A. Press the button to turn on,
press it again to turn o.
The appliance will cause your foot
and ankle to pivot up and down to
simulate the motions of walking.
The rapid repeating pivotal motions
will help to loosen the joints in
your foot and ankle while causing
movement in the calf muscles which
helps to promote circulation in your
legs and feet. The pivotal motion
created by the MotionCiser simulates
the motion of the foot, ankle, and calf
muscles just like when a person is
walking.
The MotionCiser has a
preprogrammed mode which
automatically turns o after 30
minutes.
It is advised to use the MotionCiser
for 20 to 30 minutes each time, two
to three times a day if you don’t go
out for a daily walk.

USE OF REMOTE CONTROL

At low speed the MotionCiser will
simulate the motions of around 400
steps, at mid speed around 600
steps and at full speed around 1,000
steps. The higher the speed settings,
the rapid passive motions will also
provide vibrational massage eects.

BATTERY CHANGE
1. Pull out the battery
First, remove the screw. Press the lip at the bottom of
the remote control, and pull out the
battery tray at the same time.
2. Change the battery
Place the new battery with the
correct side up front.
3. Place the battery back
Push the battery tray back into the
remote control and the screw back in
place.
Note:
The remote control works on
CR2025 battery.

Let op

1. Controleer voor gebruik of de
netspanning ter plaatse over-
eenkomt met de specificaties
zoals getoond onderop de Mo-
tionCiser®. Het is verboden om
het apparaat met een adapter of
transformator te gebruiken; dit
leidt tot verval van de garantie.
2. Niet aan het netsnoer trekken,
het niet buigen, niet beschadi-
gen of in aanraking laten komen
met hete oppervlakken. Contro-
leer zowel netsnoer als stekker
regelmatig op tekenen van
schade of slijtage en is daarvan
sprake, gebruik het apparaat
dan niet meer en laat de on-
derdelen door een deskundige
vervangen.
3. Als het apparaat niet goed func-
tioneert, gevallen of beschadigd
is, raadpleeg dan Customer
Service.
4. Gebruik de MotionCiser® alleen
binnenshuis en altijd op een
vlakke ondergrond.
5. Dit apparaat mag alleen worden
gebruikt, beheerd en schoon-
gemaakt door personen met
verminderde lichamelijke, sen-
sorische of geestelijke vermo-

A. Druk op de knop om het
apparaat aan (en uit) te zetten.
Bij gebruik van de MotionCiser®
bewegen uw voeten en enkels op
en neer om een loopbeweging na te
bootsen.
Door de herhaaldelijke beweging
worden de voet- en enkelgewrichten
losgemaakt en de kuitspieren
gestimuleerd, wat de bloedsomloop in
het onderlichaam bevordert.
De op-en-neergaande beweging die
de MotionCiser® maakt, bootst de
beweging na die de voet-, enkel- en
kuitspieren maken tijdens het lopen.
Het apparaat is uitgerust met een
voorgeprogrammeerde behandeltijd
van 30 minuten waarna de
MotionCiser automatisch uitschakelt.
Gebruiksadvies: 20 à 30 minuten
per keer, twee- of driemaal per dag
indien u niet dagelijks een wandeling
maakt.

DE BATTERIJ VERVANGEN
1. Verwijder de batterij
Verwijder eerst het schroee. Druk het palletje aan de onderkant
van de afstandsbediening in
en verwijder tegelijkertijd de
batterijhouder.
2. Vervang de batterij
Plaats de nieuwe batterij in de
houder met de juiste zijde omhoog.
3. Plaats de batterij
Klik de batterijhouder terug in de
afstandsbediening en sluit af met het
schroee.
Opmerking:
De afstandsbediening werkt op een
CR2025-batterij.

1. Avant de brancher l’appareil, véri-
fier que les spécifications élec-
triques locales sont compatibles
avec les informations en-dessous
du DR-HO’S MotionCiser®. Il est
interdit d’utiliser l’appareil avec
un adaptateur ou un transforma-
teur, cela annulera la garantie.
2. Ne pas tirer, tordre ou maltraiter
le cordon y ni le laisser toucher à
des surfaces chaudes. Inspecter
régulièrement le cordon et la pri-
se électrique pour s’assurer qu’ils
ne soient pas endommagés et
ne jamais utiliser le MotionCiser®
avec un cordon ou une fiche
endommagé. Svp remplacez par
le fabricant ou un mandataire
autorisé.
3. Si l’appareil fait défaut, tombe
ou s’endommage d’une autre
façon, arrêter immédiatement
l’utilisation et contacter le service
Clientèle.
4. Ne pas utiliser à l’extérieur, ne
pas l’exposer aux conditions mé-
téorologiques changeantes et il
faut toujours utiliser l’appareil sur
une surface plane.
5. Cet appareil peut être seulement
utilisé par des personnes aux
capacités physiques, sensorielles
ou mentales réduites, ou n’ayant
pas susamment d’expérience
ou de connaissances, s’ils sont
surveillés et ont été instruits du
mode d’emploi et s’ils compren-
nent les risques.
6. Ne pas se tenir debout sur l’ap-
pareil. Uniquement positionnez
vos pieds lorsque vous êtes en
position assise, comme sur un
repose-pied.
7. Gardez vos mains et pieds hors
de l’espace entre les pédales.

A. Appuyez sur le bouton pour
l’allumer, appuyez de nouveau
pour l’éteindre.
Le MotionCiser® fera pivoter votre
pied et votre cheville vers le haut et
le bas pour simuler la marche. Les
mouvements de rotation rapides et
répétés aideront les articulations de
votre pied et de votre cheville tout
en générant des mouvements dans
les muscles du mollet, ce qui favorise
la circulation dans vos jambes et vos
pieds. Le mouvement de rotation
créé par le MotionCiser® simule le
mouvement du pied, de la cheville et
des muscles du mollet tout comme
une personne qui marche.
Le MotionCiser est muni avec un
mode qui éteindront automatique-
ment l’appareil après 30 minutes.
Nous vous recommandons d’utiliser
l’appareil pendant 20 à 30 minutes
à la fois, deux ou trois fois par jour si
vous ne faites pas de marche quoti-
dienne.
