may require two to four runs through the
dishmachine to clean.
Apex Pot and Pan Soak loosens tough soils,
delivering superior results in one wash.
Your operation is set up to run pots
and pans through the dishmachine.
It saves time and labor. However,
rewashing pots and pans is a time-
consuming, costly expense to your
dishwashing operation. Remove
greasy, baked-on soils in one pass
by soaking them in Apex Pot and
Pan Soak.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Fill your soaking sink or tub with
warm water. Push dispenser button
to dispense Apex Pot and Pan
Soak. Water will turn orange.
2. Completely submerge baked-on
wares and soak for 15-20 minutes.
3. Remove ware and place on
dishmachine rack. Do not rinse.
4. Run the rack through the
dishmachine to wash and sanitize
with an EPA registered sanitizer
when chemical is required.
