Important Safety Instructions
Read this manual thoroughly before first use, even if you are familiar with this type
of product. The safety precautions enclosed herein reduce the risk of fire, electric
shock and injury when correctly followed. Keep the manual in a safe place for future
reference, along with the completed warranty card, purchase receipt and carton.
Always follow basic safety precautions and accident prevention measures when using
an electrical appliance, including the following:
Electrical safety and cord handling
• ALWAYS unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet immediately after using
and before cleaning.
• DO NOT reach for an appliance that has fallen into water. Unplug it immediately.
• An appliance should NEVER be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug from
outlet when not in use and before putting on or taking off parts or attachments.
• Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on or near children
or disabled persons.
• DO NOT use outdoors.
• Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. DO NOT
use attachments not recommended by Easy Home.
• DO NOT carry this appliance by the power cord or use the cord as a handle.
• NEVER operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working
properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water. Return it to
Easy Home Service Center for examination and repair.
• Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
• NEVER use while sleeping or fall asleep while using the massager.
• DO NOT operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen
is being administered.
• DO NOT operate under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and
cause fire, electrocution or injury to persons.
• NEVER operate the appliance with the air openings blocked. Keep the air open-
ings free of lint, hair, and the like.
• NEVER operate on a soft surface such as a couch or bed where the air openings
may be blocked.
• Use heated surfaces carefully. It may cause serious burns. DO NOT use over
sensitive skin areas or in the presence of poor circulation. The unattended use of
heat by children or incapacitated persons may be dangerous.

• This product is not intended for medical use. It is intended only to provide a
luxurious massage.
• If you have any concerns regarding your health consult your doctor before using
this product.
• In case of pregnancy, diabetes, pacemaker use, illness or any medical condition,
consult your doctor before using massager.
• Not recommended for use by diabetics.
• NEVER leave the appliance unattended, especially if children are present.
• NEVER cover the appliance when it is in operation.
• DO NOT use this product for more than 15 minutes at a time.
• Extensive use could lead to the product’s excessive heating and shorter life.
Should this occur, discontinue use and allow the unit to cool before operating.
• NEVER use this product directly on swollen or inflamed areas or skin eruptions.
• DO NOT use this product as a substitute for medical attention.
• DO NOT use this product before bed. The massager has a stimulating effect and
can delay sleep.
• NEVER use this product while in bed.
• This product should NEVER be used by any individual suffering from any physical
ailment that would limit the user’s capacity to operate the controls.
• This unit should not be used by children or without adult supervision.
• NEVER use this product while driving an automobile.
• DO NOT use this product on any wooden surface as it may cause damage.

Before first use
• Unpack the appliance but keep all packaging materials until you have made
sure your new Massager is undamaged and in good working order. Plastic
wrapping can be a suffocation hazard for babies and young children, so ensure
all packaging materials are out of their reach.
• Make sure all parts listed on the opposite page are inside the box. If anything is
missing, contact the after sales support line.
• Unwind the cord to its full length and inspect it for damage. Do not use the
appliance if the appliance or its cord have been damaged or are not working
properly. In case of damage, contact our after sales support line for advice on
examination, repair or return of the damaged product.
• Read this manual to familiarize yourself with all the parts and operating principles
of the Massager. Pay particular attention to the safety instructions on the previous
pages.

Adaptor Instructions
1. Insert adaptor plug into the control pad. (Fig. 1)
2. Plug into a AC 120-volt outlet.
3. This unit incorporates a wire frame allowing you
to contour the unit to your neck. Place massager
on your neck and mold the wire framing to
desired position. (Fig. 2)
4. To activate the massage action, press the massage
button on the control pad. (Fig. 3)
5. Press once for low intensity massage, a second time
for high intensity massage and a third time to activate
heat. Press again to turn the unit off.
Optional Battery Instructions
Please note: Batteries will only operate the
massage function. You must use the adaptor to
activate the heat function.
1. Locate the zipper on the back of the unit.
2. Unzip to expose the battery compartment, remove
lid. (Fig. 4)
3. Insert 4 “AA” batteries (not included). Proper
battery orientation is noted inside the battery
compartment housing.
4. Replace the cover and zip the back portion back up,
making sure both zipper ends are touching each
other to ensure zipper is closed properly.
5. To activate the massage action, press the massage
button on the control pad. (Fig. 3)
6. Press once for low intensity massage, a second time
for high intensity massage. Press again to turn the
unit off.
NOTE: The heat feature is not available when operated
with battery.

use, illness or any medical condition, consult
your doctor before using massager.

Maintenance
Battery Precautions
• Use only the size and type of batteries specified.
• When installing batteries, observe proper +/- polarities. Incorrect installation of
batteries may cause damage to the unit.
• Do not mix old and new batteries.
• Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (ni-cad, ni-mh, etc.)
batteries.
• Do not dispose of batteries in fire. Batteries may explode or leak.
• If the unit is not going to be used for a long period of time, remove batteries to
prevent damage due to possible battery leakage.
• Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery
installation.
• Remove depleted batteries promptly.
• Dispose of properly in accordance with all state, province and country
regulations.
Storing the Massager
Place massager in its box or in a safe, dry, cool place. Avoid contact with sharp
edges or pointed objects. To avoid breakage, DO NOT wrap the power cord around
the unit. DO NOT hang the unit by the power cord
Cleaning the Massager
Unplug the unit and allow it to cool before cleaning. Clean only with a soft, slightly
damp sponge. NEVER allow water or any other liquids to come into contact with the
unit.
• DO NOT immerse in any liquid to clean.
• Never use abrasive cleaners, brushes, or strong chemicals that might or might
not be flammable and/or damaging to the product to clean.
• DO NOT attempt to repair the massager. There are no user serviceable parts. For
service, call the Consumer Relations telephone number listed in the Warranty
Section.
