1. This water fountain consists of active carbon filter cartridges. It is normal to spot
small quantity of black carbon powder at first use, which is harmless to your pets.
2. Avoid any parts of the water fountain to be bitten or swallowed by your pets. Please
install an external layer of protection around the power cable should your pet has a
habit to bite it.
3. Clean the water fountain regularly and replace contaminated filter parts promptly.
Recommended replacement period is every 15-30 days.
4. Refill water promptly when the level is low to avoid no supply for the water pump
and to lengthen duration of use.
5. Disconnect power supply when the water fountain is not in sue, empty the water
inside and air the water fountain before storing in dry area.
6. Parts are easily damaged in the process of disassembly. Exercise great
care when disassembling the product’s water pump for repair as it is
