TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
The device shall be stored in the
manufacturer's package in a heat-
ed and ventilated storage room at
the temperature of +5oC to +40oC
with a relative humidity not
exceeding 80%.
The device shall be transported
in the manufacturer's package by
car or railway (in a covered vehi-
cles), by air in the pressurized
modules at the temperature of
–30oC to +50oC and the relative air
humidity up to 98% at the tem-
perature of +25oC and the air
pressure 84 to 107 kPa (630 to
800 mm Hg).
OPERATION
1. Install the device on the flat
horizontal surface or fix it on
the vertical surface with the
help of the self-tapping screws
(recommended diameter 4,2
mm, screw head diameter 8
mm, distance between the
screw holes 121 mm).
2. Connect the device to the wall
outlet (220 V, 50 Hz) and
switch it on with the "POWER"
switch on the top panel of the
device (Fig. 1).
The outlet should be close to
the device and easily accessible.
3. Place one or several bank notes
in front of the device under ul-
traviolet light.
4. Compare the data obtained
with the authentic banknote
data.
After completing working with
the device be sure to turn off
the device and disconnect it
from the outlet.
