Safety Instructions:
Please keep this user guide safe and ensure you carry out the instructions to ensure your
machine operates correctly.
•Unpack and check there has been no transportation damage before using the
machine.
•The machine is housed in a flightcase and must remain in this case for operation.
•Before operating check that the voltage and frequency of the power supply is
matching the machine (240volt/50Hz).
•The unit must be clear of any obstruction ensuring at least 50cm space around the
perimeter of the unit.
•Ensure no flammable materials are within 1metre of the machine when in
operation.
•Whilst in operation the machine will leave a water residue, please ensure the
machine is installed where the water residue left by the ultrasonic process is not a
problem.
•The unit is for indoor use only.
•Maximum ambient temperature for operation is 40’C
•The machine will produce heat and it is advised not to touch the front housings of
the machine when in operation.
•Ensure the machine is cleaned after 40 hours use.
Smoke Fluids
The W-1200 machine uses Ultrasonic agitation technology which converts water into a mist
and mixes this with a traditional low level smoke fluid to create an amazing low level fog.
The machine has two fluid tanks the first is located at the rear of the machine and is accessed
via the rear door. This is a 1.2 litre capacity bottle which is secured with two thumb screws.
We recommend using a JEM B2 Low Smoke Fluid for best results.
The second tank which is accessed from the top of the machine has a 3 litre capacity and
must be filled with Distilled Water.
NOTE:
It is very important to obtain the best from your machine to use the recommended
fluids, using other manufactured fluids or non-distilled water will invalidate the
warranty of your machine.
The heavy smoke liquid is composed of non-toxic water and is designed for the water smoke
machine. Please note that the use of a liquid other than the one supplied may cause
obstruction of the tube or malfunction

3.
Care of the machine:
Keep your machine serviced and regularly cleaned to help reduce the cost of repair and spare
parts.
When transporting the machine it is recommended to empty the fluid tanks to avoid
accidental spillage. An outlet key is located under the machine.
It is recommended that the machine is cleaned after 40 hours use, we suggest a mix of 80%
distilled water and 20% vinegar should be used to clean the Ionisation chamber (Water tank).
Then remove the heavy smoke fluid and repeat the cleaning steps, connect the power supply
and warm up the machine continue pumping the machine until the cleaning product runs out.
Use a dry cloth to wipe down and clean the machine.
If the wrong liquids are used (for operation or for cleaning) then the machine will become
blocked and you can damage the Pump.
All the smoke machines have a condensation function. Before setting the machine, check the
machine, check whether the spray nozzle condenses the water vapor or humidifies it. This can
be adjusted by changing the Fluid flow and Pump speed.
Sometimes a small amount of smoke will come out of the machine during or after operation

4.
Control System.
The machine is supplied with a separate wireless remote, this will allow the user to switch on
or off the machine manually.
The machine can be controlled manually from the panel located on the rear of the panel or
can be controlled via DMX.
The Control Panel:
This panel is located on rear right hand side of the machine.
A LED display screen will show the various functions and the keys are as follows:-
FUNC
– This allows the user to access several different settings for the machine as
follows:-
MAN- OUT controls the output when the MANUAL button is used and varies from
0-100%
INTERVAL controls the time the machine will cut in and out when the TIMER is
used. This varies from 1-200 seconds and is used in conjunction with
the DURATION mode.
DURATION controls the time the machine will operate from 1-200 seconds and is
used with the INTERVAL mode which selects the time between the
DURATION. This operates in Timer Mode.
VOLUME This is the level of smoke the machine will produce from 0-100%
WIND SET This adjusts the level of the fans within the machine from 0-100%
DMX This allows you to allocate the DMX channel from 1-512 channels.
UP -
This allows the user to increase the values of the FUNC key.
DOWN –
This allows the user to decrease the values of the FUNC key.
TIMER
– This key works in conjunction with the FUNC key to enable the user to leave the
machine in a pre-set operation mode which has been pre-selected using the Interval and
Duration sections in the FUNC mode.
MANUAL
– This key will allow the operator to override the timer control and the machine
will operate. The output will however be set at the levels programmed for Output and Wind
speed from your last programmed mode.
DMX Control:-
Input for the DMX operation is via either 3pin XLR or 5 Pin XLR located on the rear of the
unit.
The unit operates on two channels of DMX as follows:-
Channel 1: Speed of the Pump (Fogger from 0-100%)
Channel 2: Speed of Fan (0-100%)

5.
Instructions for use:-
Ensure the machine is laid flat.
Open the Oil tank (0.8 litre) located at the rear of the machine and fill with heavy Fog Fluid.
Open the front of the machine and fill the water tank (3 litres) with distilled water
Once the tanks has been filled close immediately to avoid any contaminants gaining access.
Connect the power cable to the mains and the machine will immediately start to heat.
Check the LED screen this should say “Warming Up”, once this instruction changes to
“Fazer Ready” then the machine is ready to operate. Press the red button and spray the
smoke. Keep spraying for as long as required.
Always check the level of the fog liquid and water level. If the machine runs without liquid, it
could be damaged.
NOTE:
If there is less smoke and more noise in the pump, or if the smoke cannot be sprayed,
turn off the power immediately, check the quantity of liquid, the fuse, the remote
control and the power cable. If the problem persists contact your supplier
SAFETY & PRECAUTIONS
•Prevent the smoke from evaporating directly on the body and keep the machine
away from flammable products.
•Keep the evaporation pipe at least 5 meters from the targets because the exit
temperature is very high
•The maximum temperature of the surface of the machine can reach 80'c do not
touch with your hands whilst the machine is running.
•Do not cover the machine with anything because the machine could catch fire
when it reaches a very high temperature
•Do not put the machine on a carpet or wooden floor. Keep the machine at least
50cm from the ground in an upright position. do not install flammable products
within a radius of 30m
•In general the machine cannot be suspended. If you need to hang it, fix it securely
with brackets attached to the machine
•Do not add any flammable liquid in the oil tank such as oil, gas or perfume
•The machine will produce water whilst in operation and this will appear on the
surface the smoke covers. Care should be taken if personnel are using the floor or
surfaces to avoid slipping.
•The machine consumes 1200watts of electrical power and should be operated on a
separate power supply from other products.
