Withthisproduct,herewithalsoknownasEBOX-3310MX-D4Cserieswhichisasimplified&an
economicaldesignofanembeddeddeviceforSpecialPurposePersonalComputing.Thebasic
specificationofthisproductcomprisesofthex86technologydesign,andwithonboard1GBDDR2
Systemmemory,VGAdisplay,USB,PS/2Keyboard/Mouse,RCATV-INandLANInterfaces.
Distribution Convention:
1. ThisProductincludesagiftbox,aninnercase,aPC,aPoweradaptor,(andSATAcablewill
beincludedonlyforModelswithSATAsupportedpackage).Uponreceivingthisproduct,
kindlypleaserefertotheUser’Manualtocheckforthecontentsandappearanceofthis
product;contactimmediatelyyournearestdealerorDMPofficeforanydefectiveormissing
parts.Thesupplierwillnotberesponsibleforanyreporteddiscrepancythereaftertheexpiration
periodof3-daysfromthedateofpurchase.
2. Inconsiderationoftransportationandthecostofstorage,thesupplierprovidestothe
distributorsawarrantyof12-months.Thiswarrantycoversthefailurecausedbyhardware
breakdown(excludingharddrives),butdoesnotcovertheactofmisuseandmishandling.
3. Thesupplierwillnotacceptunknownpost,thereforeifyouwishtorepairortoreturnyour
goods– kindlypleasecontactyournearestdealertomakeyourdeclaration,andatthesame
time,applyforaRMAnumber(RMAstandsforReturnMerchandiseAuthorization–please
askforRMAformandfill-upforauthorization).
4. ThefreightforreturngoodsforrepairwillfollowtheInternationalcustomarypracticeand
convention:Bothpartiesistopayforfreightofoneshipmenteach.Theshipperisrequiredto
prepaythefreightfromtheplaceoforigin(Thismeansthatthereturnee(user)coversthe
freightforreturngoods,whiletheSuppliercoversthefreightforgoodsaftertherepair).
5. Obsoletewarrantyisreferredtoas:(1)Expirationofwarrantyor(2)Damageduetomisuse
withinwarranty.TheSupplierwillbetakenintoconsiderationofthecircumstances,toprovide
repairservicewithchargesexpenseforobsoletewarranty.Thisexpenseincludesthecostof
materialandthecostoflabor.
Note:Ifthereisotherparticularissuenotlistedintheaboveconditions,bothpartiesagreedtofollow
theGeneralLawofCommercewithfairandreasonablediscussioninhandlingandresolvingthe
argument.

physicalspaceandtemperatureconcerns. Nomatteryouareinajammedoffice,acrowdedplace,or
publictransportation,itcanbeeasilyintegratedwithaVESALCDtobringyouEBOX-3310MX-D4C
seriesaccessatanytime.
ItcanattachtoanyVESAmountingfixture;allowingittobesecurelymountedontodesks,walls,or
buildings,andtherebyoptimizesyourworkarea. ItcanalsoattachdirectlytoanysizeLCDfora
mobilesystemfortheuseattradeshows,presentations,promotions,etc.Unliketraditionalportable
laptopdesign,theEBOX-3310MX-D4CseriescanbeusedwithalargesizeLCD. Furthermore,with
