Warnings
• To avoid risk of electrical
shock, never immerse base
unit, cord or plug in water/
liquids.
• Never leave DR-HO’S Motion-
Ciser® unattended while it is in
use.
• This appliance shall not be
used or played with by child-
ren. Keep the appliance and its
cord out of reach of children.
1. Use of the appliance in loca-
tions with dierent electrical
specifications may result in
damage to the product so
please check specifications
before operation. Do not use
this product with any type of
adapter or voltage converter
device; this is considered
unauthorized modification of
the product and as such voids
the warranty.
2. Do not pull, twist, or damage
the power cord and don’t allow
to touch hot surfaces. Periodi-
cally inspect cord and plug. Do
not operate with a damaged
cord or plug. A damaged cord
or plug must be replaced by
a qualified person in order to
avoid a hazard.
3. If the appliance malfunctions,
is dropped or damaged in any
manner, contact Customer
Service for assistance.
4. Do not use the device out-
doors or in inclement weather,
and always operate on a level
surface.
5. This appliance may be used,
cleaned and/or maintained by
persons with reduced physi-
cal, sensory or mental abilities
or lack of experience and/or
knowledge, if they have been
given supervision or instruc-

6. Never stand on the appliance
but use it for your feet when
sitting upright and in a comfor-

7. Switch OFF the MotionCiser
and remove the plug from the
socket every time you finish
using the device and before
cleaning it. Proceed as follows:
take hold of the plug (not the
cable) and pull the plug from
the socket. Never pull on the
power cable.

A. Press the button to turn on,

The appliance will cause your foot
and ankle to pivot up and down to
simulate the motions of walking.
The rapid repeating pivotal motions
will help to loosen the joints in
your foot and ankle while causing
movement in the calf muscles which
helps to promote circulation in your
legs and feet. The pivotal motion
created by the MotionCiser simulates
the motion of the foot, ankle, and calf
muscles just like when a person is
walking.
The MotionCiser has a
preprogrammed mode which
automatically turns o after 30
minutes.
Advice:
It is advised to use the MotionCiser
for 20 to 30 minutes each time, two
to three times a day if you don’t go
out for a daily walk.

At low speed the MotionCiser will
simulate the motions of around 400
steps, at mid speed around 600
steps and at full speed around 1,000
steps. The higher the speed settings,
the rapid passive motions will also
provide vibrational massage eects.

BATTERY CHANGE
1. Pull out the battery
First, remove the screw.
Press the lip at the bottom of
the remote control, and pull out the
battery tray at the same time.
2. Change the battery
Place the new battery with the
correct side up front.
3. Place the battery back
Push the battery tray back into the
remote control and the screw back in
place.
Note before the first use:
Remove the plastic protection film
from the remote control to activate
the battery.
Note:
The remote control works on one
CR2025 battery.

cution, ne JAMAIS immerger la
base, le cordon ou la fiche dans
l’eau ou tout autre liquide.
• Ne jamais laisser l’appareil sans

• Les enfants doivent être tenus
éloignés de l’appareil et le
cordon. L’appareil n’est pas un
jouet !
1. Avant de brancher l’appareil, véri-
fier que les spécifications élec-
triques locales sont compatibles
avec les informations en-dessous
du DR-HO’S MotionCiser®. Il est
interdit d’utiliser l’appareil avec
un adaptateur ou un transforma-
teur, cela annulera la garantie.
2. Ne pas tirer, tordre ou maltraiter
le cordon y ni le laisser toucher à
des surfaces chaudes. Inspecter
régulièrement le cordon et la
prise électrique pour s’assurer
qu’ils ne soient pas endomma-
gés et ne jamais utiliser l’appareil
avec un cordon ou une fiche
endommagé. Svp remplacez par
le fabricant ou un mandataire
autorisé.
3. Si l’appareil fait défaut, tombe ou
s’endommage d’une autre façon,
arrêter l’utilisation et contacter le
service Clientèle.
4. Ne pas utiliser à l’extérieur, ne
pas l’exposer aux conditions mé-
téorologiques changeantes et il
faut toujours utiliser l’appareil sur
une surface plane.
5. Cet appareil peut être seulement
utilisé par des personnes aux
capacités physiques, sensorielles
ou mentales réduites, ou n’ayant
pas susamment d’expérience
ou de connaissances, s’ils sont
surveillés et ont été instruits du
mode d’emploi et s’ils compren-

pareil. Uniquement positionnez
vos pieds lorsque vous êtes en

7. Gardez vos mains et pieds hors
de l’espace entre les pédales.
8. Conseil : Éteignez le Motion-
Ciser et débranchez-le après
chaque utilisation et avant le
nettoyage. Procédez comme
suit : retirez de la prise en
saisissant la fiche (et non le
cordon). Ne tirez jamais sur le
cordon d’alimentation.

A. Appuyez sur le bouton pour
l’allumer, appuyez de nouveau
pour l’éteindre.
Le MotionCiser® fera pivoter votre
pied et votre cheville vers le haut et
le bas pour simuler la marche. Les
mouvements de rotation rapides et
répétés aideront les articulations de
votre pied et de votre cheville tout
en générant des mouvements dans
les muscles du mollet, ce qui favorise
la circulation dans vos jambes et vos
pieds. Le mouvement de rotation
créé par le MotionCiser® simule le
mouvement du pied, de la cheville et
des muscles du mollet tout comme
une personne qui marche.
Le MotionCiser est muni avec un
mode qui éteindront automatique-
ment l’appareil après 30 minutes.
Nous vous recommandons d’utiliser
l’appareil pendant 20 à 30 minutes
à la fois, deux ou trois fois par jour
si vous ne faites pas de marche
quotidienne.

CHANGEMENT DE PILE
1. Retirez la pile
Tout d’abord, retirez la vis.
Appuyez sur le bas de la
télécommande et retirez le support
de pile en même temps.
2. Remplacez la pile
Placez la nouvelle pile en respectant
la polarité et fermez-la avec la vis.
3. Installez la pile
Réencliquetez le porte-pile dans la
télécommande puis refermez avec
la vis.
Remarque avant la première
utilisation : Retirez le film de protec-
tion en plastique de la télécommande
pour activer la pile.
Remarque :
La télécommande fonctionne avec
une pile CR2025.

1. Vor der Verwendung prüfen, ob die

verwenden, nicht wechselhaften
Witterungsbedingungen aussetzen
und immer auf ebenem Untergrund
verwenden.
5. Das Gerät darf von Personen mit
eingeschränkten körperlichen,
sensorischen oder geistigen Fähig-
keiten oder mangelhaften Kenntnis-
sen und Erfahrung nur verwendet
werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt und
über den gefahrlosen Gebrauch
eingewiesen werden und sie die

6. Stellen Sie sich niemals auf das
Gerät, sondern legen Sie Ihre Beine
auf das Gerät und setzen Sie sich
bei der Verwendung aufrecht und
bequem hin.
7. Schalten Sie den MotionCiser aus
und ziehen Sie den Stecker aus
der Steckdose, wenn Sie das Gerät
nicht mehr benutzen und bevor
Sie es reinigen. Gehen Sie wie
folgt vor: Fassen Sie den Stecker
an (nicht das Kabel) und ziehen Sie
den Stecker aus der Steckdose.
Ziehen Sie niemals am Netzkabel.

Der MotionCiser® bewirkt, dass Ihr Fuß
und Fußgelenk auf- und abbewegt wird,
um eine Gehbewegung zu simulieren.
Die schnellen wiederholten Auf- und
Abbewegungen tragen dazu bei, die
Gelenke in den Füßen und Fußgelenken
zu lockern, und zugleich sorgen die
Bewegungen der Wadenmuskeln für
eine gute Durchblutung der Beine und
Füße. Die vom MotionCiser erzeugte
Auf- und Abbewegung simuliert die
Bewegung der Füße, Fußgelenke und
Wadenmuskeln beim Gehen.
Die MotionCiser ® ist mit einem vor-
programmierten Autozyklus aus-
gestattet, der den Betrieb nach 30
Minuten automatisch beendet.
Wir empfehlen das Gerät 20 bis 30
Minuten am Tag zu verwenden. Sie
können es zweimal oder dreimal
pro Tag verwenden wenn Sie nicht
täglich spazieren gehen.

höher die Geschwindigkeit eingestellt
ist, desto mehr haben die schnellen
passiven Bewegungen auch den Eekt
einer Massage.
