Chapter 01 Before Using the Product

―Take the following steps when cleaning.
• 1. Power off the product and computer.
• 2. Disconnect the power cord from the product.
— Hold the power cable by the plug and do not touch the cable with wet hands. Otherwise, an electric shock
may result.
• 3. Wipe the monitor with a clean, soft and dry cloth.
• Do not apply a cleaning agent that contains alcohol, solvent, or surfactant to the monitor
• Do not spray water or detergent directly on the product.

• 4. Wet a soft and dry cloth in water and wring thoroughly to clean the exterior of the product.
• 5. Connect the power cord to the product when cleaning is finished.
• 6. Power on the product and computer.

Power/Return Key: Short press to turn on the monitor, long press for 3
seconds to turn off the monitor.
• When in the main interface, short press to enter input signal menu.
• When in OSD menu, short press to return to the previous menu.
Light: Green/Red light, indicated the working status.
Roll Key: Press the Roll Key to enter the setting OSD menu. Scroll the Roll
Key up and down in the menu to control the cursor. Press the Roll Key to
confirm the selection.
Headphone: 3.5mm headphone jack for audio output.

• Scrolling up the Roll Key in the main interface to open brightness
adjustment menu, then adjust the brightness by up and down.
• Scrolling down the Roll Key in the main interface to open volume
adjustment menu, then adjust the volume by up and down.

Note: 1. When the brightness and volume are adjusted to above 80%, it is recommended to connected to an external
power supply of 5V/3A or above. 2. Not all the laptop with a USB Type-C port can work with this monitor, please
make sure it supports audio and video signal transmission.

Note: 1. When there is no external power, the mobile phone battery powers the monitor. (The energy-saving mode is
activated, and the display brightness is automatically adjusted to 30%.) Users can adjust the brightness and volume of
the monitor according to the input power of the mobile phone. 2.When external power is supplied, the monitor
charges the mobile phone through the external power supply. To ensure that the display and mobile phone can get
sufficient working current, please use power of 5V/3A or above.

Note:Some computers have low power USB ports, please connect an external power supply of 5V/3A or above.

• 4. Click the Orientation drop-down list, select Portrait or Landscape screen.
* If you can’t see the option of Orientation on your PC/laptop, please check if your PC/laptop
has this function.
• 1. Connect the monitor to your PC properly and power it on.
• 2. Right click the desktop and select Screen resolution (Win 7/8) or Display settings (Win 10).
• 3. Click the Multiple display drop-down list, select Extend these displays or Duplicate these
displays.
*If you can’t see the additional monitor listed, please click Detect. If it doesn’t work. Restart
your PC then try above steps again.

• Brightness:Control the screen brightness (adjust range 0-100).
• Contrast:Control the contrast of the pictures displayed on the screen (adjust range 0-100).
• ECO:Adjust the ECO mode.
• DCR:Turn dynamic contrast on or off by selecting“ON”or“OFF”mode.
• Sharpness:Control the clarity of details of pictures displayed on the screen(adjust range 0-4).
• Aspect: Adjusts the aspect ratio to“16:9” or “4:3”.

Color Temperature
OSD Setting
On this page, users could set some value about the OSD menu itself such as the language,
OSD timeout and transparency.
• The color temperature function contains three preset color modes (Cool/Warm/User) . When you
select the color temperature as Cool/Warm, its corresponding red/green/blue values will also be
displayed below. And only under the User Mode, the parameter of RED/GREEN/BLUE could be
adjusted by user.

• Language: Select the OSD language.
The selections are: English, French, German, Simplified Chinese, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portugal, Turkish,
Polish, Japanese, Korean.
• OSD H. POS.: Adjust the horizontal position of OSD menu and the adjusting range is from 0 to 100.
• OSD V. POS.: Adjust the vertical position of OSD menu and the adjusting range is from 0 to 100.
• OSD Timer: Adjust OSD timeout from 10 to 60.
• Transparency: Adjust the transparency of OSD menu and adjusting range is from 0 to 100.

Displays the monitor information. And the customer could adjust the signal source, low
blue light, volume parameter.

• Signal Source:Adjust the signal source to“TYPE C1”, “TYPE C2”or “HDMI”.
• Low Blue Light: Decrease the blue light emitted from the display.
• Volume: Adjust the volume in the range of 0-100.
• Mute: Turn mute on or off by selecting “ON”or“OFF” mode.
• Reset: Press revert all settings to the factory default mode.
• Auto Powerdown: Set auto power down by selecting OFF, 240, 120, 60, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10.
• HDR Mode: Set HDR mode by selecting 2084, OFF, AUTO.

• ELECROW Monitors carry a one (1) year limited warranty from the purchase date. In order to
receive warranty service, proof of purchase of the ELECROW product is required. To obtain warranty
service, please contact Customer Support.
• This limited warranty does not cover for:
Improper installation or maintenance; Misuse or Neglect; Repair, modification, or installation of
options or parts by you or any third party; Improper environment- Excessive or inadequate heating
or air conditioning or electrical powers failures, surges or other irregularities; Fire, flood, earthquake
or other accidents.

Possible Solutions
1. Make sure the power cord is plugged properly.
2. Press the power button to check if the monitor is ON.
1. Check whether the monitor and the signal output device are in
the ON mode.
2. Reconnect the signal cable.
3. Check if the signal is matched with the input function.
4. Connect another available output device/signal cable/monitor
to check whether the issue is caused by the output device
hardware, the video signal to the monitor or the monitor itself.
1. Adjust the volume settings via the button.
2. Check whether the headphone is inserted.
3. The silencer is working.
Adjust the Brightness settings via the button.
Select the correct resolution.
