Put nozzle with DSA into service:
After assembling and switching on
the pump, point the spout vertically
towards the ground and operate the
lever several times to vent air from
hose and nozzle.
Open the nozzle by the lever and carry
out two automatic shut-os by dipping
the spout into liquid.
Then open the nozzle, dispense
10 l and turn o the pump, so that
the nozzle shuts-o by the DSA
(standard preset refilling).
Inbetriebnahme DSA Zapfventil:
Nach Montage und Einschalten der
Pumpe durch mehrfaches Betätigen des
Schalthebels Schlauch und Zapfventil
entlüften. Das Zapfventil mit Aus
laufrohr
nach unten zeigend mehrfach abschalten
lassen.
Schalthebel des Zapfventils ziehen und
zwei automatische Abschaltungen durch
Eintauchen des Auslaufrohres in die Prüf-
flüssigkeit auslösen.
Anschließend das Zapfventil erneut be-
tätigen und mind. 10 l abgeben. Danach
die Pumpe ausschalten, so dass eine
Abschaltung der DSA (Mengenvorein-
stellung) erfolgen kann.
Feder zentriert auf Membrangarnitur aufsetzen.
Insert centered spring onto diaphragm assembly.
O-Ringe EO 271 einölen.
Lubricate O-rings EO 271.
DSA Baugruppe auf Feder
aufsetzen.
Insert DSA assembly onto
spring.
Mit Montagewerkzeug EW7 Einschraubdeckel einschrau-
ben und handfest anziehen.
Use tool EW 7 to hand-tighten the cap until you feel
resistance.
Eine der sechs Rippen an der Gehäusemarkierung aus-
richten.
Align one of the six ribs with body marking as shown.
