The PNEUMATIC CLEANING GUN is a professional quality tool ruggedly designed to get the job done
right. The swirling pneumatic action combined with the high pressure application of a cleaner is
proven to remove even the toughest stains on wheels, interiors and engine bays.

SPECIFICATIONS
• Air Inlet Size: 1/4" NPT
• Inlet Pressure Range: 50-90 PSI
• Air Consumption: 4.5 CFM

READ INSTRUCTIONS
• Thoroughly read and understand this instruction manual before use.
Save manual for future reference to safety warnings, maintenance
and operating procedures.
• Failure to follow all warnings can result in tool damage or serious
physical injury.
EXPLOSION HAZARD!
• Do not exceed 90 psi (6.3 bar) of tool inlet pressure. Permanent tool
damage and could occur and cause personal injury.
PERSONAL SAFETY HAZARDS!
• Air and cleaning solution are ejected at a high velocity and pressure
during the operating process which can cause eye injury. Always wear
ANSI approved eye protection when operating this tool.
• Wear Heavy Duty Work Gloves to prevent injury.
• Tool emits considerable noise during operation which can cause hearing
loss. Wear ANSI approved hearing protection when using tool.
• Tool atomizes cleaning solution into a very fine particle size which is easily
ingested and can pose a health threat. Wear appropriate respiratory
protection at all times and operate in a well ventilated area.
• Always disconnect tool from air supply when cleaning tool or adding
cleaning solution to prevent accidental tool operation and potential injury.
• Use only water soluble cleaning solutions with this tool. Failure to do
so could cause a fire hazard as well as potential tool damage and
personal injury.

SET-UP
1. Thread the included Air Fitting into the air inlet of the tool using TFE thread sealing tape
(not included).
2. Fill Supply Cup with a water soluble cleaning solution of choice.
3. Install Supply Cup onto Gun.

OPERATION
1. Connect Cleaning Gun to an
appropriate air supply.
2. For optimal performance,
set air pressure to 80 psi.
3. Open Liquid Valve to upright position.
Fine adjustments can be made while
in operation to minimize fluid use.
4. Hold Cleaning Nozzle over area to
be cleaned and depress trigger
(FIG. 2). Using a slow overlapping
motion, spray the area to be cleaned.
5. When Cleaning is completed, turn
off the Liquid Valve and follow the
application of cleaning solution with
an application of air to speed drying.
MAINTENANCE
• Shut off Liquid Valve and disconnect from air hose after each use.
• Remove Supply Cup and install storage lid after each use.
• Periodically remove the Black Cleaning Cone and soak in soapy water.
This will ensure that unit is clean and free of any dirt and debris.
• To prevent clogging, ensure cleaning solution is free of dirt and debris.
• Draw and rinse all remaining solution from Cleaning Gun after each use to avoid clogging.
