Read Owners Manual Thoroughly Before Operating

1. Check to be sure all belts are in place
and idlers are engaged.
a. To augers move idler

2. Start the unit.
3. Run the unit one complete revolution
after one ring of grain has been put in
the bin, checking for:
a. Obstruction to unit travel.
b. Clockwise horizontal movement of
the unit as observed form above.

4. DO NOTstart inempty bin.
(Except momentarily to check
rotation of motors).
5. Always start the unit after 1 ring of
grain is in bin and allow it to run during
all filling and emptying operations.
STARTING UNDER LOAD:
1. Be sure all idlers are and
belts are in

2. Start motor, watchin
the unit to be
sure everything is functioning properly.
3. When motor and the first auger on
each side of it reach full speed (after 5-10
seconds) engage the rest of the idlers
one at a time, moving from those nearest
the motor outward to the augers on the
ends of the beam. All augers should be
engaged within two minutes after the
motor is started or the outer drive belt
should be removed to prevent binding of
augers.
4. Always follow steps 1,2, and 3 when
starting the unit under load.
5. If the unit tilts more than 3° when
running in afull bin, adjust the center
hanger balance mechanism until augers
run vertical.
