pack. Prior to using Dynacore battery, we strongly recommend that you read this
instruction manual and keep this manual for future reference. If you have any
additional questions, please contact Dynacore staff for help.

● Can be charged by itself without using external charger. LED indicator will
light on from 1 LED to 5 LEDs during charging, and all off when fully charged.
● Five-step LED power status indicator shows accurately remaining battery
capacity.
● Industry standard Power Tap& USB output(5V, 1A) can fit to On-board
Camera Light and other accessories.Before using the USB output, long
press the LED check button for 3 seconds to activate it.
● Input Voltage AC90V~265V 50~60Hz, apply to the global power grid.
● Built-in intelligent IC circuit control, protection for over-charge, over-discharge,
over current, outside circuit short and non-equilibrium in unconventional situation.

● This model can be charged by itself. If use external charger, Dynacore Chargers are
strongly recommended. For optimum use, we highly recommend charging current
do not exceed 2.6A.Please Refer to the user manual of Dynacore charger for
description of the charging procedure.
● The battery pack can be charged within a temperature range of 0℃~45℃.
For optimum charger performance 10℃~30℃ is recommended.

Discharging Dynacore Battery
● Five-step LED power status indicator shows accurately remaining battery capacity
by percent.
Battery Capacity Display LEDs
● If use external charger, charge time may vary depending on chargers and conditions.
Approximate charge time with Dynacore 2-channel chargers:
● The battery usually holds 50% of its capacity when dispatched from the factory
and can be used at once. It can reach full capacity after fully charged and
discharged for at least two times.
● The battery pack can be used in ambient temperature of -20℃~50℃. It must be
noted however that, while Li-ion performs better in lower teperature than other
battery chemistries, the operating time will still be shorter in lower temperature
conditions. It will also vary with the power consumption of the equipment
connected and the condition of the battery. If temperature of the battery itself is
below -20℃, discharge may stop.
● The voltage range of Dynacore battery pack during discharge is 13V-15V and
stable. At the end of discharge and below 13V the voltage drops sharply. For
optimum use therefore, it is recommended to set the camera battery alarm
voltage at approximate 13V in the video camera manual. Refer to the specific
camera manual for its recommended alarm setting.

● When the check button is pressed the LED will light on for around 2 seconds.

Storing Dynacore Battery
● Do not throw the battery pack in fire or attempt to burn it.
● Do not immerse in water. Keep the battery pack dry and away from excessively
dry or humid environments.
● Do not attempt to open or break apart the battery pack.
● Do not subject the battery pack to extreme impact, pressure or place objects
across the terminals that would cause a short.

Caution
● Over-charge protection
If during charge the battery voltage exceeds a preset level, charging will be
automatically stoped to prevent the battery from being over-charged.
● Over-discharge protection
When the battery voltage drops to 9.2V, discharge is stoped, preventing the
battery from over-discharge.
● Over-current protection
When exposed to a high discharge current, large in-rush current or an external
short circuit, the protection function is activated and the battery discharge will
be stopped.
● Thermal Protection
If the batteries internal cells temperature exceeds specifications, the thermal
fuse activates.
● Storage temperature range is -20℃~60℃, for prolonging battery life, 0℃~20℃
is recommended.
● To store the battery for a short period the battery should be stored in discharged
condition.
● To store the battery for a long period, the battery should be charged up to 50%
of capacity and left in this condition. This should be repeated every five months.
● After storage, while Li-ion is better than other battery chemistries, some
self-discharge will occur, before re-use it is advisable to fully recharge the battery.
