 Thank you for purchasing our money counter.
 Guarantee is one year from the date of supply.
 This user guide compiles all the relevant instructions about the use
and operation of the machine.
 We recommend the new user to read the manual thoroughly, in
order to get familiarized with the controls and operation of the unit.
CONTENTS
The present user manual contains a section with warranty certificate and warranty
terms and conditions. Please keep the present manual at least until the end of the
warranty period of the device.

1. Safety precautions
Please read the safety precautions below before operating the
Currency Counter. They must be obverse to avoid any potential
hazards that could result in personal injuries or damage to the
Currency Counter.
1. To avoid the risks of damaging the device or causing injury to
users, install the counter on a flat steady surface.
2. Always switch the counter off and unplug the power cable after you
have finished working with it
3. To clean the sensors (feeding sensor, stacker sensor and counting
sensors) use a soft cloth or a brush.
4. If any failures or crashes occur, contact the technical support
service.
5. To avoid display malfunctions, turn the counter on after 5 seconds
from the moment of its last shutdown.

2. Purpose of the currency counter
DoCash 3200 HD - are designed for counting large amounts of
banknotes of various currencies.
These counters are reliable and easy to use and have the ability to
detect the genuineness of different notes.
3. Declaration of conformity
The currency counter conforms to the following requirements:
CU TR 004/2011 «On safety of low-voltage equipment»;
CU TR 020/2011 «Electromagnetic compatibility of technical
equipment».
This manual contains information that is actual for the moment of
publishing, and might not contain later changes.
The manufacturer maintains the right to change machine’s
specifications and control algorithms.

6. Control panel
MODE: Choose CNT mode (Count), SDC mode (Single
Denomination Count) & MDC mode (Mixed Denomination Count).
CFD: Pressing this button for 3 seconds, can choose different
Counterfeit Detection Sensitivity level
CUR: Show up the available cur rency names in your machine and
navigate buttons and MENU to select the currency you want.
BATCH: Switch on/off batch mode.
PRINT: When your value counter is connected with a printer,
then in REPORT mode (press DETAIL to get in), press this PRINT
button to print out the detail.
A/M： Choose Auto or Manual Start
S/N： Switch on/off SN reading function
ADD: The default function is to switch on/off ADD function
SPEED: The default function is to select different available
counting speeds.
↑→ ↓←: When BATCH is on, then use ↑→ ↓←buttons to input the
batch number. And in Menu to choose currency type.
MENU: Pressing this button for 3 seconds to Enter in to Menu
while in main interface.
ESC: The default function is to clear the input or back to upper
level.
RESTART: This button is used to start counting, or back to upper
level in MENU.

7. Operation mode
CNT mode
Pressing button MODE to select CNT mode. In this mode, you can
switch on ADD or BATCH or ADD + BATCH.
SDC mode
Pressing button MODE to select SDC mode. This mode is to count a
single denomination bill. The system will take the first note as the
benchmark, an will stop counting when meeting a different
denomination.
MDC mode
Pressing button MODE to select MDC mode. This mode is a value
counting mode for mixed denominations, and press REPORT button
to check the counting details.
8. Setting mode
Pressing Menu button for 3 seconds, you will see setting menu with
the following main interface.
Use the cursor to select with sub-menu you want to enter, and press
MENU button to confirm, and press ESC button to quit.

9. Maintenance and troubleshooting
After starting the machine, it will go on self-check automatically. If
you preset window show the following error code, generally speaking,
it is because of dust on the surface or sensor blocked by notes. So
please clear the dust on the surface with brush or soft cloth, or take the
notes away. Then restart the machine.

10. Warranty
The warranty period is 12 months from the day of delivery subject to
compliance with the conditions of use and storage indicated in this
Manual and additional conditions specified in the Warranty Coupon.
Manufacturer shall be released from any obligation for the counter
malfunction resulting from improper transportation, storage and use,
as well as from mechanical failure.
11. Transportation and storage
Allowed temperature during transportation is from – 30 to + 50 °С.
Storage of the counter is allowed only in heated places at the
temperature from +1 to + 40 °С and relative air humidity of up to 80%
(at 25 °С).

1. Меры безопасности
Пожалуйста, внимательно ознакомьтесь с мерами безопасности
прежде, чем использовать счетчик банкнот.
Их следует соблюдать с целью избежать возможных угроз
здоровью пользователей и повреждений счетчика банкнот.
1. Чтобы обеспечить сохранность устройства и безопасность
пользователя, устанавливайте счетчик на ровную надежную
поверхность.
2. При завершении работы всегда выключайте устройство и
извлекайте кабель питания.
3. Для очистки датчиков (датчиков слистывателя, датчиков
приемного кармана и датчиков пересчета) используйте
мягкую ткань или щетку.
4. При возникновении неисправностей или поломок, обратитесь
в службу технической поддержки.
5. Включайте устройство не менее чем через пять секунд с
момента последнего выключения, чтобы избежать неполадок
дисплея.

2. Назначение счетчика банкнот
DoCash 3200 HD - надежные счетчики банкнот с проверкой
подлинности для ежедневной обработки больших объемов
наличности. Использование счетчика банкнот позволяет
ускорить и упростить операции по пересчету банкнот, возложив
эту функцию на автоматизированное оборудование.
3. Декларация о соответствии

Настоящее руководство по эксплуатации содержит

РЕЖИМ: Выбор режима пересчета.
ДЕТ: Выбор уровня чувствительности детекции при нажатии на
кнопку более 3 сек.
ВАЛЮТА: Отображение доступных валют и выбор кнопками
навигации
ФАСОВ: Включение/отключение функции фасовки.
ПЕЧАТЬ: Печать результатов пересчета в случае подключенного
принтера.
АВТО: Вы бор автоматического или ручного запуска
пересчета.
SN: Включение/отключение функции чтения серийного номера.
ДОБ: Включение/отключение функции счета с накоплением.
СКОР: Выбор скорости пересчета.
↑→ ↓←: Установка фасовки, а также кнопки навигации.
МЕНЮ: Вход в меню пользователя при нажатии на кнопку более
3 секунд .
СБРОС: Сброс результатов пересчета и выход из меню.
СТАРТ: Начало пересчета или возврат на предыдущее меню.

7. Режимы работы
Режим СЧЕТ (режим простого пересчета)
Нажмите на кнопку РЕЖИМ для выбора режима СЧЕТ (простой
пересчет). В этом режиме Вы можете включить функции
СУММА или ФАСОВКА, или СУММА+ФАСОВКА(пересчет с
добавлением итога и фасовка).
Режим НОМ (пересчет банкнот одного номинала)
Нажмите на кнопку РЕЖИМ для выбора режима НОМ. Этот
режим предназначен для пересчета банкнот одного номинала.
Счетчик принимает первую банкноту за образец и останавливает
пересчет при распознавании банкноты другого номинала.
Режим МИКС (пересчет банкнот разных номиналов)
Нажмите на кнопку РЕЖИМ для выбора режима МИКС. Этот
режим предназначен для пересчета банкнот разных номиналов,
нажмите на кнопку ОТЧЕТ, чтобы узнать пономинальный
результат пересчета.
8. Настройки
Зажмите кнопку МЕНЮ более 3 сек для входа в меню
пользовательских настроек счётчика.
Используя кнопки навигации выберете необходимый пункт меню
и нажмите МЕНЮ для входа в настройки.
