CAUTION
Read
instructions
carefully
before
starting
motor.
Be
sure
that
voltage
and
current
are
the
same as
stamped
on
nameplate.
LUBRICATION
The Upper and Lower Motor
Bali
Bearings
as well as the
Spindle
Ball
Bearing
in the handle are
grease
sealed and
require no lubrication.
OPERATION
Set
gauge
as indicated on illustration for drilling proper
height of material.
Position
Drill
Marker
over
mark
on
material
with
drill
directly over mark.
To start, throw Switch
Lever
to "on" position and let
motor gatherfullspeed
before
startingto
drill.
Enter Drill or Awl in the goods
slowly
—Do not force
the drill thru the goods with too much pressure as this will
cause the drill to burn and possiblybend and snap off.
TO
CHANGE
DRILL
Lay Drill Marker on its side, use Chuck Key to loosen drill.
Remove
old drill from Chuck and pull down and thru Drill
Guide Bushing.
Insert new Drill thru lower DrillGuide Bushing and up
into Chuck. Tighten DrillusingChuck Key.
NOTE: Be sure correct size Guide
Bushing
is used for
each
diameter
