Prepare the stair chair lift for use
Checking the battery charge
1. Either on the stair chair lift or when it has
been removed turns the black switch.
.O means off
.I means on
2. Press the red button and the green lights will
illuminate if there is charge within the
battery.
.1 lights= 25% charge
.2 lights= 50% charge
.3lights= 75% charge
.4lights= 100% charge

3. Clockwise the battery connection cable.
4. Plug the charge cable and charge the
battery.
5. When battery is charged remove the
charge cable and screw finger tight
clockwise.

6. Firmly press the grey tab above the red
tab to releasing the track.

7. Remove the adjusted wheels loading part.
8. Laying down the stair chair lift. Under the
bottom, you could see two screws.

9. Counter clockwise rotation the two
screws.
10. Light press the loading pallet, then the
stair chair lift will be folded.
Extending the operating handle
11. Press the red button as photo show, it
could help to adjust the handle to fit for
any position for operators.
12. To choose the suitable operating position,
please keep pressing the red button.
When the position is ready, please release
the red button.
13. One hand press the red button. The other
hand lift the handle up and down.
14. Depending on the height of operator
there are 4 heights can be selected.

15. Also the headrest could be adjusted. The
headrest could stop at any position as you
need.
16. Please press the red button as photo show
to choose the suitable position for
persons in the wheelchair.
17. One finger of one hand grips the buckle to
pull outward. Another hand to pull the top
slide outward or push inward to fit for the
size of wheelchair.
18. Adjust the lock catch to fit for the size of
the wheelchair.
19. Press the red button under the lock catch
to adjust the lock catch. It will help to
clench the wheelchair.

20. The under slide is adjustable to move right
and left to suitable for different size of
wheelchairs.
21. Finger gripped the buckle to pull outward.
22. Another hand to pull the slide outward or
push inward.
23. There are different scale on the adjusted
wheels loading part.
24. You could adjust the size according to the
scale.
Control for stair chair lift
Motor control
25. Press the switch, red light will illuminate on
the top of the loading pallet.
26. Turn on the red button when the red light is
red, the motor can work.
27. Press the up button, move the stair chair lift
backward.
28. Press the down button, move the stair chair lift
forward.

Cleaning
Clean the stair chair lift and its parts with a clean cloth or soft brush
and warm soapy water. Rinse with warm water and air dry. Do not
clean with products comprising of bleach or phenol. A stiff bristled
brush can be used if necessary.
WARNING 1
Never leave an evacuee unattended in the stair chair lift and always
use restraints.
WARNING 2
Avoid changing the position of the rapidly, as this may result in an
injury to the evacuee. Support the stair chair lift while adjusting
handles.
WARNING 3
Improper maintenance can cause injury. Maintain the stair chair lift
only for the purpose described in this manual.
