•DOT don't have the responsibility of the problem coming up with user’s fault.
•Please reset the device and remove the battery before disassembling.
•There is the potential for screws to be broken by using a screwdriver out of
synch with screws.
•Be careful not to damage the battery connector when disassembling.
•Disassembling an earphone jack is hard so it requires meticulous attention.
•Be sure to wear padded gloves and safety equipments to avoid any wounds on
your hands and body.
•Right screws should be used to exact position. There is a possibility of cracks
on the device.
•Rubber mat can protect some scratches on PDA.
•Contact to DOT technical team if the device doesn’t turn on after disassemble
and assembling.

1-1. Repair Precaution
●PDA is sensitive for surrounding environment.
●Be careful to use a kind of magnetic object, because
performance of parts is damaged by the influence of
manetic force.
●Surely use a standard screwdriver when you disassemble
this product, otherwise screw will be worn away.
●Avoid repairing the DOTH-100 and its options in areas
subject to the following conditions.
- Large amounts of static electricity.
- Extreme heat or cold
- Sudden temperature extremes.
- Large amounts of dust
●Take specially care of soldering iron, because Land of PCB
is small and weak in heat.
●Surely turn on/off while usingAC power plug, because a
repair of battery charger is dangerous when turning
ON/OFF PBA and Connector after disassembing charger.
1-2. ESD(Electrostatically Sensitive Devices) Precaution
Several semiconductor may be damaged easilly by static
electricity. Such parts are called by ESD.
You can prevent from ESD damage by static electricity if you
read below line.
●Remove static electricity remained your body before you
touch semiconductor or parts with a semiconductor.
There are ways that you touch an earthed place or wear
gloves.
●Use soldering removing tool to break static electricity.,
otherwise ESD will be damaged by static electricity.
●Don't unpack until you check ESD on product.
●You must maintain electric contact between ESD and
place due to be set up until ESD is connected completely
to the proper place or circuit board.
