in combination with original
Dräger particle filters.
Intended Use
The filter box 40/100 can be
used to attach a particle
filter 670 to a mask with
standard thread connection
according to DIN EN 148
Part 1.
The combination of the
filter box with the applied
particle filter 670 and a mask
which has had a prototype
tested in accordance with
(EU) 2016/425, such as
Dräger X-plore 6300 RA or
similar, enables CE-compliant
respiratory protection.
With an
inserted particle filter, the filter
box 40/100 corresponds with a
filter with standard thread
connection.
Use
• Remove the lid (1).
• If necessary, put a protective
screen (2) into the lid (e.g. for
welding and grinding work).
• Put the particle filter (3) into
the adapter (4).
• Screw the lid onto the adapter.
• Screw the filter box 40/100
into the connection piece of
the mask.
• Don the mask and check for
leaks.
After Use
• Unscrew the cover.
• Remove particle filter, then
dispose of it.
