den vorzubeugen. Für Schäden, die durch Missachtung der Sicherheitshinweise und unsachge-
mäßen Gebrauch entstehen, übernehmen wir keine Haftung.

Sicherheitshinweise
• Stellen Sie keine schweren Gegenstände auf dieses Gerät.
• Stellen Sie keine Quellen offener Flammen, z.B. brennende Kerzen, auf das Gerät.
• Trinken Sie nicht aus dem Schlauch! Es handelt sich um ein Werkzeug für den Garten und
ist daher für Menschen ungesunden oder gefährlichen Stoffen ausgesetzt. Der Schlauch
könnte in Kontakt mit Bakterien, Schimmel, Gartenchemikalien wie Dünger, Pestiziden
oder Insektenvernichtungsmitteln, abgestandenem Wasser oder tierischen Exkrementen
gekommen sein.
• Der Wasserschlauch ist kein Spielzeug! Lassen Sie keine Kinder mit dem Gerät spielen,
beachten Sie insbesondere die Verletzungsgefahr durch Ersticken und die Möglichkeit des
Verschluckens von Teilen.
• Ziehen Sie den Schlauch nicht auseinander, wenn kein Wasser hindurchläuft. Das Gerät ist
dafür nicht geeignet. Wird der Schlauch in die Länge gezogen, wenn kein Wasser hindurch
läuft, kann er beim Zurückschnellen Verletzungen verursachen. Vorsicht.
• Lassen Sie das Wasser hinauslaufen, wenn Sie das Gerät nicht benutzen.
• Lagern Sie das Gerät im Sommer an einem trockenen und schattigen Ort und im Winter im
Innenraum, wo der Gartenschlauch keinem Frost ausgesetzt ist.

Nutzungshinweise
• Bevor Sie den Wasserschlauch benutzen, stellen Sie sicher, dass der Dichtungsring in der
Muffe am Schlauchende fest und sicher an seinem Platz ist.
• Gehen Sie bei der ersten Benutzung besonders sorgsam mit dem Gerät um - strecken und
entspannen Sie den Gartenschlauch bei wenig Wasserdruck zunächst langsam, um sich mit
den Zugkräften vertraut zu machen.
• Schrauben Sie das ‚weibliche‘ Ende des Schaluchs an Ihren Garten- oder Garagen-Wasser-
hahn.
• Befestigen Sie am anderen Ende den Sprüh-Aufsatz.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Ventil auf „OFF“ steht, also geschlossen ist, während Sie den
Wasserhahn aufdrehen und den Druck langsam erhöhen. Der Gartenschlauch wird sich au-

tomatisch ausdehnen, bis er (maximal) die dreifache Länge erreicht hat.
• Nutzen Sie das Gerät nun wie jeden herkömmlichen Wasserschlauch.
• Wenn Sie die Wasserzufuhr abdrehen, zieht sich der Schlauch zu seiner ursprünglichen
Länge zusammen. Lassen Sie dazu das Ventil geöffnet („ON“)
• Sie können diesen Gartenschlauch auch in Kombination mit einer Sprinkleranlage nutzen.
Bitte beachten Sie aber, dass der Schlauch sich dabei öfters entfalten und wieder zusam-
menziehen könnte. Dies schadet dem Schlauch zwar nicht, kann aber das Unfallrisiko er-
höhen.

• Do not expose the appliance to extreme temperatures. The appliance shall be used in mod-
erate climates.
• The appliance is not a toy. Do not let the children play with it. Never let children insert for-
eign objects into the appliance.
• Do not drink water from the hose! As this is a gardening tool, it may have contact with
bacteria, mold, insecticides, pesticides, other chemicals used within this context, animal
waste, insects, stagnant water or other harmful substances.
• Do not unfold the hose when it is not lled with water. This may cause damage to the hose
and it may cause accidents as the hose may be released accidentially.
• Pour the water out of the hose when it‘s not in use.
• Store the hose in a dry and shaded place in summer. In winter make sure the device is not
exposed to harsh temperatures that can cause damage to the material.
Usage
• Before using the hose, place the rubber washer rmly inside the female coupling. Be very
careful when rst using the hose. It is recommended to rst ll and extend it slowly at rst
use.
• Attach the female end to your water supply and the male end to the supplied valve. Turn
the valve to the OFF position rst.
• Turn on the water slowly until pressure increases. The hose should inate automatically by
this.
• Turn on the valve now to use the appliance like any ordinary hose. After use, the hose will
deate to its ordinary length pouring the water out. Leave the valve open („ON“) for this
purpose.
• You can also use the hose combined with a sprinkler unit. Attach to the sprinkler nozzle and
make it point away from you. Turn the valve to the ON position and walk away. The hose
will act like any ordinary hose would.
