二.故障检修流程图 Troubleshooting Process
在修理或者替换零配件过程中注意下面几点：
A. 在拆卸连线，移动连接器，或者替换部件前一定要断开电源线插头。
B. 因为半导体（像集成电路，或者其它的）很容易被静电损坏，所以当要触摸 PCB 前，请确保你的身
体和大地有连线（佩带静电手环），或可以将手放在地端，以释放身体上所带的静电。
Notes for repairing chair or replacing parts
A. Make sure the power is off when you tear down the wires, move terminals or replacing parts.
B. The semiconductors( like IC or something else) will easily be damaged by static.
So you touch the PCB before, please make sure your body is connected with the ground.

1.靠背的拆卸 Disassembly of the backrest
A．拉开披风与靠背的拉链，可将披风放在座位上。
Find the zipper on the top of the back rest, unzip it and then the backrest pad can be placed on the
seat part.
B. 拔掉靠背在底座上的电源线与数据线
Find the wire plugs and pull out them.
C. 找个靠背底座上的卡位销，并向上拉起
Find the “stopper” under the backrest and press it, then you can fold backrest on seat part.
D．拔下靠背底端的 2根气管
Pull out the connectors of the hoses on the bottom of the backrest
E. 然后再拆卸座部电动推杆，使电动推杆与靠背分离
Unattach the connecting rod and the U stay fork of the reclining actuator with a flat head rivet, and pull out
the split pin.
拉开披风与靠背连接的拉链
The zipper on the top of the
backrest.
将披风放在座位上
Place the backrest pad on the

注意区分不同颜色插头及正反面
Note: Insert the wire plugs black to black
and gray to gray correctly, otherwise
damage to the chair may result

F．现在可以把靠背竖起与座部的卡槽口并行，就样就容易把靠背从座部提起分离
Lift the backrest at 90 degrees, then take it away from the chair
2.拉绒布的拆卸 Replacement of cloth of the front cover
A．取下披风后，可以看到靠背上的拉绒布
Find the cloth after taking down the backrest pad.
B．在靠背左下部可以找到拉链; 将拉链拉开，使其与靠背分离, 必要时更改拉绒布即可.
You can find the zipper of the cloth at the left side. Unzip it and replace the cloth if needed.
拉开拉链就可以更换拉绒布了
Unfasten the zipper to replace the cloth
靠背与座架成 90°
Lift the backrest at 90 degrees.
A. Connecting rod (on the backrest)
B. U stay fork of reclining actuator (on the seat)
C. Flat head rivet
D. Split pin

3．靠背前后盖的拆卸 Disassembly and replacement of the rear cover and the front cover
A．拉开靠背皮套的拉链,掀开皮套
Unfasten the zippers of the outer cloth of the rear cover.
B．取下背盖上的 4颗螺丝，拿下后背盖
Find 4 pieces of screws fixing the rear cover and remove the screws with a plus screwdriver.
C．取下前背盖上的 6枚螺丝，拿下前背盖
Find 6 pieces of screws fixing the front cover and remove the screws with a plus screwdriver,
and then the front cover can be removed.
4. 机芯的拆解 Disconnect Robot Mechanism
首先把机芯上方有碍机芯取出的线材理清,拆下接线头，还有电机皮带等，然后再进一步拆解
First,clean the wires on the robot , eg: disconnect wire terminals and motor belt…….
靠背皮套的 2边拉链
The zippers of the outer clothing of the rear cover.
靠背后盖上的 4枚螺丝
The 4 screws of the rear cover
理清线材、对插线等
Clean the line and

拆卸皮带
Motor belt

A. 拆除机芯与小车的固定螺丝(4PCS)
Disconnect mechanism with rolling car
B. 宽度检测板和敲击电机的拆卸
Disconnect width inspection board and tapping motor
C. 提取机芯 Disconnect mechanism
D. 拆卸揉捏电机 Disconnect the kneading motor
拆除 4枚螺丝和皮带
即可拆卸敲击电机
Disconnect tapping motor
just slacken and remove
the screw (4pcs)
拆除 2枚螺丝后就可取出检测板
Disconnect width inspection board
just remove the screw (2pcs)
机芯上方 2枚螺丝
Slacken and remove
the screw(2pcs)
on upper
机芯下方 2枚螺丝
Slacken and remove
the screw(2pcs)
on lower
拆除电机上的 4枚螺丝
Just remove
the screws(4pcs)

5. 小车与背架的分离 Disconnect Rolling Car
A. 拆除背架顶端的横条
Remove the rail on the top of backrest
B. 使小车从齿轨中走出来，有两种方法：
①给行走电机加 24V 直流电压，此方法省力省时
②用冶具（例“—”螺丝刀），来旋转电机机轴，比较麻烦；见下图
Remove rolling car take from rack rail have 2 ways
①Fist way is better than②, Just give rolling motor to 24V
②Use tools turn around axletree to revolve until the rolling car take from backrest.
(See image below)
6.靠背小枕头的拆解 Disassembly of the pillow（small）
A．拉开小枕头的粘毛扣，断开 2处气管接头，取下小枕头
Disconnect the 2 hose terminals，take down the pillow.（small）
2小枕头的 2处粘毛扣
pull here and take down the pillow
小枕头的 2处气管（small）

拆除背架顶端两侧
的两个螺丝
Slacken and remove
the screws (2pcs)on
the two side
用冶具旋转此
轴就可使小四
行走（注意行
走方向）

B：拉开小枕头的拉链，掀开皮套，断开气管
Unzip the zipper of the pillow（small），lift the cover，disconnect the hose
C．可以直接更换小枕头上的气袋
Then replace the air bag of the pillow（small）
7．靠背大枕头的更换 Replace the pillow(big)
A．取下小枕头（参考靠背小枕头的拆解）
Take down the small pillow(refer to the disassembly of the small pillow)
B．拉开大枕头的拉链，取下大枕头
Unzip zipper of the big pillow，replace a new one
8．披风的拆卸 Disassembly of the backrest pad
A．拉开披风与靠背的拉链和披风与座部的拉链，将披风放在座位上（参考拉绒布的拆卸）
Unzip zippers of the pad，put the pad on the seat（refer to the disassembly of the cloth ）
B．拔开披风下方的气管和加热器接线头，取下披风
Find and disconnect the hoses of the pad and the terminal of the heater，take down the backrest pad
小枕头上的拉链
The zipper of the pillow（small）断开此处的气管可以分离小枕头
Disconnect the hoses of the pillow

9．肩部按摩器的拆卸 Disassembly of the shoulder massage
A．拉开肩部按摩器的拉链
Unzip the zipper of the shoulder massage
B．拔开气管和喇叭接线头，取下 3枚螺丝
Disconnect the hose，slack and remover the 2 screws
10．侧板的拆卸 Disassembly of the side board
A：首先用内六角扳手将固定侧板的 2个内六角螺母取掉
Find inside hexagon nut(2pcs) and remove them( the position re. Image )
内六角螺拄位置

掀开座垫，取下前面的螺丝
Put up the cover of seat rest，take down the

2边的肩部按摩器

断开肩部按摩器的气管和喇叭接线头
disconnect the hose and the terminal of the loudspeaker 取下 3枚螺丝就可以分离肩部按摩器了
