Warning
Please read this manual before starting the installation to ensure correct assembly.
The assembly should be carried out in accordance with this manual by at least two
fully qualified people. The EDBAK Company shall not be liable for any injuries or
damage to material or property caused by incorrect assembly. Hence please ensure
that:
during the assembly all the instructions are followed carefully. Failure to do
so may result in damage to the product or property, or even personal injury;
before assembly you must ensure that there are no power cables, or
water, sewage or gas pipes in the area of the ceiling where the mount is to be
fixed;
Extra caution should be taken with movable parts in order to avoid
crushing or pinching your hands or fingers. The movable parts are identified
in this manual.
This device can be used by children in age of more than 8 years, persons with
reduced physical and mental capabilities, and persons without experience of use
and without device knowledge, if they will do this under the supervision or be
instructed on use of the equipment in safe way, in the form, at which risks
associated with the use are understandable. Children should not play with the
equipment. Unattended children should not perform cleaning and maintenance
of the equipment.
Ostrzeżenie
Przed rozpoczęciem montażu należy uważnie zapoznać się z instrukcją uchwytu o
w celu zapewnienia prawidłowego montażu.
Prace montażowe powinny wykonywać co najmniej dwie osoby posiadające kwali-
fikacje w zakresie montażu zgodnie z niniejszą instrukcją. Firma EDBAK nie bierze
odpowiedzialności za straty materialne oraz uszkodzenia mienia lub ciała, wynikające
z nieprawidłowego montażu. Dlatego należy zawsze przestrzegać:
w trakcie montażu dokładnie przestrzegać załączonej do produktu instrukcji
montażowej, w przeciwnym razie może to prowadzić do zniszczenia sprzętu, a
nawet uszkodzeń ciała,
koniecznie przed montażem upewnić się, że pod powierzchnią na której
będzie mocowany uchwyt nie ma kabli elektrycznych, rur
wodnokanalizacyjnych l ub instalacji gazowych,
w miejscach wskazanych w instrukcji, w których są ruchome elementy
uchwytu zachować szczególną ostrożność w celu uniknięcia przyciśnięcia, dłoni
i palców. Warunki gwarancji wg załączonej do produktu karty gwarancyjnej.
Niniejszy sprzęt może być użytkowany przez dzieci w wieku co najmniej 8 lat i
przez osoby o obniżonych możliwościach fizycznych, umysłowych i osoby o
braku doświadczenia i znajomości sprzętu, jeżeli zapewniony zostaje nadzór lub
instruktaż odnośnie do użytkowania sprzętu w bezpieczny sposób, tak aby
związane z tym zagrożenia były zrozumiałe. Dzieci nie powinny bawić się
sprzętem. Dzieci bez nadzoru nie powinny wykonywać czyszczenia i konserwacji
sprzętu.

PL-Po dostawie, należy sprawdzić zawartość opakowania:
1. Czy dostarczone urządzenie Edbak Proclean 1 dotarło w stanie nieuszkodzonym, czy
nie zawiera widocznych wgnieceń ani zadrapań
2. Czy dostarczone są klucze umożliwiające otwarcie drzwi
3. Czy wewnątrz urządzenia znajdują się: 5 litrowy zbiornik na płyn dezynfekujący oraz 1
litrowy na niezaaplikowane resztki płynu

1. has the delivered Edbak ProClean1 arrived undamaged, does it have visible dents or
scratches
2. are the keys to open the flap provided
3. whether the tanks are inside the device: 5 litres for disinfectant liquid and 1 litre for
unused liquid residues

Placing/Posadowienie
EN-Place the base of the device on firm and solid ground. While placing, it should be taken into
account that the power cable of the device is 1.4 metres long.
PL-Podstawę urządzenia postawić na twardym i pewnym gruncie. Przy ustawieniu należy wziąć pod
uwagę, że długość kabla zasilającego urządzenie ma 1,4 metra.

EN-Edbak Proclean1 is a free-standing device. For safety reasons, however, the manufacturer
recommends anchoring it firmly to the ground.

EN-Unscrew the cap of the 5-litre tank, then remove the tube from inside it. During this operation, pay
attention not to pull the tube (after recapping, the tube should be touching the bottom of the tank).
PL-Odkręcić nakrętkę zbiornika 5 litrowego, a następnie wyjąć z niego wężyk. Przy tej operacji należy
zwrócić uwagę, aby nie nie ciągnąć za wężyk (po zakręceniu nakrętki, wężyk powinien dotykać dna
zbiornika).

Refill of liquid/Uzupełnianie płynu
EN-Use the funnel included in the kit to fill the 5-litre tank. The Edbak ProClean device is designed to work
ONLY with a disinfecting liquid based on alcohol, with a concentration not exceeding 70% ethanol. Do not
use gels and foams!
WARNING: When filling the tank, it is FORBIDDEN to make use of open fire or incandescent elements.
PL-Korzystając z dołączonego do zestawu lejka napełnić 5 litrowy zbiornik. Urządzenie Edbak Proclean jest przystosowany
do pracy WYŁĄCZNIE z płynem dezynfekującym na bazie alkoholi, o stężeniu nie przekraczającym 70% etanolu. Nie należy
stosować żeli i pianek!
UWAGA: Podczas napełniania zbiornika ZABRONIONE jest korzystanie z otwartego ognia, lub żarzących się elementów.

EN-Having filled the tank, insert the hose into the tank and screw on the cap. Make sure the tube has not
been twisted or crushed. Fluids that spilled while filling must be wiped dry immediately.
PL-Po zakończeniu napełniania zbiornika, włożyć wężyk do zbiornika i zakręcić nakrętkę. Zwrócić uwagę,
czy wężyk nie uległ skręceniu lub załamaniu. Płyn, który podczas napełniania uległ rozlaniu, należy
bezzwłocznie wytrzeć do sucha.

Selection of a power supply mode/Wybór trybu zasilania
EN-Depending on the selection of the supply method:
BATTERIES: Insert 8 1.5 AA batteries (see para.: “Battery replacement”) into a battery compartment. Insert a plug into a BATTERY
socket in the upper part of the operator panel.
POWER SUPPLY: Connect the plug of the power supply to the socket located in the lower part of the body. Power cable should
be protected against unintentional hard pulling or stepping on. Insert a plug into a DC 12V socket in the upper part of the
operator panel.
PL-W zależności od wyboru sposobu zasilania:
BATERIE: Koszyk na baterię uzupełnić 8 bateriami AA 1,5V (patrz punkt: „Wymiana baterii”)
W górnej części panelu operatora wtyczkę wetknąć do gniazda BATTERY.
ZASILACZ: Do gniazdka znajdującego się w dolnej części obudowy podłączyć wtyczkę zasilacza. Kabel zasilający powinien być
zabezpieczony przed niezamierzonym szarpnięciem lub nadeptywaniem. W górnej części panelu operatora wtyczkę wetknąć
do gniazda DC 12V.

Device power supply/Zasilenie urządzenia
EN-The power supply of the device is carried out by the inserting of the power supply plug into the 230V power supply
socket or from the set of batteries. The safe for the user voltage 12 V is maintained inside the body thanks to the using of
the external power supply.
After switching on of the device, the red indicator will light under the inscription STATUS on the control panel.
PL-Zasilanie urządzenia odbywa się poprzez włącznie wtyczki zasilacza do gniazda zasilającego 230V lub z zestawu
baterii. Poprzez zastosowanie zewnętrznego zasilacza, wewnątrz obudowy panuje bezpieczne dla użytkownika
napięcie 12V.
Po włączeniu zasilania, urządzenie zareaguje zaświeceniem się, pod napisem STATUS, czerwonej diody na płytce
sterującej.

Battery replacement/Wymiana baterii
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
The detachable battery compartment should be disconnected from the power cable; this will ease the work with the
compartment. Then replace batteries used with new ones. Remember:
1.When replacing, maintain the battery polarity +/-.
2. Replace all 8 batteries. Do not mix new batteries with those used.
3. Do not charge batteries that are not intended for this purpose.
4. Do not discard batteries used into the garbage basket. They should be passed to the point of pick-up of used batteries.
The assembly of the compartment with new batteries shall be carried out in the order reverse to the one specified in the
manual.
DISSASSEMBLING OF THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT
To replace the battery, one should disconnect the supply
plug from the BATTERY socket. Then, with a firm movement,
pull the battery compartment up and forward (the
compartment is attached to the body with Velcro).
WYMIANA BATERII
Wyjęty z obudowy koszyk z bateriami należy odpiąć od kabla zasilającego – ułatwia to operowanie koszykiem. Następnie zużyte
baterie należy zastąpić nowymi. Należy pamiętać aby:
1.Przy wymianie zachować biegunowość baterii +/-
2. Wymieniać wszystkie 8 baterii. Nie należy mieszać nowych baterii z wyczerpanymi
3. Nie wolno ładować baterii, które nie są przeznaczone do tego celu
4. Zużytych baterii nie wolno wyrzucać do kosza na śmieci. Należy je oddać do punktu zbiórki selektywnej.
Montaż koszyka z nowymi bateriami odbywa się w kolejności odwrotnej, do przedstawionej w instrukcji.
DEMONTAŻ KOSZYKA NA BATERIE
W celu wymiany baterii należy odłączyć wtyk zasilający z
gniazda BATTERY. Następnie pewnym ruchem pociągnąć
koszyk z bateriami do góry i do przodu (koszyk jest
zamocowany do obudowy za pomocą rzepa).)

System venting/Odpowietrzenie układu
EN-After filling the tank with disinfectant liquid, the fluid dispensing system must be vented.
PL-Po napełnieniu zbiornika płynem dezynfekującym, należy odpowietrzyć układ dozowania płynu.
EN-Press and hold the SERVICE button on the control
board. At the same time, you can observe the liquid -
serving tubes, whether the fluid is fed towards the spray
nozzle. When the liquid emerges from the nozzle in an
uninterrupted and continuous manner, the system is
deemed vented and you can release the SERVICE
button;
PL-Wcisnąć i trzymać przycisk SERVICE umieszczony na
płytce sterującej. W tym czasie można obserwować
wężyki cieczowe, czy płyn jest podawany w stronę dyszy
natryskowej. W momencie, gdy strumień cieczy wydostaje
się z dyszy w sposób nieprzerywany i ciągły, układ uznaje
się za odpowietrzony i można puścić przycisk SERVICE,
EN- or Hold your hand near the photocell, until the
liquid begins to flow out of the nozzle in an
uninterrupted and continuous manner.
PL- lub przykładać dłoń w pobliżu fotokomórki, tak
długo, aż płyn zacznie wydobywać się w sposób
ciągły i nieprzerwany

EN- with help of a screwdriver, turn left or right the
screws located on the control board and next, by
placing your hand close to the photocell, start
dispensing the liquid. Determine if the dispensed
quantity is sufficient. In this case, you can adjust the
volume of the dispensed fluid as well as the length of
time it is dispensed.
PL- Za pomocą śrubokręta, pokręcać wkrętami,
umieszczonymi na płytce sterującej, w lewo lub w
prawo, a następnie poprzez zbliżenie dłoni do
fotokomórki uruchomić dozowanie płynu . Stwierdzić
czy dozowana ilość jest wystarczająca. W tym
przypadku można regulować wydajność dozowanego
płynu, jak również czas jego dozowania.

Flap closure/Zamknięcie drzwi
EN-Having confirmed that the device is properly connected to the power supply and is dispensing the
correct amount of liquid, close the flap and secure the key against unauthorised access.
PL-Po stwierdzeniu, że urządzenie jest poprawnie podpięte do zasilania elektrycznego i dozuje poprawną
ilość płynu, należy zamknąć drzwi i zabezpieczyć klucz przed dostępem osób niepowołanych.

Operating the device/Obsługa urządzenia
EN-The Proclean1 device is to only be used for contactless application of disinfectant on your hands.
For this purpose, the person using the device should place their hands in the nook in the device’s mid-part, near the photocell.
The photocell, after detecting the presence of the hands, turns on the pump, which draws the liquid from the tank and feeds
it to the spray nozzle. From the nozzle, the liquid is fed directly onto the hands.
It is recommended that only adults use the device. Children should disinfect their hands under the supervision of a guardian.
WARNING! While disinfecting your hands and a few minutes after, DO NOT make use of open fire or any incandescent
elements!
PL-Urządzenia Proclean 1 należy używać wyłącznie w celu bezdotykowego naniesienia płynu dezynfekującego na dłonie.
W tym celu, osoba obsługiwana powinna umieścić dłonie we wnęce, w jej centralnej części, w okolicach fotokomórki.
Fotokomórka po wykryciu obecności dłoni, uruchamia pompkę, która zasysa płyn ze zbiornika i systemem wężyków podaje
go do dyszy natryskowej. Z dyszy płyn podawany jest bezpośrednio na dłonie.
Zaleca się, aby z urządzenia korzystały osoby dorosłe. Dzieci powinny dezynfekować dłonie pod nadzorem opiekunów.
UWAGA! Podczas, i parę minut po dezynfekowaniu dłoni NIE WOLNO używać otwartego ognia, ani żarzących się elementów!
