Direct Digital Interface
The L351 utilizes a Digital Visual Interface-Digital
(DVI-D) connector to eliminate the need for analog-dig-
ital conversions. The direct digital connection between
the L351 and the PC allows users to enjoy higher qual-
ity images.
Image Scaling and Smoothing
The L351 can take resolutions less than the panel's na-
tive resolution of 1024 ×768 and scale them to a full
screen mode. Image smoothing, with adjustments in five
gradations, allows the user to correct focus errors that
can result during the scaling process and ensure crisp
display of text.
Design Flexibility
A removable stand allows the L351 to serve as both a
desktop stand and free mount display. A VESA compli-
ant mounting bracket facilitates placement on a move-
able arm or wall. An internal power supply unit further
simplifies mounting by eliminating the need for a space
consuming external power supply unit.
Low Energy Consumption
At 35 watts, the L351 consumes approximately 60%
less power than a 17 inch CRT monitor during normal
operation. Power consumption falls to less than 3 watts
in power save mode to further contribute to energy sav-
ings and prolong the life of the LCD backlight.
TÜV ECO Circle 2000 Compliant
The L351 meets the requirements for the new TÜV
ECO Circle 2000 Mark. Other rigorous standards the
L351 complies with include TCO'99, the CE Mark, and
the EPA ENERGY STAR®Program.
