BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Beforeusingyourappliance,removeallpackingmaterial,plastic,labels,stickersortagsthatmaybe
attachedtothehandmixer,housingoraccessories.Cleantheproductbeforeusingitforthefirsttime.
(Pleasereferto“CLEANINGANDCARE“sectionforcleaninginstructions.)
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
2. Pushwhisksordoughhooksintoaccessoryslotsunderneaththehandmixeruntiltheyclickintoplace.
Fit the accessories with the gear into the slot which shows .
3. Pressthetiltarmreleasebuttontoraisethetiltarm.Placeandpositionthehandmixeronthetiltarm
untilitclicksinplace.Pressthetiltarmreleasebuttonagaintolowerthemixer.Note: Always ensure
that the mixer is switched off before raising/lowering.
Warning: Keep fingers and hands away from areas with movable parts.
4.Placethemixingbowlonthemixingbowlplate.Makesurethatthebottomofthebowlisfittedcorrectly
ontheplate.Itiseasiertoattachandremovethebowland/ortheaccessorieswhenthemixerisraised.
5.Connectthehandmixertothepowersupply.Increasespeedbymovingthespeedselectorfromleft
toright.Alwaysstartmixingatalowspeed,thenincrease.Duetoriskofinjury,nevertouchrunning
whisks or hooks with your hand or any utensils.
6.WhentheTurbobuttonispressedandheldduringoperation,themixeroperatesatitsmaximum
speed. Note: Whisks are not suitable for processing stiff mixtures. For heavy dough, such as pie and
bread dough, use the dough hooks.
7. The mixer can be used continuously for up to 5 minutes in normal use. Then allow to cool for at least
20minutes.Contentinthemixingbowlmustnotexceed2.5liters.
8.Beforeremovingwhisksorhooks,switchoffthemixeranddisconnectitfromthepowersupply.Press
the hand mixer release button to detach the mixer from the base stand. Then hold the hand mixer
firmlywithonehand,whilepressingtheejectbutton.Note: The whisks or hooks can only be removed
when the speed selector is positioned all the way to the left.
CLEANING AND CARE
9.Beforecleaning,switchofftheapplianceandwaittilltheappliancehavestoppedcompletelybefore
unplugging from the mains outlet.
10.Washallparts,exceptforthehandmixer,inwarmsoapywater.Dryeachpartthoroughlybeforeuse.
Warning! Never immerse the hand mixer, plug or cord in water or any other fluid.
Whisks and dough hooks can be cleaned with a brush under running water or in the dishwasher.

EN 11. Thehandmixershouldonlybecleanedwithasoftdampcloth,thendriedwithacloth.
Note: Do not use abrasive cleansers or scouring pads to clean the surfaces of your appliance.
Ensure that all parts of the appliance are clean and completely dry before storage.
12. Store the dough hooks and whisks in the mixing bowl to protect them from damage.

1.Placeyeast,sugarandwarmwaterinthemixingbowl,andletitstanduntilcreamy.
2.Addour,saltandoiltothemixture.
3.Mixatlowerspeedfor30sec.
4.Whenthedoughisformedhomogeneously,increasespeedtospeed5for4minand30sec.
5.Thedoughisreadywhenitdoesnotsticktothesideofthebowl,neithertothetool.
6. Spread the dough with a rolling pin to the desired thickness on a lightly floured surface.
7.Placethedoughinalightlygreasedpanandspreadwithtoppings.
SETTINGS

TROUBLESHOOTING

首次使用时
1. 在首次使用本产品时，请先去除可能粘附在手持式搅拌头、外壳或配件上的所有包装、塑料件、标签、贴纸
或标志。并请先清洁本产品。（有关清洁说明，请参阅“清洁和保养”部分。）
操作说明
2. 请将打蛋器或搅面钩放入手持式搅拌头的附件插槽内，直至听到“咔嚓”声表示安装就位。将具有齿轮的附
件装入显示<star>的槽内。
3. 按下倾斜杆解锁按钮，抬起倾斜杆。在倾斜杆上放置和定位手持式搅拌头，直至听到“咔嚓”一声即表示安
装就位。再次按下倾斜杆解锁按钮，降低倾斜杆。注：在抬起/降低倾斜杆之前，请务必关闭搅拌头。
警告：请确保手指和手掌远离运动部件可触及的区域。
4. 将搅拌杯放在搅拌杯底板上。确保搅拌杯底部正确安装到底板上。当搅拌头抬起时，更容易安装和移除搅拌
杯及配件。
5. 将手持式搅拌头连接到电源插座。从左向右转动速度旋钮，提高搅拌转速。请务必先低速搅拌，然后再提高
转速。本产品运行时请勿将手或任何工具接触运转中的打蛋器或搅面钩，因为这存在人身伤害的风险。
6. 如果在运行期间按住Turbo强力按钮，搅拌头将以最大转速运转。注：打蛋器不宜用于处理干硬性混合料。对
于较重负荷的成团材料，例如苹果派和面包团，请使用搅面钩。
7. 本搅拌头至多可连续使用5分钟。之后应至少冷却20分钟后再使用。搅拌杯内的食物总体积不得超过2.5 L。
8. 移除打蛋器或搅面钩之前，请关闭搅拌头并切断其电源连接。按住手持式搅拌头的解锁按钮，使搅拌头与底
座脱离。然后一手牢牢地抓住手持式搅拌头，用另一手按弹出按钮。注：仅在速度旋钮转到最左侧时，才可
移除打蛋器或搅面钩。
清洁和保养
9. 进行清洁工作之前，请关闭本产品，待本产品完全停止后，从电源插座上拔下插头。
10. 用温热的肥皂水洗涤各个部件（手持式搅拌头除外）。使用前请等待其充分晾干。
警告！请勿将手持式搅拌头、电源插头或电源线浸入到水或其他液体之中。
打蛋器和搅面钩可在自来水龙头下用刷子清洗，或者放入洗碗机清洗。
11. 手持式搅拌头仅可采用湿布清洗，然后用干布擦干。
注：请勿使用磨蚀性清洁剂或钢丝清洁球清洁产品表面。在储存前，请确保本产品的所有零件均已洁净并彻
底晾干。
12. 请将搅面钩和打蛋器放入搅拌杯储存，以免损坏。

故障排除
