STESSA.
Ricevuta l’elettropompa, verificare che non abbia subito
rotture o ammaccature rilevanti, altrimenti farlo presente
immediatamente a chi ha effettuato la consegna. Quindi,
dopo aver estratto l’elettropompa, verificare che non
abbia subito danni durante il trasporto; se ciò è accaduto,
informare entro 8 giorni dalla consegna il rivenditore.
Controllare quindi sulla targhetta dell’elettropompa che le
caratteristiche riportate siano quelle da Voi richieste.
Le seguenti parti, in quanto normalmente soggette ad
usura, godono di una garanzia limitata:
- cuscinetti;
- tenuta meccanica;
- anelli di tenuta;
- condensatori.
5. AVVERTENZE DI SICUREZZA
Prima di mettere in funzione l’elettropompa, è indispensabile
che l’utilizzatore sappia eseguire tutte le operazioni descritte
nel presente manuale e le applichi ogni volta durante l’uso
o la manutenzione dell’elettropompa.

1. INTRODUZIONE
Grazie per aver scelto le elettropompe sommergibili EBARA.
I nostri prodotti vengono realizzati con particolare attenzione,
al fine di garantire un utilizzo in completa sicurezza. Un
uso improprio della elettropompa, tuttavia, può causare
incidenti, è necessario perciò attenersi a quanto indicato
nel presente manuale d’istruzioni. Per ottenere l’ottimale
rendimento ed il corretto funzionamento dell’elettropompa
attenersi alle disposizioni contenute nel presente manuale
istruzioni. Per eventuali altre informazioni, interpellate il
rivenditore autorizzato più vicino. Il presente manuale
d’istruzioni dovrà essere conservato in luogo facilmente
accessibile, in modo da consentire una veloce consultazione.
È VIETATA A QUALSIASI TITOLO LA RIPRODUZIONE,

L’utilizzatore deve osservare tassativamente
le norme antinfortunistiche in vigore nel
proprio Paese; deve inoltre tenere conto delle
caratteristiche della elettropompa (vedi Cap.7
“DATI TECNICI”).
Durante la movimentazione, la manutenzione,
o la riparazione dell’elettropompa interrompere
l’alimentazione elettrica, impedendone così
l’avviamento accidentale che potrebbe causare
danni alle persone e/o alle cose.
Ogni operazione di manutenzione, installazione
o movimentazione effettuata sull’elettropompa
con l’impianto elettrico sotto tensione, può
provocare gravi incidenti, anche mortali, alle
persone.
Nell’avviare l’elettropompa, evitare di essere a
piedi nudi o, peggio, nell’acqua e di avere le
mani bagnate.
Non utilizzare la pompa al di fuori delle
specifiche, come tipo di liquido, installazione
e alimentazione.
L’utilizzatore non deve eseguire di propria
iniziativa operazioni o interventi che non siano
ammessi in questo manuale.

5.2. PROTEZIONE E CAUTELE SIGNIFICATIVE
Ogni conduttore o parte in tensione è
elettricamente isolato rispetto alla massa; vi
è comunque una sicurezza supplementare
costituita dal collegamento delle parti conduttrici
accessibili ad un conduttore di terra per far si
che le parti accessibili non possano diventare
pericolose in caso di guasto all’isolamento
principale.
5.3. RISCHI RESIDUI
Data la conformazione della pompa esiste
un rischio residuo rappresentato dalla
possibilità di entrare in contatto (anche se
non accidentalmente) con la girante attraverso
la bocca di aspirazione.
Nei modelli dotati di motoprotettore esiste,
a seguito dell’intervento di quest’ultimo, un
rischio residuo rappresentato dalla possibilità di
riavvio senza preavviso delle pompa dopo che
il motore si sia sufficientemente raffreddato.
6. DESCRIZIONE ED USI ELETTROPOMPA

6.2. USO PREVISTO
Le elettropompe sono idonee a:
- movimentare acqua come descritto nel Par. 7.1;
- movimentare acque sporche o luride con corpi in
sospensione come descritto nel Par. 7.1;
- prosciugare pozzi neri e di raccolta liquame da fosse
biologiche, prosciugare scavi ecc...
6.3. USO NON PREVISTO
Le pompe non sono idonee a:
- trattare liquidi diversi dall’acqua;
- trattare acqua con presenza di acidi o basi ed in genere
liquidi corrosivi;
- trattare acqua di mare;
- trattare liquidi infiammabili ed in genere pericolosi;
- entrare in contatto con prodotti alimentari;
- essere utilizzate in strutture destinate ad organismi
viventi (piscine, acquari, allevamenti di pesci, ecc);
- essere utilizzate in impianti di importanza rilevante (di
raffreddamento per computer o per frigoriferi, ecc);
- essere utilizzate in ambienti esterni se dotate di cavo
di lunghezza inferiore a 10 m;
- essere utilizzate diversamente da quanto indicato nel
Cap. 6.2 “Uso previsto”.

Con l’ausilio di un megaohmmetro misurare la resistenza di
isolamento tra il filo di messa a terra e le fasi, con il motore e
i cavi (esclusa la sezione di collegamento dell’alimentazione
elettrica) immersi nell’acqua. Se la resistenza di isolamento
nelle rispettive sezioni è inferiore a 20MΩfar controllare
la pompa. Durante la misurazione, tenere la sezione di
collegamento all’alimentazione elettrica lontana da terra.
Nell’installazione della pompa seguire le seguenti indicazioni:
- la pompa deve funzionare in posizione verticale ed
appoggiata su un punto solido;
- la pompa va posizionata nel punto della vasca meno
soggetto a turbolenze;
- le tubazioni vanno supportate ed allineate in modo
che non creino sollecitazioni sulla pompa e che non
subiscano gli effetti di un eventuale flusso di liquidi
all’interno della vasca;
- evitare la formazione di sacche d’aria nelle tubazioni;
- sul tubo di mandata, è consigliabile montare nell’ordine
una valvola di non ritorno e una saracinesca;
- evitare di impiegare nell’impianto troppe curve (colli
d’oca) e valvole;
- le pompe di tipo manuale non hanno un sistema di
funzionamento automatico basato su galleggianti
incorporati. Per evitare un funzionamento a secco,
installare un sistema di azionamento automatico,
come mostrato nella Fig. 14.2.1 - pag. 140.
Si consiglia di far partire la pompa quando il livello
dell’acqua supera il coperchio motore (H2 Fig. 14.2.1
- pag. 140) e fermarla quando raggiunge la flangia
motore (H1 Fig. 14.2.1 - pag. 140);
- quando si usano elettrodi per il sistema di azionamento
automatico, l’eventuale presenza di impurità e olio
sugli stessi potrebbe causare il funzionamento della
pompa a livelli diversi da quelli voluti;
- l’installazione della pompa con un dispositivo di
discesa deve essere eseguita conformemente a
quanto descritto nel manuale dello stesso.
9. COLLEGAMENTO ELETTRICO
7.2. DATI TECNICI MOTORI
I motori di queste pompe non possono essere pilotati
con inverter. Si ammettono fluttuazioni di frequenza e
tensione tali per cui la somma dei relativi valori assoluti,
con un massimo di ±10% per la tensione e di ±1% per la
frequenza, sia pari a 10.

8. TRASPORTO, INSTALLAZIONE E DISINSTALLAZIONE
Nel maneggiare ed installare la pompa, tenere in
considerazione massa e la forma della pompa
consultando il presente libretto istruzioni, i
disegni, il catalogo ed ogni altro documento
che la riguardano.
Le operazioni di movimentazione ed installazione
dovranno essere eseguite da personale
specializzato, in accordo con le leggi vigenti.
8.1. TRASPORTO
L’elettropompa in funzione del peso e/o delle dimensioni
è imballata in una scatola di cartone o in una gabbia in
legno; comunque sia il trasporto non richiede particolari
accorgimenti. In ogni caso verificare il peso totale impresso
sulla scatola.
8.2. MOVIMENTAZIONE
Prima di movimentare le pompe assicurarsi che
siano scollegate dalla fonte di alimentazione.
Movimentare le pompe utilizzando l’apposita
maniglia, non sollevarle in NESSUN CASO
dai cavi elettrici.
In funzione del loro peso, le pompe potranno essere
spostate a mano o con l’aiuto di specifiche attrezzature.
In ogni caso si dovrà utilizzare l’apposita maniglia.
8.3. INSTALLAZIONE
Evitare qualsiasi tipo di intervento sulla pompa
sospesa.
Evitare di danneggiare, rompere, modificare,
piegare con forza, tirare o torcere il cavo
di alimentazione, raggrupparlo in fasci, o
posizionarvi sopra carichi pesanti.

L’alimentazione dell’elettropompa dovrà avvenire
tramite un quadro elettrico provvisto di interruttore,
fusibili ed interruttore termico tarato sulla corrente
assorbita dall’elettropompa.
La rete deve avere un efficiente impianto di
messa a terra secondo le norme elettriche
esistenti nel Paese: questa responsabilità è a
carico dell’installatore.
Per prevenire la possibilità folgorazione in caso
di guasto, installare un interruttore differenziale
da usare esclusivamente per la pompa.
Non collegare il cavo giallo verde all’alimentazione
elettrica: esso va collegato esclusivamente
alla messa a terra.
Non immergere mai l’estremità del cavo o
eventuali giunzioni tra cavi in acqua.
I collegamenti elettrici devono essere eseguiti
da un tecnico qualificato in conformità delle
norme vigenti.

Eseguire i collegamenti elettrici secondo lo schema di
Fig. 14.3.1 - pag. 140 in funzione del tipo di connessione
indicata in tabella.
Immergere la pompa ed avviarla. Se la corrente superasse il
dato di targa, la portata fosse ridotta e dalla pompe provenisse
un rumore insolito il motore potrebbe ruotare in senso
contrario. Invertire due fasi nel quadro di comando.
Può accadere che con cavi di alimentazione molto lunghi
l’interruttore differenziale intervenga in modo intempestivo,
soprattutto nella fase di avvio della pompa. Per ovviare
al problema installare un interruttore differenziale con
minor sensibilità.
Le pompe sono protette contro il surriscaldamento
tramite un motoprotettore oppure un protettore termico
(vedi Par. 7.2).
- Motoprotettore: interviene automaticamente nel
caso venga raggiunta una determinata temperatura
all’interno del motore;
- Protettore termico: andrà collegato al quadro di comando
e dovrà essere affiancato da un relè amperometrico
o magnetico. Ha le seguenti caratteristiche:
i) contatti: 230 V, 13 A (max);
ii) tipo: normalmente chiuso;
iii) fili: 2 in cloroprene con sezione di 1 mm2non
polarizzati.
10. AVVIAMENTO E USO
Evitare il funzionamento della pompa con
mandata completamente aperta.
Evitare il funzionamento della pompa senza
acqua.
Non utilizzare la pompa se persone o animali
sono a contatto con l’acqua.
Limitare gli avviamenti orari a quanto indicato
nel Cap. 7.2.
ATTENZIONE!
Non usare la pompa per più di 10 minuti se il
livello dell’acqua è vicino al livello minimo di
funzionamento (H1-Fig. 14.2.1 - pag. 140) per
non surriscaldare il motore.
Eseguiti i collegamenti, accendere e spegnere un paio di
volte la pompa con la valvola in mandata leggermente
aperta per verificare l’impianto.
Accendere la pompa ed aprire gradualmente la valvola in
mandata fino al raggiungimento della portata voluta.
11. MANUTENZIONE
Ogni intervento di manutenzione che preveda lo
smontaggio ed il rimontaggio della pompa deve
essere eseguito da un tecnico specializzato.
Ogni intervento di manutenzione deve essere
effettuato con la pompa scollegata dalla
alimentazione.
Utilizzare solamente ricambi originali Ebara e
non modificare le parti standard in alcun modo.
In caso di fermo prolungato della pompa,
scollegarla dall’alimentazione.
Se la resistenza d’isolamento scende a 1W o
meno, scollegare immediatamente la pompa
dall’alimentazione e sottoporla a controllo/
riparazione da parte del venditore o di EBARA.
Sottoporre la pompa a manutenzione regolare secondo
la seguente tabella.

8042-47-5 quando si rabbocca o si sostituisce.
In funzione dell’utilizzo più o meno gravoso la pompa va
revisionata ogni 2÷5 anni.

Queste elettropompe sommergibili devono
essere equipaggiate con un dispositivo di
sezionamento dell’energia elettrica in accordo
con lo standard 60204-1 cap.5.3.2. E’ necessario
prevedere anche un idoneo dispositivo di
protezione contro le sovracorrenti tarato sulla
corrente di targa del motore.
Per la disconnessione della pompa dalla rete
elettrica, si raccomanda l’installazione di un
sezionatore generale adeguato, in accordo con
la norma EN60947-2. Deve essere possibile il
blocco nella posizione di OFF del dispositivo
(ad esempio medante lucchetto) in accordo
con la norma EN 60204-1 cap. 5.3.
Sostenere il cavo fissandolo alla tubazione
di mandata.
Evitare che il cavo sia direttamente esposto
alla luce del sole o che venga attorcigliato per
prevenirne il surriscaldamento.

The user must meet all workers safety standards
in effect in his country. Furthermore, motor-
driven pump specifications must be taken
into account (see chapter 7 “TECHNICAL
SPECIFICATIONS”).
During motor-driven pump handling, maintenance
or repairs, disconnect the electrical supply to
prevent the pump from accidentally starting
and causing injuries and/or damages.
Any maintenance, installation or handling carried
out on the motor-driven pump with the system
power on can result in serious accidents, and
possibly even death.
Do not start the motor-driven pump in your
bare feet, or worse yet, while standing in water
or when your hands are wet.
Do not use the pump at outside the range
of the specification, such as handling liquid,
installing site, and power source.
Do not undertake any operation or work on
your own initiative unless allowed by this
manual.

5.2. PROTECTION AND SIGNIFICANT CAUTION
All live wires or parts are electrically isolated
from the earth. However, there is an additional
safety feature, which composes of all accessible
conducting parts being connected to an earth wire
so that these parts cannot become hazardous
if the main isolating system fails.
5.3. RESIDUAL RISKS
A residual risk of entering into contact (even if
not accidentally) with the rotor in the suction
port exists due to pump construction.
The residual risk exists in models with thermal
motor protection, that once the trip has activated,
the pump may restart without notice once
the motor has cooled to within the required
operating temperature limits.
6. DESCRIPTION AND USE

6.2. USE FOR WHICH PUMPS ARE DESIGNED
Motor-driven pumps are designed to:
- Movement of water as described in paragraph 7.1
- Movement of dirty or sewage water with solids in
suspension as described in paragraph 7.1;
- Emptying cesspits, sceptic tanks, trenches, etc.
6.3. USE FOR WHICH PUMPS ARE NOT DESIGNED
Motor-driven pumps are not designed to:
- pump liquids other than water;
- pump water containing acids or alkalis, and corrosive
liquids in general;
- pump seawater;
- pump flammable liquids and hazardous liquids in
general;
- enter into contact with food products;
- be used in structures designed for living organisms
(pools, aquariums, fish farms, etc.);
- be used in significantly important systems (computer
cooling or refrigeration systems, etc.):
- be used in outdoor environments if equipped with
power cord under 10 m long;
- be used for purposes other than those described in
Chapter 6.2 “Use for which pumps are designed”.

between the earth wire and the phases with the motor and
cable (excluding the electrical power connection section)
submerged in water. If insulation resistance in the respective
sections is under 20MΩ, have the pump checked. When
measuring, keep the electrical power connection section
far from the earth.
When installing the pump, follow the instructions below:
- the pump should run in a vertical position resting on
a solid point;
- the pump should be positioned in a point in the tank
least subject to turbulence;
- pipes should be supported and aligned so that they
do not strain the pump and do not suffer the effects
of any liquid flow in the tank;
- prevent air pockets from forming in pipes;
- we recommend you mount a check and gate valve
on the delivery pipe in that order;
- do not use too many bends (goosenecks) and valves
in the system;
- manual type pumps do not include an automatic
level control system using built-in floats. To prevent
dry operation, install an automatic triggering system
as shown in Fig. 14.2.1 - page 140.
We suggest you start the pump when the water level
exceeds the motor cover (H2 Fig. 14.2.1 - page 140)
and stop it when it reaches the motor flange (H1 Fig.
14.2.1 - page 140);
- when electrodes are used for the automatic triggering
system, any impurities and oil could cause pump
operations at levels other than those desired;
- a pump with a lowering device must be installed as
described in the manual.

Frequency and voltage fluctuations are admitted for which
the sum of the relevant absolute value, with a maximum

8. TRANSPORT, INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING
On handling and installation work of the pump,
assure safety by confirming the mass and the
shape of the pump referring to the appearance
this instruction manual, drawing, the catalogue,
and other materials.
The handling and installation work of the pump
shall be done only by a qualified technician in
accordance with the applicable legal standards.
8.1. TRANSPORT
According to weight and/or dimensions, the motor-driven
pump is packaged in a cardboard box or wooden crate.
In both cases, transport does not require any special
instructions.
In any case, check the total weight printed on the box.
8.2. HANDLING
Before handling pumps, make sure they are
disconnected from power supplies.
Handle pumps using the lifting handle.
NEVER lift by the electrical cords.
According to their weight, pumps may be handled manually
or with special equipment. Always use the lifting handle.
8.3. INSTALLATION
Never execute the operation of the pump and
the mounting work of parts in a lifted position.
Do not damage, break, machine, forcefully
bend, stretch, or twist the power cable, bind the
power cable into a bundle, or place a heavy
load on the power cable.
Using a mega ohm meter, measure the insulation resistance

The motor-driven pump must be powered by
the electrical panel that includes a switch, fuse
and circuit breaker calibrated to the motor-
driven pump’s absorbed current.
The power mains must have an efficient earthing
system according to the electrical standards
in force in your country: this is the installer’s
responsibility.
To prevent potential shock in the event of faults,
install a circuit breaker to be exclusively used
for the pump.
Do not connect the yellow-green wire to the
power mains: it should only be connected to
the earthing system.
Never submerge the end of the wire or any
wire couplings in water.
Execute correct wiring work by a qualified
technician conforming to the applicable legal
standards.
This submersible pump must be equipped with
a main disconnect device in accordance with
requirements of appropriate legal standard
(EN60204-1, clause 5.3.2). A suitable rating
over current protective device also needs to
be provided in the final installation.

Follow the diagram in Fig. 14.3.1 - page 140 according
to the type of connection indicated in the table for wiring.
Submerge the pump and start it. If current exceeds
nameplate, flow is reduced and the pump emits unusual
noises, the motor may be rotating in the opposite direction.
Reverse two phases on the control panel.
The circuit breaker may suddenly trip especially in the pump
start up phase if power cable are very long. To prevent this
problem, install a less-sensitive circuit breaker.
Pumps are protected against overheating by motor protection
or overload protection (see paragraph 7.2).
- Motor protection: automatically trips when a certain
temperature is reached in the motor;
- Overload protection: this is connected to the control
panel and should be accompanied by an ampere meter
or magnetic relay. It has the following features:
i) contacts: 230 V, 13 A (max);
ii) type: normally closed;
iii) cable: 2 chloroprene cable with non-polarised
1 mm2section.
10. START UP AND USE
Avoid using the pump with delivery fully
open.
Avoid operating the pump without water.
Do not use the pump if people or animals are
in contact with water.
Limit hourly starts to that indicated in Chapter
7.2.
WARNING!
Do not use the pump for more than 10 minutes
if the water level is near the minimum operating
level (H1 - Fig. 14.2.1 - page 140) to avoid
overheating the motor.
After connecting the pump, turn it on and off a couple
of times with the delivery valve slightly open to check
the system.
Turn on the pump and gradually open the delivery valve
until the required flow is reached.
11. MAINTENANCE
All maintenance that requires the pump to
be dismantled and reassembled should be
conducted by a specialised technician.
All maintenance should be conducted with the
pump disconnected from the power mains.
Do not attach parts other than EBARA’s
standard parts, and do not modify EBARA’s
standard products.
To stop operation for a certain period, cut OFF
the power switch.
If the insulation resistance decreases to 1MΩ
or less, cut immediately OFF the power switch,
and request the inspection and repair of the
pump to the supplier or EBARA CORP.
Perform routine maintenance according to the following
table.

WARNING! Do not mix the oil type ISO VG32 and type CAS
8042-47-5 when top up or change.
The pump should be overhauled every 2-5 years according
to use.

It is recommended to use a circuit breaker as main
breaker that is suitable for isolation according
to appropriate legal standard (EN60947-2) and
is equipped with an operating handle which
is lockable in OFF position and complies with
the other requirements of appropriate legal
standard (EN60204-1, clause 5.3).
Support the cable by attaching it to the
delivery pipe.
Avoid exposing the cable to direct sunlight or
twisting it to prevent overheating.

When disposing of the pump, comply strictly with the
regulations in force in your country, making sure none of
the fluid treated is left inside the pump.
Pay careful attention to the oil in the mechanical seal

EN QUESTION.
Après la réception de l’électropompe, vérifier qu’elle n’a
pas subi de chocs et de dégâts importants, dans le cas
contraire, le signaler immédiatement au livreur. Après avoir
retiré l’électropompe de son emballage, vérifier que celle-ci
n’a pas subi de dommages pendant le transport autrement,
informer le revendeur dans les 8 jours qui suivent la date de
livraison. Vérifier sur la plaquette de l’électropompe que les
caractéristiques reportées sont celles que vous aviez demandées.
Les parties ci-dessous, sujettes à l’usure, bénéficient
d’une garantie limitée:
- roulements;
- garniture mécanique;
- anneaux d’étanchéité;
- condensateurs.
5. AVERTISSEMENTS DE SECURITE
Avant de mettre en marche l’électropompe, il est impératif
que l’utilisateur sache effectuer toutes les opérations décrites
dans le présent manuel et qu’il les applique à chaque fois
pendant l’utilisation ou l’entretien de l’électropompe.

1. INTRODUCTION
Nous vous remercions d’avoir choisi les électropompes
submersibles EBARA. Nos produits sont réalisés avec une
attention particulière, afin de garantir une utilisation en
toute sécurité. Une utilisation incorrecte de l’électropompe
peut provoquer des accidents. Il est donc impératif de
suivre scrupuleusement ce qui est indiqué dans le présent
manuel d’instructions. Afin d’obtenir un rendement optimal
et le fonctionnement correct de l’électropompe, suivre les
dispositions contenues dans le présent manuel d’instructions.
Pour toute demande d’informations complémentaires,
s’adresser au revendeur agréé le plus proche. +Le présent
manuel d’instructions devra être conservé dans un lieu
facilement accessible, afin de pouvoir le consulter rapidement.

L’utilisateur doit impérativement observer les
normes contre les accidents en vigueur dans
son pays. Il doit également tenir compte des
caractéristiques de l’électropompe (voir chap.7
«DONNEES TECHNIQUES»).
Pendant la manutention, l’entretien ou la réparation
de l’électropompe, couper l’alimentation
électrique. Cela évite ainsi tout démarrage
accidentel qui pourrait provoquer des dommages
aux personnes et/ou aux choses.
Chaque opération d’entretien, d’installation ou
de manutention effectuée sur l’électropompe
avec l’installation électrique sous tension peut
provoquer de graves accidents, même mortels,
aux personnes.
Au démarrage de l’électropompe, éviter d’être
pieds nus ou pire encore, d’être dans l’eau et
d’avoir les mains mouillées.
N’utiliser la pompe qu’en se référant aux
instructions, telles que type de liquide, montage
et alimentation.
L’utilisateur ne doit pas effectuer de sa propre
initiative des opérations ou des interventions
non admises dans ce manuel.

5.2. PROTECTION ET PRECAUTIONS IMPORTANTES
Chaque conducteur ou partie sous tension est
électriquement isolé(e) par rapport à la masse.
Il y a une sécurité supplémentaire constituée
par la connexion des parties conductrices
accessibles à un conducteur de terre pour
faire en sorte que les parties accessibles ne
puissent pas devenir dangereuses en cas de
panne au niveau de l’isolation principale.
5.3. RISQUES RESIDUELS
Etant donnée la structure de la pompe, il
existe un risque résiduel représenté par la
possibilité d’entrer en contact (même non
accidentellement) avec la roue à travers la
bouche d’aspiration.
Pour les modèles avec coupe-circuit, il existe, suite
à l’intervention de ce dernier, un risque résiduel
représenté par la possibilité de redémarrage
sans préavis de la pompe une fois le moteur
suffisamment refroidi.

6.2. USAGES PREVUS
Les électropompes sont prévues pour:
- évacuer l’eau, comme décrit au paragraphe 7.1;
- évacuer les eaux usées ou d’égout avec des corps en
suspension, comme décrit au paragraphe 7.1;
- assécher les fosses d’aisance et collecte de purin de
fosses biologiques, assécher des tranchées, etc.
6.3. USAGES NON PREVUS
Les électropompes ne sont prévues pour:
- traiter des liquides autres que de l’eau;
- traiter de l’eau avec une présence d’acides ou des
bases et plus généralement les liquides corrosifs;
- traiter l’eau de mer;
- traiter les liquides inflammables et plus généralement
dangereux;
- entrer en contact avec des produits alimentaires;
- être utilisées dans des structures destinées à des
organismes vivants (piscines, aquariums, élevages
de poisson, etc.);
- être utilisées dans des installations importantes (de
refroidissement pour les ordinateurs ou pour les
réfrigérateurs, etc.);
- être utilisées à l’extérieur si elles sont équipées d’un
câble de moins de 10 m;
- être utilisées pour des usages différents de ceux
indiqués au chapitre 6.2 «Usages prévus».

à jour sans préavis.

A l’aide d’un mégohmètre, mesurer la résistance d’isolation
entre le fil de mise à la terre et les phases, avec le moteur et
les câbles (exclure la section de branchement de l’alimentation
électrique) immergés dans l’eau. Si la résistance d’isolation
dans les sections respectives est inférieure à 20MΩ, faire
vérifier la pompe. Pendant la mesure, garder la section de
branchement à l’alimentation loin de la terre.
Pour l’installation de la pompe, suivre les indications suivantes:
- la pompe doit fonctionner en position verticale sur
un point solide;
- la pompe doit être placée à un endroit de la vasque
le moins soumis à des vibrations;
- les tuyaux doivent être soutenus et alignés de manière
à ce qu’ils ne créent pas de sollicitations sur la pompe
et qu’ils ne subissent pas les effets d’un éventuel flux
de liquides à l’intérieur de la vasque;
- éviter la formation de sacs d’air dans les tuyaux;
- il est conseillé de monter un clapet de non-retour et une
vanne (dans cet ordre) sur le tube de refoulement;
- éviter d’utiliser trop de courbes (vilebrequins) et de
vannes dans l’installation;
- les pompes manuelles n’ont pas un système de
fonctionnement automatique basé sur des flotteurs
intégrés. Pour éviter un fonctionnement à sec, installer
un système d’actionnement automatique, comme
montré sur la figure 14.2.1 - page 140.
Il est conseillé de faire partir la pompe lorsque le
niveau de l’eau dépasse le couvercle moteur (H2
figure 14.2.1 - page 140) et la fermer lorsqu’il atteint
la bride du moteur (H1 figure 14.2.1 - page 140).
- lorsque des électrodes sont utilisées pour le système
d’actionnement automatique, l’éventuelle présence
d’impuretés et d’huile sur celles-ci pourrait provoquer
le fonctionnement de la pompe à des niveaux différents
de ceux voulus.
- l’installation de la pompe avec un dispositif de descente
doit être effectuée conformément à ce qui est décrit
dans le manuel.
9. BRANCHEMENT ELECTRIQUE
7.2. DONNEES TECHNIQUES DES MOTEURS
Les moteurs de ces pompes ne peuvent être commandés
par un inverseur. Des variations de fréquence et de tension
sont admises si la somme des valeurs absolues, avec un
maximum de ±10% pour la tension et de ±1% pour la
fréquence, est égale à 10.

8. TRANSPORT, INSTALLATION ET
DESINSTALLATION
Au moment de manipuler et de monter la
pompe, tenir compte de la masse et de la
forme de cette dernière en consultant le présent
manuel, les dessins, le catalogue et les autres
documents qui la concernent.
Les opérations de manutention et de montage
doivent être effectuées par du personnel
spécialisé, conformément aux lois en vigueur.
8.1. TRANSPORT
En fonction de son poids et/ou de ses dimensions,
l’électropompe est emballée dans une boîte en carton ou
dans une cage en bois. Quoi qu’il en soit, le transport ne
requiert pas de mesures particulières. Dans tous les cas,
vérifier le poids total indiqué sur la boîte.
8.2. MANUTENTION
Avant de déplacer les pompes, s’assurer
qu’elles sont déconnectées de la source
d’alimentation.
Déplacer les pompes en utilisant la poignée
prévue à cet effet, ne JAMAIS les soulever par
les câbles électriques.
En fonction de leur poids, les pompes pourront être déplacées
à la main ou à l’aide d’équipements spécifiques. En tous
les cas, il faudra utiliser la poignée prévue.
8.3. INSTALLATION
Éviter tout type d’intervention sur la pompe
suspendue.
Veiller à ne pas abîmer, couper, modifier, plier
avec force, tirer, tordre ou amonceler le câble
d’alimentation et à ne pas le placer sous des
charges lourdes.

L’alimentation de l’électropompe devra être
assurée à travers un tableau électrique doté
d’un interrupteur, de fusibles et d’un interrupteur
thermique.
Le réseau doit avoir une installation de mise
à la terre efficace conformément aux normes
électriques du pays. Cette responsabilité
revient à l’installateur.
Afin de prévenir la possibilité d’électrocution en
cas de panne, installer un interrupteur différentiel
à utiliser exclusivement pour la pompe.
Ne pas relier le câble jaune et vert à l’alimentation
électrique: celui-ci doit être relié exclusivement
à la mise à la terre.
Ne jamais immerger l’extrémité du câble ou les
éventuelles jonctions entre les câbles dans l’eau.
Les branchements électriques doivent être
effectués par un technicien qualifié conformément
aux normes en vigueur.

Effectuer les branchements électriques conformément au
schéma de la figure 14.3.1 - page 140 en fonction du type
de connexion indiquée dans le tableau.
Immerger la pompe et la démarrer. Si le courant dépasse
la donnée indiquée sur la plaque, si le débit est réduit et si
un bruit insolite provient de la pompe, le moteur pourrait
tourner dans le sens contraire. Inverser deux phases dans
le tableau de commande.
Il peut se produire qu’avec des câbles d’alimentation très
longs, l’interrupteur différentiel intervienne de manière
intempestive, surtout dans la phase de démarrage de la
pompe. Pour résoudre le problème, installer un interrupteur
différentiel avec une sensibilité inférieure.
Les pompes sont protégées contre la surchauffe grâce
à un coupe-circuit ou à un protecteur thermique (voir
paragraphe 7.2).
- Coupe-circuit: il intervient automatiquement si un certain
degré de température est atteint dans le moteur;
- Protecteur thermique: il est relié au tableau de commande
et devra être associé à un relais ampèremétrique ou
magnétique. Il a les caractéristiques suivantes:
i) contacts: 230 V, 13 A (max.);
ii) type: normalement fermé;
iii) fils: 2 en chloroprène avec une section 1 mm2
non polarisés.
10. DEMARRAGE ET UTILISATION
Eviter de faire fonctionner la pompe avec un
refoulement complètement ouvert.
Eviter de faire fonctionner la pompe sans
eau.
Ne pas utiliser la pompe si des personnes ou
des animaux sont au contact de l’eau.
Limiter les démarrages horaires à ce qui est
indiqué au chapitre 7.2.
ATTENTION!
Ne pas utiliser la pompe pendant plus de 10
minutes si le niveau de l’eau est proche du niveau
minimum de fonctionnement (H1-figure 14.2.1
- page 140) pour ne pas surchauffer le moteur.
Une fois les branchements effectués, allumer et éteindre
deux fois la pompe avec la soupape de refoulement
légèrement ouverte pour vérifier l’installation.
Allumer la pompe et ouvrir progressivement la soupape de
refoulement jusqu’à ce que le débit souhaité soit atteint.
11. ENTRETIEN
Chaque intervention d’entretien qui prévoit le
démontage et le montage de la pompe doit
être effectué par un technicien spécialisé.
Chaque intervention d’entretien doit être
effectuée avec la pompe déconnectée de
l’alimentation.
N’utiliser que des pièces détachées d’origine
et ne modifier en aucun cas celles standard.
En cas d’arrêt prolongé de la pompe, couper
le courant.
Si la résistance d’isolation descend à 1W ou
en dessous, couper immédiatement le courant
de la pompe et demander au revendeur ou à
EBARA de la contrôler ou de la réparer.
La pompe doit être soumise à un entretien régulier
conformément au tableau suivant.

Faire le niveau ou la vidange de l’huile (type ISO VG32; CAS
8042-47-5) à travers le trou situé sur le côté du moteur en
plaçant la pompe à l’horizontal (voir figure 14.4.1 - page
141). S’assurer que dans la chambre d’huile il y a la quantité
de lubrifiant indiquée dans le tableau 14.4.2 - page 141.
ATTENTION!
Ne mélangez pas les huiles ISO VG32 et
CAS 8042-47-5 lorsque vous faites le plein
ou changez.
En fonction de l’utilisation plus ou moins importante, la
pompe est révisée tous les 2 à 5 ans.

Ces électropompes submersibles doivent
être équipées d’un interrupteur de coupure
du courant conforme au standard 60204-1
chap. 5.3.2. Il est également nécessaire de
prévoir un dispositif de protection approprié
contre la surintensité, réglé sur le courant de
la plaque du moteur.
Il est conseillé de monter un disjoncteur général
en mesure de couper le courant de la pompe,
conformément à la norme EN60947-2. Celui-ci
doit pouvoir être bloqué dans la position OFF (par
exemple à l’aide d’un cadenas) conformément
à la norme EN 60204-1 chap. 5.3.
Maintenir le câble en le fixant au tube de
refoulement.
Eviter que le câble soit directement exposé à
la lumière du soleil ou qu’il soit entortillé pour
prévenir la surchauffe.

12. RECHERCHE DE PANNES
Si une panne ne se trouve pas parmi celles du tableau ci-dessous, contacter le revendeur agréé le plus proche.

13. DEMOLITION
Lors de la démolition de la pompe, suivre scrupuleusement
les dispositions en vigueur dans le pays, en vérifiant bien
de pas laisser à l’intérieur de la pompe des résidus du
fluide traité.
Accorder une attention particulière à l’huile contenue dans
la chambre de la garniture mécanique.

KUNDENDIENSTSTELLE AUSGEFÜHRT WERDEN,
FÜHREN ZUM VERFALL DER GEWÄHRLEISTUNG UND
ENTBINDEN DEN HERSTELLER VON JEDER HAFTUNG
FÜR PERSONEN- UND/ODER SACHSCHÄDEN SOWIE
SCHÄDEN AN DER ELEKTROPUMPE SELBST.
Stellen Sie bei Empfang der Elektropumpe sofort sicher, dass
diese keinerlei Risse, Dellen oder sonstige Beschädigungen
aufweist und erstatten Sie anderenfalls umgehend Meldung
an den Lieferanten. Stellen Sie nach der Entnahme
der Elektropumpe aus der Verpackung sicher, dass sie
während des Transports keine Beschädigungen erlitten
hat; erstatten Sie anderenfalls innerhalb von 8 Tagen von
der Lieferung Meldung an den Händler. Überprüfen Sie auf
dem Typenschild der Elektropumpe, ob die angegebenen
Eigenschaften mit den von Ihnen bestellten übereinstimmen.
Für folgende Teile gilt aufgrund der Tatsache, dass sie
einem normalen Verschleiß ausgesetzt sind, nur eine
eingeschränkte Garantie:
- Lager;
- Wellendichtung;
- Dichtungsringe;
- Kondensatoren.
5. SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Vor der Inbetriebnahme der Elektropumpe muss sich der
Benutzer mit allen im vorliegenden Handbuch beschriebenen
Operationen vertraut machen und er muss sie bei der Benutzung
oder der Wartung der Elektropumpe immer beachten.

1. EINLEITUNG
Danke, dass Sie sich für die Elektrotauchpumpen von
EBARA entschieden haben. Unsere Produkte werden mit
besonderer Sorgfalt produziert, damit wir eine vollkommen
sichere Benutzung garantieren können. Die unsachgemäße
Benutzung der Elektropumpe kann jedoch zu Unfällen führen
und deshalb müssen die Anweisungen im vorliegenden
Handbuch beachtet werden. Bitte beachten Sie zur Erzielung
einer optimalen Leistung sowie eines ordnungsgemäßen
Betriebs der Elektropumpe die Anweisungen im vorliegenden
Handbuch. Wenden Sie sich für eventuelle Informationen an
den nächsten Vertragshändler. Das vorliegende Handbuch
muss an einem einfach zugänglichen Ort aufbewahrt
werden, um eine schnelle Konsultation zu gewährleisten.

Der Benutzer muss die im eigenen Land geltenden
Bestimmungen zur Unfallverhütung in jedem Fall beachten;
außerdem muss er die Eigenschaften der Elektropumpe
berücksichtigen (sie Kap.7 “TECHNISCHE DATEN”).
Unterbrechen während der Bewegung, der Wartung oder
der Reparatur der Elektropumpe die Stromversorgung,
um ein versehentliches Starten zu verhindern, dass
Personen- und/oder Sachschäden verursachen könnte.
Sämtliche Wartungs-, Installations- oder
Bewegungsarbeiten, die mit Anlage unter Spannung
vorgenommen werden, können zu schweren und
auch tödlichen Verletzungen führen.
Tragen Sie beim Starten der Elektropumpe stets
Schuhwerk und achten Sie darauf, dass Ihre Hände
trocken sind.
Verwenden Sie die Pumpe nur gemäß den Angaben,
wie etwa Art der Flüssigkeit, Installation und Speisung.
Der Benutzer darf keinerlei Eingriffe vornehmen, die
im vorliegenden Handbuch nicht beschrieben werden.
