateson a DC supply provided by the AC-DC adaptor. The voltage is as Indicated on the label
on the backcover.Only use theAC-DC adaptor supplied with the TV and never apply an AC mains to the TV
directly. The AC-DCadaptor operates onand AC mains supply, the voltage is as indicated on the label of
the AC-DC adaptor.Connect the DCplug of the AC-DC adaptor to the DC 12V socket at the back of the TV.
Connect the AC-DCadaptor and itsmains cord. Insert the mains plug in the wall socket having a mains
voltage of 90-240V.
Do not installthe receiver ina location near heat sources such as radiator, air ducts, direct sunlight ,or
in a placesomewhere like closecompartment and close area.
Do not coverthe ventilation openingswhen using the set.
CAUTION
Never tamper withany components insideyour set, orany other adjustmentcontrols not mentionedin
this manual. TheLCD panel usedin this productis made ofglass. Therefore,it can break When the product
is dropped orapplied with impact.Be careful notto be injuredby broken glass pieces in case the LCD panel
breaks.When you cleanup dust orstick of awater drop onthe LCD panel. The power cord should be pulled
out from theplug receptacle, thenwipe the receiverwith dried softcloth .During thunderand lighting ,
unplug the powercord and antennacord to preventyour TV setfrom damage. Alltelevision receivers are
high voltage instruments.All "inside work"on your receivershould be performedonly by theTV service
personnel.
If some abnormalphenomena happens ,may be youhave some mis-opertion,pleasetake off powerand
restart your TVset .

Insert The Batteries
Remove the battery cover by pressing it and sliding it down.
Insert the 3V battery, make sure the polarity(+/-) of the battery matches the polarity marks inside the unit.
Replace the battery cover by sliding it in unit you hear a click sound.
Precautions when using the remote control unit
Do not drop the remote control unit.
Do not subject the remote control unit to physical shocks.
Keep the remote control unit dry. Wetting it may cause the unit to malfunction.
Replace the batteries with new ones when operation of the unit deteriorates.

FUNCTIONAL PARTS(TV)
To turn theTV power ON
Put the TVset on thecorrect place, thenconnect the DCplug of the AC-DC adaptor to the DC 12V socket
at the backof the TVset. Connect theadaptor main cordto the wall outlet ,then the LED indicator lamp
turns red/green andthe TV setis at Standby/work Mode. At StandbyMode, if StandbyButton is pressed
the power indicatorwill change togreen. It takesa few secondsbefore the picture appears.
To turn theTV power OFF
Press the StandbyButton to makethe TV setin Standby Mode, then disconnect the power plug from the
wall outlet.
NOTE
If TV isthe selected inputwithout signal receivedand NO operationis performed for about 5 minutes
continuously, the TVset will enterstandby mode. Forany inputs otherthan TV, theTV set will not enter
standby mode automaticallywithout users instruction. If you are not going to use this TV set for a long
time, switch offthe set anddisconnect the powerplug from thewall outlet.

2.Do not useirregularly shaped CDs (e.g., Heartshaped or octagonal)since they may result in
malfunctions.
3.Some playback operationsof DVDs and Video CDs maybe intentionally programmed by software
manufacturers. This unit plays DVDS and Video CDs according to disc content designed by the
software manufacturer, thereforesome playback features may not be available or other functions
may be added.

Press this button to display the setting on the screen.
TIMER Button
Press this button to set the sleep timer, the order

When the preset length of time has passed, the TV set
enters standby mode.
AV/TV Button
Press ¡°AV/TV¡± button,the will be some word show
on the right top of the screen, press ¡°P+/-¡± to select
the AV source, and then press ¡°V+/-¡±to enter AV
mode.
DIGIT Button(0-9)
This TV allows you to select channels from 0 to 255.
Press this button to select one-digit,two digit or three
-digital channels input options.
To select a one-digit channel(e.g. Channel 8),press
this ¡°-/--¡±button to change channel selection to ¡°-¡±
on screen display and press the ¡°8¡±button only.
To select a two-digit channel(e.g. Channel 28),press
this ¡°-/--¡±button to change channel selection to ¡°--¡±
on screen display and press¡°2¡± and ¡°8 ¡± buttons.
To select a three-digit channel(e.g. Channel 128),
press this¡°-/--¡±button to change channelselection

TUNE MENU
AUTO SCAN: Press¡°V+/-¡±to begin auto search
program, and press menu to exit auto search.
CHANNEL: The number is the current channel, and you
can also change channel from one to another.
COLOUR SYS. PAL/NTSC/SECAM (optional)
SOUND SYS. B/G,D/K,I,M,L,L¡¯(optional)
SKIP: Set this item on to skip the channel which you are
watching.
MANUAL: To start searching until a program is
searched, or press¡°MUNE¡± to exit.
Fine Tune: Frequency data can be fine-tuned in upward
or downward by the VOL+/- buttons.
This TV allows you to adjust any setting from the menu screens using ¡°MENU¡±,¡°V+/-¡±and ¡°P+/-¡±buttons.
Press ¡°MENU¡±button to display the menu, press¡°P+/-¡±to change menu from one to another, ¡°V+/-¡± to

OSD MENU
You can choose the language, adjust the H-position,
V-position, duration and halftone.
NOTE:
If the set is cold ,there may be a small¡°flicker¡± when the set is switched on. It is normal, There is nothing
wrong with the set.
If possible, use the VESA 1024X768@60HZ video mode to obtain the best image quality for your LCD monitor.
Under other resolutions some scaled or processed pictures may appear on the screen.
Some dot defects may appear on the screen, like red, green or blue Spots, However,this will have no impact or
effect on the monitor performance.
Do not press the LCD screen with your finger for a long time as it may incur some damage to the screen.

HPOS/VPOS Press the VOL+/- buttons to adjust the
picture Horizontal and Vertical position.
CLOCK Press the VOL+/- to minimize any vertical bars or
stripes visible on the screen background.
PHASE When necessary, adjust the pixel phase of the
picture to avoid picture interference.
AUTO CONFIG To adjust the screen
position automatically. It will take a few seconds and
during this process the screen will be black.
